I've been meaning to write a review for Benjamin's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for some time. We've used Benjamin for several years now, and I can say, without any doubt, that Benjamin is literally THE best when it comes to plumbing services... hands down!

Benjamin, and his team, are not only extremely friendly, but they are also very knowledgeable and very professional. And they have very competitive rates. I highly recommend everyone give Benjamin a call for any and all plumbing needs.

Had them clear out our main sewer line 3 years ago and we haven't had any issues since. Currently writing this because someone asked for a recommendation and I had to find the company again to share their info and recommend. Tech was friendly and very informative and cost was fair and reasonable. Will definitely call again when we need them.

He does what he says he will do, when he says and at the price he said. So glad we found this guy. He' snaked drains, installed a new sink, replace a water heater and put in a new sewer line to the street.
Every project was done when he said and at the price he quoted. As a private contractor he can do job's at a lower cost than the bigger companies.
As a bonus, he's training his son, so every job is done just right.
If you're looking to get bids for any job, large or small, give this guy a call. You won't be sorry.

I was selling my house and had to install a gas cooktop, and my real estate agent recommended Benjamin to do the job. Very responsive and fair price for a licensed plumber. I could've done it myself or hire a handyman at lower price, but I wanted the piece of mind of having a plumber do the job correctly per code since it involved gas.

Once I was in my new house, I had pressure and hot water problems. I contacted Benjamin again and discussed several scenarios. Some involved irrigation line and he recommended using an irrigation repairman since licensed plumber is not required and to save money. I appreciated the honesty.

Highly recommend Benjamin. He is fairly priced and most important he is honest.

I called Benjamin's Plumbing and he answered the phone right away and I told him the problem I was having and he came the same day and determined the problem and called to order the part. It came in the next day and he called to let me know and gave me a time he would be arriving to install the part.
He showed up on time and even called to tell me he was on his way. I highly recommend Benjamin.
He's Very professional and knows what he's doing.

We had a leak on an outside faucet on a Saturday. The next day was the 4th of July and no service was answering their phone. We had to put water in buckets to use inside the house until we could get a plumber out. Ben came out on Monday even though many others were still closed for the holiday. He fixed the leak, added a turn off valve and gave several extremely helpful tips on how to protect the outdoor plumbing from the elements, etc. He was prompt, thorough and very polite. We will definitely call him the next time we have plumbing needs.

If you are painstakingly looking for a plumber, look no further. Ben is the one you're looking for! Our shower broke down some 2 months ago and we haven't been able to use it since. It somehow made our living room ceiling downstairs leaked with water. Me and my wife had been looking for a plumber who is honest and reliable because these pandemic days you'll never know who to trust. A lot of big plumbing companies out there will rip you off by doing the unnecessary. Then you're hard-earned money just goes down the drain.
Ben explains what the problem is and would give you options the way you want to have it done.
He went out to buy the needed part in a local store and gave us discount.
Problem fixed in no time and on a Saturday! Nice family guy too!

This is delayed review. I had clogged washer line at my rental property. Ben was quick to respond. Good communication as well. This is second time he worked with me. I will call him again when I need a plumber.

Ben and his guys took care of us on a complete repipe of the entire house. I would highly recommend him, he had great communication he answered anytime we called and when he gave us a time frame on what to expect and when work would be complete he was always spot on.
