Ben's Plumbing has a great team. They took good care of me from the initial contact, to troubleshooting, finding parts and making the repair/install. Ary was my initial contact, and Chris was the plumber that evaluated the repair. My house had a female thread on the pipe but my new shower system needed a standard male thread. In a nutshell, Chris was able to install without opening the wall and busting custom tiles. That was awesome!

They came back to fix a different problem with my laundry water hookup. They did a great job with that too. A+

Last November we discovered water on our kitchen floor. Our condo association sent out a plumber who said it's not a slab leak and not that bad. It way late on Friday, it could wait til Monday unless we wanted to pay more. By Saturday night, I was cooking dinner standing in a puddle. Sunday it was so bad, my wet vac couldn't keep up so I felt I had to call the emergency plumber. He showed up fairly quickly, confirmed that it was indeed a slab leak. Our kitchen was remodeled recently and I was afraid that it would have to be demolished. The emergency plumber said that he would be more comfortable referring the job to Ben's plumbing and rooter. Thank goodness he did. The plumbers took two days to very carefully, almost surgically, to repair the leak. Aside from some cabinetry under the sink, you wouldn't know any work was done. Well done guys. Thank you so much.
