Reliable, efficient and honest. It's not easy finding an honest plumber and Benjamin is that. He gave me a quote over the phone and set a time to come unclog my drains. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would recommend him and will definitely call him in the future should I have any plumbing issues.

Benjamin was prompt, efficient, communicative, and very polite in changing out my water heater. He took the time to make sure to get the permit as I requested, and everything was cleaned up nicely when it was all done. He even came back for the inspection. The water heater works great! There was an issue with one of the supply lines and valves, but he took care of that as well, which I appreciate. Most importantly, he was able to get the job done quickly so that we had hot water within a day!

Ben is the best! Water to a 4 plex was out due to a pipe break. When others said they couldn't do it, or wanted thousands of dollars to repair, Ben came after his previously scheduled jobs and stayed until the plumbing was fixed and water was restored to the building. There were tenants living there with children, so I am so grateful he went the extra mile and got the job done. I am a customer for life and will recommend him to everyone I know.

What a blessing! Your worst nightmare - Backed up toilet upstairs, flooding downstairs. Saturday night at 7:30. Company coming. I called about 8 plumbers, got mostly voicemail, and never heard from any of them. The one exception was Benjamin's. He answered, and was here and finished in under an hour. Fast and efficient. You might be tempted to call somebody who advertises in the media and says they're cheap, but you should NEVER begrudge a craftsman his due. His rate was perfectly reasonable. His number is now in my phone.

I HIGHLY recommend Ben for Drain cleaning. Ben took care of an emergency situation for us a year ago when roots and debris clogged the drain underneath commercial property going to the street. With all the rain we have had and are expecting I called him today to make sure the drain which previously had major root problems was not going to cause flooding. He came out to the property located in downtown Redlands within two hours and ran a cable 110 feet and cleared roots and debris.
Ben is knowledgeable, reputable, honest and reasonable.

Ben is the best I have experienced. Being in the real estate business we are always need of a great plumber......he was the only plumber who took my emergency call on a leak from the main on a SUNDAY morning at 6am. He came and repaired the line(which was installed by a different plumber less than a year ago) at a reasonable price. He invested a solid 4 hours on Sunday and followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was good while my original plumber never followed up. When we heard the sound of rushing water in our walls at midnight, we freaked out! I saw this company was open 24/7 and called immediately. Within 20 minutes he arrived and diagnosed the problem. We set up a replacement water heater for later that afternoon. He made sure that the set up was to code (the previous installation was not) and worked to get it all together. He even graciously helped clean up a water mess (that was our fault for not turning off the upstairs faucets after the water got turned back on). I would most definitely hire Benjamin and his crew again and will recommend them as well. Thanks, fellas!

Not only was Ben very kind but he was on time, he called with updates, was quick, and left my bathroom cleaner than when he started. He even relit our pilot light on our hot water heater that I didn't know had blown out. He explained that he was going to do and spent time trying to fix what we already had to save us money.
