I can 100% recommend Benjamin's Plumbing. We have an older house and had a few small plumbing issues arise and Benjamin's always came out very quickly and were honest and fair about pricing and resolving the issues. So when we decided to do a full re-pipe, we of course contacted Benjamin's who once again were extremely prompt and made us feel like they were the best for the large job. I am super glad we went with them as they completed the re-pipe as promised and handled it with professionalism and respect for our house/scheduling needs. Thank you!!

I called Benjamin's Plumbing (after being ghosted by a couple of other plumbers) and I was shocked that he said he could send someone out within the next hour! The communication was awesome and I got a text saying that Jorge was on his way. It was great not having to wait around all day unsure of when someone would show.

I'd been told by another plumber that my house would need to be re-piped due to a laundry drain/kitchen drain in a very old house issue, and that there was nothing else that could be done. This was going to cost thousands of dollars. I was prepared to have this technician tell me the same thing, because why would someone try to scam a single mother?

Jorge showed up right on time with a huge smile on his face, ready to help. He was so kind and was able to quickly determine the source of the issue. He was very knowledgeable on how old houses are piped, and explained it was just a clog. He even waited patiently while I tested the washer to make sure it would work after he cleared the drain. He was done in less than an hour, left the area cleaner than it was when he started, and saved me thousands of dollars. He was so transparent throughout the whole time and gave me pointers on preventing clogs in the future. I am so grateful that there are still businesses more concerned with doing the right thing and operating with integrity rather than just making a profit at the expense of others. If you are looking for a plumber you can trust, look no further!

I would absolutely recommend Benjamin's Plumbing. George came out and was truly a professional and knowledgeable. He took care of every issue and question we had. He was able to fix our drainage problem without tearing into a wall. The previous company we had out to address the situation wanted to tear into the wall. I am very happy we did not go in the direction. George took his time and we never felt rushed. Price was very reasonable also. You will not be dissatisfied with this company.

Highly recommend! My parents needed to replace their washer/dryer and dishwasher. I found this company on Yelp and George came the same day to provide an estimate. Two days later, Ben came with George and not only did they do the original scope, they also fixed the pipes under the sink at no additional cost. They were also super professional and nice to my parents.

We had a slab leak in our home which constituted being an emergency. It was early morning, not quite 8am yet and I called about 4 local plumbers/handymen and nobody answered their phones. I left 4 messages with each of these individuals/establishments and not one even returned my urgent phone call pleading for assistance.

It was then that Benjamin's was referred to us by a family member and Ben called us back right away. He understood the urgency and proceeded to move around his already busy schedule that day in order to make it to our home and evaluate the issue.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know that we definitely 100% had a slab leak. He spoke directly and truthfully covering all the options that we had in order to get it fixed. He steered us in the right direction but ultimately left the choice up to us.

We decided on going with fully re-piping the house, so that a slab leak would never again be a situation that we would have to be in.

I was concerned about the time it would take (as I have 3 large dogs that cannot be kept in one spot too long), and also concerned about the quality of work that would be done in my home.

Ben talked us through every step of the way and assured us that by the time this was over... it would appear that there was never a problem in the first place. Brand new plumbing in the entire house and they completely re-patched and textured all the holes they needed to gain access to plumbing within our walls. They respected the surrounding areas by covering everything with plastic or cloth. This included flooring, surrounding walls, appliances, furniture etc. Not only that, but they proceeded to clean up as best as possible once the job was done.

Our expectations were met 110%. Ben and his team went far and beyond what I believe any other contractors would have given us. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, understanding, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Riverside area. Rest assured that you would be treated fairly, kindly, and the job would be over before you know it. Our home was completely back to normal in 2 days time.

Had them clear out our main sewer line 3 years ago and we haven't had any issues since. Currently writing this because someone asked for a recommendation and I had to find the company again to share their info and recommend. Tech was friendly and very informative and cost was fair and reasonable. Will definitely call again when we need them.

He does what he says he will do, when he says and at the price he said. So glad we found this guy. He' snaked drains, installed a new sink, replace a water heater and put in a new sewer line to the street.
Every project was done when he said and at the price he quoted. As a private contractor he can do job's at a lower cost than the bigger companies.
As a bonus, he's training his son, so every job is done just right.

I was selling my house and had to install a gas cooktop, and my real estate agent recommended Benjamin to do the job. Very responsive and fair price for a licensed plumber. I could've done it myself or hire a handyman at lower price, but I wanted the piece of mind of having a plumber do the job correctly per code since it involved gas.

Once I was in my new house, I had pressure and hot water problems. I contacted Benjamin again and discussed several scenarios. Some involved irrigation line and he recommended using an irrigation repairman since licensed plumber is not required and to save money. I appreciated the honesty.

Highly recommend Benjamin. He is fairly priced and most important he is honest.
