2. He was a very good communicator (explained the problem and explained the solution). He used the new part to explain the issue and solution
3. He had masonry experience so we did not have to call anyone else to finish the work
4. Did a thorough job and cleaned up the area afterward
5. Company sent over a coupon and Daniel used it. It was much appreciated because this was a 5 hour solution over $1000.

SUPERIOR service. From the first phone call to the finalized repair I have been exceedingly satisfied. It is not always easy to trust that a company is being completely honest. However, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is one of the most honest companies I have had the privilege of working with. From Cory, who consistently worked to make sure the project was done quickly and kept me informed about every single step, to Haggai and Lucas, who were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even the subcontractors who did the digging, all were professional and timely. What could have been a nightmare sewer line replacement, was completely taken care of and we experienced only minor inconveniences during the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'd like to express my appreciation to Joe Molina who spent a long day in a difficult search for a mysterious leak dripping through the first floor ceiling of our home two days before we were to host 11 visitors. Joe remained good natured and carefully thoughtful through the baffling investigation. Benjamin Franklin plumbing was easy to access, schedule, and the work was done well. We scheduled online for a date and time that worked for us and Jason came and solved our problem easily. He was polite and prompt and didn't leave a mess behind. One of the great things about this company is that they only do plumbing. They're not trying to branch out into other services which might mean sending someone who is not as experienced. They also communicate very well. We got a text that showed what time Jason would be arriving and included his picture, which is great for security purposes. They also sent information via email about the service call.
