I am so thankful for Ben's Plumbing! My parents have lived in the valley for decades, and when their water heater unexpectedly started leaking (only about ten years old, so not due for that) I wanted them to have hot water as soon as possible.

My husband and I own a plumbing company about 2.5 hours away, so we couldn't help in time. My mom tried several different plumbers, one of whom wanted to charge her what seemed to us an excessively high rate.

She called Ben, and Gil was out the next day (this morning at 7am!) to get their hot water going again and prevent more damage. I'm so glad they have a plumber in the area that they can trust who does good work at a great price.

Called Ben's Plumbing to arrange for an estimate to have fairly extensive plumbing work done at our new building in Thousand Palms, CA. Receptionist puts me on hold for a moment and then tells me she just checked with Ben and that they don't service Thousand Palms...yet they're located in Bermuda Dunes which is maybe a few miles away! I asked to speak to Ben as I was really curious as to why they wouldn't service a neighboring city and quite honestly the receptionist got a bit RUDE with me.

Needless to say, Ben the owner has not called me back!

We've had a vacation home in La Quinta since 2002, and since we're not there on a regular basis, things happen! Whenever we come down for just the weekend, it never fails that there's something that needs fixing, including some plumbing issue. We have had a lot of difficulty finding a reliable plumber. But, the crew at Ben's Plumbing are great. I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent customer service, totally reliable, and they do really good work; very efficient. I highly recommend them.

A leaky bathtub faucet almost filled my tub with water since yesterday. It was a Sunday, but I had Ben's card and called anyway. A live person answered the phone and took all of my information. I received a phone call from Ben at 7 am Monday morning and my faucet was fixed by Ryan a few short hours later.

The price of the service was fair and reasonable. Every aspect of working with Ben's plumbing was pleasant and efficient. I will continue to use Ben's and highly recommend them.

Ben sent Isaiah the day after I called to redo the stove gas line, hookup the dishwasher, faucet and garbage disposal and charged half of some estimates. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Ben's plumbing and Isaiah to anyone who needs quality work at a very reasonable price. 5 stars!

I am housesitting for my boss this week in Rancho Mirage. I discovered just before my boss and his wife were to return that the toilet in the master bedroom was running without stopping. I called Ben's Plumbing to see if they could help me out and they had Isaiah out within an hour. It took him about 15 minutes tops to address the issue and replace the part. Super-easy! I would definitely use Ben's Plumbing again.
