Ben's Plumbing is a very well run company. We have used Ben before and will continue to call him as our plumber. Ben answers the phone, is polite, dispatches his crew immediately, and his prices are great. His crew is made up of professional and polite people who clean up their mess and who treat the property with respect. Recently I called Ben for a tub backup and despite him dealing with a flat tire he still took the time to take my call and dispatch someone immediately. Within 10 minutes he tech was at my door. The tech was so polite to me and my dogs and left with no mess. Thanks!

I was given their info from a friend when my drains were clogged. I was immediately impressed with how quickly they were able to come out (same day I called).

Brandon was incredibly professional and speedy, and clean! (One of my pet peeves, a plumber, who leaves a mess after they leave).

Another thing I really thought was nice, was he explained how the plumbing in my house works-- like what happens to the food after it goes down the drain. Just knowing that is very helpful for me.

I'm happy I found myself a plumber who is reliable and trust worthy. You will not be disappointed with their service.

I have been using Ben's Plumbing for over 6 years at both my home and my rental. The are very reasonable and honest. I have them conduct preventive maintenance at my home every six months. The clear the clean out to the main and snake the clean out from the top of the roof. Established neighborhoods mean older homes here in North Hills.

Way, way above the average plumbing guy. Our kitchen sink was backed up and we remembered this business from a few months back when they fixed a bad toilet problem. So ""John"" came out within 2 hours and did a great job without all the old, phony junk about trying to sell us something else we don't need. And the price was below the Mike Diamond prices. So if you get the owner, Ben, to come out, then you will get great service and price, and also now we can say his employee/ co-worker ""John"" also did a great job with our kitchen sink with a VERY reasonable price. You won't want to lose his phone number if you are in the Whittier area.

I had a downstairs toilet that was backed up and a shower that would not drain. I knew I needed a Plumber fast ! First and only choice was to call Ben Hernandez of BENS PLUMBING & ROOTER. Withing 10 mins of placing the call two plumbers showed up at my door and immediately tackled the problem, only to find out we had an even bigger problem. The pipe under the house was not sealed properly by shotty contractor we used a few years back on a bathroom remodel. Bens Plumbers stayed until the job was done. After several hours they finally cleared the backup, Repaired and resealed the pipe under the shower, and under the house. Reset and resealed my toilet and fixed my glass shower door that would not close properly. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They took pictures of before and after job so we could see their work. True professionals, then the bill came and the price they charged was extremely low for the amount of work they did. Ben is no BS straight shooter that is not afraid to take on tricky projects. Even though the project took longer than he quoted, he held to his commited quoted price and took a loss while solving the water leak. He is reliable, honest, and works hard. I highly recommend bens plumbing for your plumbing needs.
