Purchased our older home a couple years ago knowing there was going to be work needed in the future. Of course the future came sooner than expected, but we found the perfect solution.

First it was the kitchen sink drain. Michael had to replace a good amount of the old cast iron plumbing, but the drain has worked perfectly since the repair. We also had him remove an older drinking water faucet from the sink as well. Took no time at all to get the job done.

Next was a leak in a bathroom sink. The plunger was destroyed and he replaced that as well as cleaned the drain and got the water moving. Same time he quoted us for a new tankless water heater and signed em up to do the install the following week.

He provided us with and extremely fair price on the unit and quoted us on a couple hour of labor. When it came time to install the unit he found some previous poor plumbing repairs and wouldn't settle for just leaving that there. He spent the extra time to make sure everything was correct.

Will be using them for all our future plumbing need.

Aside from talking my ear off the day he came out to assess the work I needed (you had better be a republican or don't bother calling him), he told me he would get me the sink I needed and we arranged that I would call him in a couple weeks to setup the appointment time for the sink to be installed. Nope, I called and called and left messages every time and never got a call back. Since my job wasn't urgent, I just thought he was busy and decided to wait since he had the measurements and the sink, but after 6 months of no call back, I gave him more than enough time to call me back. What is up with this kind of service? All I can say is if he does your work you should get him to quote the job and not pay by the hour or his republican spout offs will add at least an extra hour of your time. I wish I could have given him a better review but he failed for me.

Mike was great, I hired him to replace my main water valve that was no longer operational. Mike replaced it and explained the process to me for my own education. In my experience, the positive reviews Mike has on his yelp profile are accurate. Really great service at an affordable price. Many other plumbers I called were outrageous for the work that needed to be performed.

Mike was great! He replaced two toilets in the home as well as install (replace) a brand new water heater as well. His pricing was extremely competitive without any comprise in quality of work. Mike explains everything he does and is genuine in his advice and recommendations. Never oversells. I am so glad I find a plumber who I will rely for all my future needs. My house is getting 10 years old now. Here and there things pop up. While at work, Mike helped repair another toilet as well. I will give a two thumbs up to Mike! Go with him. You won't be disappointed.

They did a great job and this company and provided excellent customer service, I can't say enough. The plumber who came out brought his assistant with him and they took care of my leaky faucet in a split second. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished the job! This business stands behind its work, Mike is very professional, rates are not outrageous like most plumbers, you get an appointment quickly.. Mike did an excellent job fixing my drain stopper, a faucet that was hard to turn on, and the valve in my shower. The valve was my worst problem because I just brought it (a Grohe) for my tub/shower. A few months after the Grohe was installed by the contractor who did my bathroom, the shower handle came off and water could not be shut off. I turned off the water to the house and Mike came out within a couple of days (this was a Christmas) whereas no other plumber I called would do that. He did not even charge me extra. Mike determined the valve was defective and got the replacement from Germany.

One will not be disappointed in hiring this business.

We purchased 3 Toto toilets from Amazon, and when we placed the order, we were given the option to have a local plumbing company do the install. As it turned out, the company recommended by Amazon was Benoist -- a plumbing company I've never used before. Just in case, I checked their reviews on Yelp and was happy to see they have consistently earned 5 stars. We made an appointment for the next week.

Michael arrived right on time and he unpacked the 3 toilets to check them for any damage before installation. Fortunately, they were in great condition.

As the job proceeded, Michael discovered that one of our flanges (the metal ring that the bolts that secure the toilet mount onto) was broken, and that another was bent and unusable. To make a long story short, Michael went WAY above and beyond to make the repairs necessary for our toilets to be mounted properly. Fabulous job!

I already have more work in mind for Benoist (new hot water heater, hot water recirculation pump, etc.), and look forward to the company being my plumber of choice for many years to come.

I hired Benoist to install 2 new bathroom sinks + faucets. Michael was very professional, informative, and thorough during the installation. I appreciated that he left everything neat and clean. He also managed to save me some money with some equipment advice. I would recommend consulting with him before purchasing any hardware.
