Can't say enough good about Ben. I had two clogged toilets on a Sunday and he came out within 90 minutes from me calling in. Everyone was super nice - Sandy on the phone, who took my call, Ben who came out and his assistant. Super nice, explained everything, great rate, quickly in and out and left our bathroom super clean. Our garage disposal stopped working but I could still hear the engine running. The first company that I contacted on Yelp for a quote let me know that the garbage disposal was no longer useful so it would have to be replaced. The replacement and labor was quoted as $229.

Luckily, I made an appointment with Ben's Plumbing and Rooter before I even read the previous quote. When I spoke with Ben over the phone and I told him about the garbage disposal, he said it was most likely jammed and he would just charge me $69 to come out and fix it.

Ben came out and fixed my problem in no time. He also took some time to do a free consult on another little problem we were having. I highly recommend his services!

Awesome. Our kitchen pipes stopped working on fourth if July. Of course. But I called and they came they came first thing the next morning. Very nice and straight forward. And the price was super reasonable. Cheaper than everyone else. I even got a quote on our next plumbing project. Will definitely call again.
