best plumber i ever met! knows his stuff (fixed a hot water direction issue in less than 3 mins.) that our handyman couldn't figure out. removed a broken thread off our shower (i broke it) and another plumber wanted to unnecessarily tear up the adjacent bathroom to get at and replace the pipes...saved me a lot of money there. he is neat and thorough, he cleans after himself (even wiped the water spilled with his own rag) he's pleasant, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor and is a good communicator, need i say more?

This is the second time I've used Michael Benoist. The first time was an emergency job on a Sunday and even though it was a weekend, he responded quickly and got the job done very reasonably. This time was a scheduled repair and again I was very pleased and I'm sure his price was much lower than any of the larger companies that advertise on tv. From now on, he's my go to plumber!

Through a purchase from Amazon of a bidet toilet seat, we were connected to Benoist Drains and Plumbing. Alex arrived and very quickly was able to install the seat. The Amazon connection has a price that is automatically paid to the company when you purchase a product, but the price charged was for the installation of a full toilet. Since we were only installing the toilet seat Benoist gave us a rebate on the cost. And of course while Alex was there we showed him a drainage problem we were having with one of our tubs. He identified the problem and found us the correct part, although it took some running around on his part to find the best part. Anyway, within a few days he installed the new part. For any future plumbing needs we will certainly hire Benoist!!!

Purchased our older home a couple years ago knowing there was going to be work needed in the future. Of course the future came sooner than expected, but we found the perfect solution.

First it was the kitchen sink drain. Michael had to replace a good amount of the old cast iron plumbing, but the drain has worked perfectly since the repair. We also had him remove an older drinking water faucet from the sink as well. Took no time at all to get the job done.

Next was a leak in a bathroom sink. The plunger was destroyed and he replaced that as well as cleaned the drain and got the water moving. Same time he quoted us for a new tankless water heater and signed em up to do the install the following week.

He provided us with and extremely fair price on the unit and quoted us on a couple hour of labor. When it came time to install the unit he found some previous poor plumbing repairs and wouldn't settle for just leaving that there. He spent the extra time to make sure everything was correct.

Will be using them for all our future plumbing need.

Aside from talking my ear off the day he came out to assess the work I needed (you had better be a republican or don't bother calling him), he told me he would get me the sink I needed and we arranged that I would call him in a couple weeks to setup the appointment time for the sink to be installed. Nope, I called and called and left messages every time and never got a call back. Since my job wasn't urgent, I just thought he was busy and decided to wait since he had the measurements and the sink, but after 6 months of no call back, I gave him more than enough time to call me back. What is up with this kind of service? All I can say is if he does your work you should get him to quote the job and not pay by the hour or his republican spout offs will add at least an extra hour of your time. I wish I could have given him a better review but he failed for me.

Mike was great, I hired him to replace my main water valve that was no longer operational. Mike replaced it and explained the process to me for my own education. In my experience, the positive reviews Mike has on his yelp profile are accurate. Really great service at an affordable price. Many other plumbers I called were outrageous for the work that needed to be performed.

Mike was great! He replaced two toilets in the home as well as install (replace) a brand new water heater as well. His pricing was extremely competitive without any comprise in quality of work. Mike explains everything he does and is genuine in his advice and recommendations. Never oversells. I am so glad I find a plumber who I will rely for all my future needs. My house is getting 10 years old now. Here and there things pop up. While at work, Mike helped repair another toilet as well. I will give a two thumbs up to Mike! Go with him.
