My kitchen sink was draining slowly till I finally had to start bailing the water out. Called Bennett Plumbing and Bob Bennett responded. I was charged $125.00 for the first visit but his 25 foot snake was too short. The next day he appeared with a 50 foot snake and after failing to resolve the issue, gave the diagnostic that the this snake was also insufficient in length to cut through tree roots he claimed was obstructing the piping. Two months later I hired another company that ran a 100 foot snake and a camera through the relevant piping. I discovered thay my drains were clear and the diagnostics Bennett gave were false. My problem was a pipe just below the sink that is also like a vent. Reported Bob Bennett to the Better Business Bureau but Mr. Bennett didn't respond. Consumer Beware! Mr.Bennett may be more adept at scamming unsuspecting people than he is at opening drains.

Say they will call and schedule to come out and big shocker they never call. I will never bother trying to use them again. Sticking with McCarthy!

Had a problem with my AC unit which they fixed. Some time later did not receive an invoice in the mail. I see today that they had filed a small claims lawsuit against my fiancée rather than contact me, or send me a bill. Do not deal with these people unless you want to deal with a lady over the phone that needs an attitude adjustment. They have a very lazy secretary with good workers. She mentioned that lots of people call with this same problem, but apparently it hasn't been addressed. Total bitch over the phone.

Had them install a dishwasher in June 2019. Today, it will not drain. Called to have them come out and look at it. Plumber was rude and mumbled to me he does not fix dishwashers and to call an appliance company. Told him the dishwasher is working and it is a draining issue. Took pictures and showed another plumber who informed me the dishwasher drain is set up wrong. NO WARRANTY ON YOUR WORK? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!

On a Monday I called the office number and was referred to the plumber's cell number so I called left a message. Didn't hear back so like ok he is busy. On Wednesday I get call saying he would able to come over on Thursday morning to see. I said ok and gave my info and he said he would call in morning on when he was coming. Thursday morning at 8 got a call stating on his way. Pulled up in a unmarked van and introduced himself, Jim and also colleague Tom. Came in and saw the pipe said this sewage pipe would needed to be replace all the way up to kitchen ceiling from the basement and they would need more time to do this and he would call about a quote on Friday. I wasn't charged a diagnostic/ service fee so that a plus. But as the business hours on Friday passed by I didn't receive a call. So I can assume he got busy and forgot. That was ok since I call a few other companies.

Fantastic service!! I had a pipe bust under my basement floor I called them and they came the next day! Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. They even mopped my floor when they were done!

Horrible deceptive company. My mother is 88 years old. She is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever known and nope, I'm not even a mama's boy. This company came in, a guy named Robert. My mom believes it is all family. all with the last name of Bennett. She has dealt with a man named Frank Bennett before. whether they are or not I don't know but this guy "" Robert "" told her he gets his bathroom faucets from Dukes. Told my mother it was a Delta. The bill totaled $167 for as many of you know, a job that takes all of about 5 minutes tops.
On the bill there is no mention of brand-name at all. It also says $10 labor meaning that unfortunately the faucet cost $157 but hey, we're so nice were only charging you $10 labor. There was not one marking of any kind on the faucet. After looking online for about 20 minutes I found what I believe to be the faucet sold at Walmart I believe by ordering for $12.95. When I went to operate the two separate knobs they actually flexed as if they were on plastic rods. Pushing a little harder would have busted it right off. I just can't believe that a company would be so deceitful and take advantage of especially somebody that they don't believe would know any difference. A sweet elderly woman who wouldn't hurt a fly. .

I called them this morning to repair my water heater and they arrived within an hour. When they saw it he said it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. They replaced it and dragged out the old heater. All was done within a couple hours. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have used Bennett twice, once to replace the garbage disposal and once to replace the hot water heater. Both experiences were good ones with no call backs. I would use them again and recommend them to others. I don't think their prices are any more or any less than other contractors.

I'm in hot water. Yea! That's a good thing. Bennett Plumbing & Heating came to my rescue and replaced my broken water heater. I called at 8am and the job was done by midday. Very helpful, professional, and neat. Last year they were the subcontractor on a major job I had done on my house, and I also contracted them to replace a furnace/AC unit. I would definitely recommend them.
