He went the extra mile and fixed a couple little things he noticed in our utility closet. He will be our go-to plumber from this point forward, especially since he was a genuine guy and is familiar with radiant heating systems, which is hard to come by. Thanks so much, Ben!

We had an underground leak from the meter to our apartment building. Ben and Brian came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They told me exactly what would need to be done to fix this. True lifesavers, and such nice people as well! Brian came out and completed the work. He did an amazing job. I stopped by the apartment after they had dug up the ground, and I had never seen such a clean work site. Brian had stacked up the dirt and concrete pieces on plastic so it would not bother my tenants or create a mess. He kept me updated throughout, and even scheduled the city in to do the required inspection. They are true professionals and I highly recommend this company. I will definitely refer and use them in the future. You should not hesitate to call them.

Brian from Ben's Plumbing was amazing. We had a pretty bad clogged line (thanks coffee grinds!) and he came to the house armed with everything he needed, even a print out from the city of where all of our main lines were! He was courteous, knowledgable and fast. I thought we might need a sewer scope (expensive) and instead of tacking on the extra service he advised against it as he was confident the issue wasn't as bad as I thought. Sure enough, he was right and fixed the issue pretty quickly and what seemed to be easily. He even cleaned our tub after he was done! I will definitely be calling Ben's for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I didn't use Ben for my tankless water heater repair because I was told I should use a brand specialist (Navien) for the job because of warranty etc, however I can tell he was more knowledgeable than the brand specialist. I'd definitely recommend Ben and I will definitely use him next time.
