Ben's Plumbing is the BEST! Ryan was a delight to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He installed two bathroom faucets for us. I had aa cracked toilet seat cover and low and behold he had a new one on his truck! It saved me a trip to Home Depot or ordering one online. He was super tidy, too. I would recommend Ben's Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing services. Awesome!

Prompt and Courteous

John from Ben's Plumbing had to make 3 trips to my house -- none of them through any fault of his own. First to replace a shower diverter valve only to find out the part was either defective or some other defect in the shower head assembly was causing the problem. He waited patiently while I called the company who suggested we replace the actuator valve. When the actuator valve arrived, John came back and installed it. That didn't fix the problem but John talked with the customer support person at the shower head company to try and determine what the problem might be. I decided I just wanted to replace the entire shower assembly and purchased a new one. When it arrived John came back and installed. He was always cheerful and friendly -- never frustrated. He did a great job. He even came back later in the day to plug some holes with black caulking because he didn't have any with him at the time and my tile is black. Thank you John! Every technician that Ben's Plumbing has sent has always been great. I truly appreciate the great service and very nice technicians that work at Ben's Plumbing.

Had to cancel a month ago because of an emergency. Was going to call a different company that gave a good rate to reschedule---Issac was great! Had an appmt btwn 12-2, but he called and asked if he could come over within 45 minutes; so he was at the house by about 10 30 am. I was expecting to have to mop the floor after he left, but he took everything out of the cabinet under the sink, and laid down a nice, thick mat to work on, which also kept the floor clean. As it turned out, the developers of the complex did not put in an electric outlet under the sink for the disposal, so he immediately called and got an electrician who came over. (Larry Palmer) Issac explained to me what was to be done, and also said that he'd call the next day to make sure the electrician came. Disposal was put in; Issac left the area neat and clean---hope we don't ever need a plumber again, but if we do, I certainly will call them!

They came out the very next morning after calling, and fixed clogged toilet in a snap. Service tech Ryan was extremely personable, and I thought pricing was very fair considering that since moving here I've been charged almost double for every single service I've used, from housekeeper's to dog groomers, Capet cleaners you name it! It's much appreciated to do business with a company who doesn't price gouge!

Called Mon morning, Presidents' Day. Isaiah promptly called back, regular rate on the holiday and arrived on time smiling, earnest and professional. An aerosol cap had gone down toilet with a flush. Toilet was clogged. He got right to it. Took care of everything efficiently and with courtesy. In less than one hour, all was done. Will call Ben's Plumbing again if I should have any further plumbing issues. Isaiah was awesome. Excellent experience.
