When we heard the sound of rushing water in our walls at midnight, we freaked out! I saw this company was open 24/7 and called immediately. Within 20 minutes he arrived and diagnosed the problem. We set up a replacement water heater for later that afternoon. He made sure that the set up was to code (the previous installation was not) and worked to get it all together. He even graciously helped clean up a water mess (that was our fault for not turning off the upstairs faucets after the water got turned back on). I would most definitely hire Benjamin and his crew again and will recommend them as well. Thanks, fellas!

Not only was Ben very kind but he was on time, he called with updates, was quick, and left my bathroom cleaner than when he started. He even relit our pilot light on our hot water heater that I didn't know had blown out. He explained that he was going to do and spent time trying to fix what we already had to save us money. I will not ever use a different plumber than him. Thank you so much for making our bath tub great

I came home from work to find a pipe leaking everywhere!! I live in a back house and had to call the landlord to explain what was going on. We called Benjamin's and was told he could arrive in an hour. To my surprise he arrived with in 40 mins and came to look at the area.
We were told because of the hour he was booked for the night but would come back the next day. As he was leaving he got a notification that one of the Apts has canceled and he was willing to stay and have it fixed that night!!

We had such a wonderful experience with something that's never fun to deal with. Benjamin's really went above and beyond my expectations. I will DEFINITELY recommend them and even use them again if any other home issues arise !

Benjamin just finished our bathroom sink today. I could not be more pleased. We live in a 1920's Arts and Craft Bungalow, the plumbing is a nightmare. Benjamin went beyond the call of duty, he first tried to find a replacement part, then when that didn't pan out, he helped pick a new pedestal and fixtures. He was great about communicating with us along the way, a big plus in today's society. I highly recommend Benjamin if you have any plumbing needs. He was great to work with.

The faucet in our shower wouldn't shut off in the evening and we needed to get it repaired ASAP. Ben was great at helping me out the day before thanksgiving. My whole bottom floor was flooded with sewage from a clog on the main line. I am also a new home owner and he helped me out with using my home warranty and going through them first, they were no help they wanted to send a plumber 48hrs later. I called Ben back and he came to the house after normal business hours and cleared the main line. Thanks for everything Ben and I definitely would recommend your services.

Five stars all the way around!

I used Ben about a couple weeks ago, I'm in a rental and experienced a reoccurring problem with my pilot light not staying lit. So after getting a very unhelpful response from the original company I used, I came across Ben's Plumbing.

As it started getting colder at nights recently I was looking to have someone come out sooner rather than later, so it was after hours! Now there is a fee (completely understandable) but very convenient.

Upon arriving at exactly when he said he would, I soon discovered that the water heater had been not incorrectly install BUT not up to code regulations. So he diagnosed the problem and took down my water heater information. After explaining that that's the same problem I had the prior year, he recommend he call the manufacturer and see what was going on. (I loved this because with the prior water heater company, they made me to the leg work which is difficult bc I don't know parts or explanation as well as ""the professionals"")

Anyway, the water heater couldn't be fixed right then and there AND the manufacturer is on the east coast, so he said the soonest he'd have answers is 7/8am the next morning.

Next morning he had very early and promptly called, and had answers for me by 8am!
And had my replacement by 11am or so and install started before I was on my lunch! The install was probably longer than typical as he had to essentially do what the first company lacked to do and install the unit in properly.

It's been two weeks and I have no issues with my unit, and have had nice warm water for my morning showers! Aside from the good work performed and the great work ethic I interacted with, he is a very relatable and understanding human. While things of this nature aren't ever going to be ""cheap"" I do not recommend you cut corners and go with someone cheaper bc chances are they aren't doing it properly (like we discovered).

EXCELLENT!!!! Ben is definitely ""as good as it gets."" Very personable, professional, and honest. I have been searching for a plumber to replace my former plumber who retired after being in the business his whole life. I have been through several plumbers since then and hugely unsatisfied with their workmanship, reliability, honesty and overall attitude.

Ben has renewed my belief that there are still good, honest, reliable people out there who take pride in their professions and relationships with people. I had an ongoing problem that three other plumbers could not seem to diagnose, nor seemed to care that they couldn't. It took Ben about 5 minutes to figure the problem out with very little effort. The fix was fairly major, but he had it done in one day with a very fair price.
After the repair, Ben actually called to check in and see if everything was going ok, and if I was happy with the work! Who does that anymore?

Needless to say, I have found my new plumber and will be sticking with Ben for what I hope to be a long time!
