When my kitchen sink stopped up,I left a message with Ben's Plumbing and Ryan got back to me within minutes. He gave me a two-hour window for the next day, and Kyle came early for the service. I had a fantastic experience, not only with the service, but I actually learned a lot about sinks and drains and what to put down the disposal and what products to use in the dishwasher, and what to do in the future so this doesn't happen again. I highly recommend this company. If I ever have another plumbing problem, Ben's is my first choice.

This is the second time I've had Bens Plumbing out to the house and both times I have been exceedingly pleased with the work.

Today, Gil came, on time and ready to work. This wasn't a major job (who am I kidding, every plumbing job is a major job) but he changed the kitchen faucet, cleaned up and wrote the bill in a half hour. The price was very fair, and I will likely never use anyone but Bens Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Gil, and Bens Plumbing!

Very pleased with the work that was done. Kyle explained what he was going to do and the job came out perfect. This was an issue with outside spigot. After he was done he cleaned up and left the area looking better than before. Job well done.

After receiving an astronomical bid for a gas line from another company we called Ben's for a comparison. Ryan arrived on time, was personable and professional in his assessment and gave us a very fair bid. Before he was even out of the driveway his office called to make an appointment. Kathy was very understanding and did her best to arrange a time as soon as possible.
On the arranged day Isaiah arrived on time, was personable, professional and very experienced. He was careful to protect our personal items, to clean up when he was finished and didn't leave until he confirmed that everything was in working order.

I have used Ben's Plumbing previously for a faucet replacement and to put in a natural gas line to my backyard for the grill, so when I wanted a tankless water heater installed I called them. They had a great unit in stock and did a beautiful job on the installation which included getting the previous tank water heater uninstalled and new piping for the tankless.

With the new tankless water heater, we can be taking two showers at the same time and never run out of hot water.

We had Kyle do installation of multiple faucets in our home. Both visits he showed up on time or even slightly earlier than the scheduled time slot. He is personable, responsible, quick, and thorough. The faucets look terrific, there was no mess left behind, and the charges were not out of line with usual plumber rates.
