Ben made it right. He took the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns. Ben and his team came and did work on my property (pipe burst, dry wall, garbage disposal problem) and I'm a happy grumpy cat lady. Mostly .... I'm giving 5 stars because he didn't take my last post personally ... he took my call and sent a team to do a great job.

We are very happy with the service we received from Ben's Plumbing. Definitely recommend. The employees who came out to help us were professional and knew exactly what they were doing (Ray and Kostas). We contacted Ben, and got a response immediately from Ray. Got repairs done the same day. In fact, within 2 hours of reaching out- our issues were resolved! We had a clog in bathroom sink and low pressure on hot water side of kitchen sink. We are so grateful for them! Also, I'd like to add that they came on a rainy day, which I feel like its easy to make a mess- they left everything spotless!

We had backup from our clean out. We needed to have our pipes replaced and then have the main line cleared. Joe and Jr did a great job. Ben saved the day... Again! Kitchen faucet hot water not just leaking, running as if it was on couldn't turn it off at 8:45pm. I called Ben's Plumbing and he came right out, fixed the issue, installed a new faucet all in record time. Now here's the absolutely mind-blowing part, today Ben was celebrating his anniversary with his wife, he had just gotten home when I called and still came out to fix my disaster. His wife is a saint! Thank you Ben and may you have many many more happy anniversaries with your wife!

Hot & cold copper water lines were crossed at couple locations under the house. Chris was patient enough to do a thorough inspection by crawling under the house's crawl space. Hot & cold copper water lines were repiped and now all faucets left handle is hot and right handle is cold like it should be. Chris went above and beyond to check all plumbing and make sure everything is ok. Chris kept his work area clean and cleaned up after all work was done as if he was one of the elf from The Elves and the Shoemaker. The lady in the office who I talked to over the phone was polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable about plumbing compared to other companies I've called before. Definitely will call Ben's Plumbing again and will be referring to all my family and friends.

Im a real estate broker (for 25 years) so Ive worked with a lot of plumbers and plumbing issues. Ben was responsive and showed up earlier than I expected. Ben was professional and super-great at explaining what the problem was as what needed to get done. Very easy to give Ben 5 stars.

Expensive, shoddy work. Less than two years ago, my husband accidentally punctured a pvc pipe with a shovel while doing some gardening. Water shot up like a geiser. We shut off the water main and called Ben's. Two guys came out and quoted us $450 to fix it. We felt like we were in a pinch, so we agreed, although that seemed very pricey. They started working on the job, but had to leave for a supply run. They finally came back and finished the repair. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and our gardener told us that he noticed an underground leak. (Same spot as the repair) He said it had been leaking for quite awhile. Ben's crew came out again and said that they could fix it again for us, but because it had been almost two years that their warranty is no longer in effect. We were also told that although now the job would normally cost over $600, they would ""only"" charge us the same price as last time. (Oh, how considerate). And by the way, if you haven't figured it out yet, NO, they don't guarantee their work. I was not happy about the idea that we could potentially be paying them every 1.75 years to come out and repair their repair. Fool me once... We called another plumber out for a second opinion. He said that the job was done incorrectly (cheaply and using the the wrong materials and wrong method). He said that they took the easy way out and that there is no way that this type of work would hold up in the long run (which was exactly our predicament). He explained the way he would do it. My husband watched him repair it and totally has confidence that the repair was done with competence and integrity. AND it only cost us $250. I would not recommend Ben's. Even at the time of the original repair, my gut told me that we were being ripped off and/or taken advantage of. Not my kind of people. We are much happier and much more confident in the work of our new plumber.
