I called them this morning to repair my water heater and they arrived within an hour. When they saw it he said it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. They replaced it and dragged out the old heater. All was done within a couple hours. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have used Bennett twice, once to replace the garbage disposal and once to replace the hot water heater. Both experiences were good ones with no call backs. I would use them again and recommend them to others. I don't think their prices are any more or any less than other contractors.

I'm in hot water. Yea! That's a good thing. Bennett Plumbing & Heating came to my rescue and replaced my broken water heater. I called at 8am and the job was done by midday. Very helpful, professional, and neat. Last year they were the subcontractor on a major job I had done on my house, and I also contracted them to replace a furnace/AC unit. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give them a negative star I would....horrible company....a while back they installed a tub enclosure and did some other work to my parents home...the enclosure is coming apart and if you could see the heating vent and tub faucet they are so crooked it cannot be fixed without ripping everything out and starting over again...never again EVER!!

Terrible company came over to fix leaking faucet it start leaking the next day because all the plumber did was put a new knob on a stripped valve. They refused to call back or come out I had to go to the BBB for resolution.

I've had Bennet in my home quite a few times and have always been happy with them. The last time they were here they put in a hot water tank. I mentioned to him that the caulking around the new toilet he had done several years ago was looking kinda sad and he went to the bathroom and recaulked the toilet. He does an absolutely beautiful job. They came to me with a really good recommendation and I can't say anything different.

I called Bennett today after my attempts to clear a clogged sink drain failed. Their equipment was broken, but they referred me to the guy at Muskett Sewer Cleaning, who came out within an hour. The problem turned out to be too big for Muskett to fix, but he didn't charge me at all for coming out. Finally, after my landlord decided to use somebody he knew to replace the pipe, Bennett still gave me a free estimate of what it ought to cost, just so I knew what to expect. So, even though I didn't end up needing their plumbing services (yet), their customer service is obviously excellent and their recommendations are trustworthy. I'll be sure to call them if I ever have a problem I can use them for.

First off, I'll start by saying I haven't had work done by these guys. However, I got left stranded. I had them quote the job and originally picked someone else who fell through. Then, I went back to Bennett the Friday before Memorial day and let him know of final changes to the quote. No work from them until I started pestering them on Tuesday, and received the final quote on Tuesday at 6 PM. Mind you, this job was supposed to start Wednesday. Asked for a copy of license and insurance to double check their statements, and never received them. Also asked him to sign my contract (3 pgs) in addition to me signing his, and never heard from him again. Left me stranded on the day he was supposed to start without any phone call or information and I've got some plumbing work that was URGENT to be done today. Well... see what I get for trying to do my homework? I don't know if I could have been more screwed if I tried imagining scenarios.
