Ben Masquelier out of the McKinney location was our service guy- He was very professional in terms of being able to answer all of our questions, show me the issues with our hot water heater and explain our options. As our hot water heater couldn't be replaced that day, he rerouted the plumbing so we could run off of one unit until the other could be replaced. Again can't thank him enough as we had guests arriving that night and were out of hot water (in freezing temps no less). He saved us! Although Ben Franklin is not the cheapest option around, I firmly believe you pay for what you get and Ben Franklin is simply the best! I have used them in 2 different cities I have lived in and have never been disappointed. Thank you again!

Trey M.Prices are absolutely through the roof complete rip off. $4,300 to dig a 3 1/2 foot hole and replace fitting. 2 hour job. Wow, what a rip off. They have a 2.8 rating out of 5 stars .......I wonder why??
