I noticed water coming from the bottom of my hot water heater tank and suspect that i have a bad hot water heater tank (15 year old hot water heater tank). They came to my house (on a Sunday afternoon) and inspected the tank thoroughly before making any conclusion that it was a bad hot water heater.

Their services and professionalism is beyond standards. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues and needs.

This is the second time I used Mike on an issue with my plumbing. The first instance was finding an issue that 2 other plumbers were not able to identify. Not only did Mike identify the issue, but he fixed it at a very reasonable cost.
Today he came and fixed a water leak coming from our ceiling that was a result of poor installation from a previous plumber from our bathroom above the bedroom.
Don't make the mistake of going with one of the guys you see on commercials because they will charge you to ""bubble gum"" the issue and then be back shortly thereafter to fix the issue again. Mike is very knowledgeable of his craft and will not steer you wrong.

Over the past year or so, Michael has replaced a water pressure valve, hot water heater, and has made numerous plumbing repairs around our aging condo. He is very responsive and reliable and does what he says he'll do, and oftentimes even a bit more, at an extremely fair price. He is also great at explaining his repairs and recommendations in enough detail to make a good decision, including how to mitigate and handle any future issues. i first user Benoist Plumbing back in Feb 2016 through Amazon home services. Michael replace 2 super old water compression valves (1 behind fridge and 1 behind washing machine). He explained everything he did and i learned a lot from watching him do it.

Then i called him on 2 other occasions on the phone after this and he was able to resolve my problems without any costs. the most recent one was tonight where i was testing my water heater pressure relief valve and the valve wouldn't stop leaking. i ended up having to shut off the water to the whole house and was a bit concerned on a Sat night. he explained an old plumber's trick to fix it and saved me a ton of money from having to replace the valve. You cannot go wrong with Benoist Plumbing. Highly, highly recommended.
