It was way too expensive. The technician was professional. They charged $200 to just come to my property to tell me they couldn't resolve my issue. I made the mistake they would include the trip cost in the repair.

This company is the worst in Wichita and don""t pay any attention to their 5 star
rating on face book, there is nothing there. Had this employee come out to see about replacing the faucet in are shower but apparently it was above his
abilities. He said he would send somebody else and then billed me for the service call????? A plumber came out the next day and after taking out the old
faucets he presided to knock down the backing board behind the shower wall.
After he was done with the shower there was banging coming from water pipes we never had. He replaced the shut off valves under sink after calling his manager. Then replaced the faucet handle on the bathroom sink, nothing helped. After all that I had bill for $1015.00. I feel I was over charged and still
have noisy pipes.

They tell you about charge to come to your house but they don't tell you they are going to need $212 just to start the job and it could be more so make sure you ask. Gus said they have set prices so they should tell you before hand Oh, he did say it would take 30 minutes or less This is addition to the service call which I had to pay of course Remember read the reviews before calling but in my opinion, this company is money hungry

Benjamin Franklin plumbing was excellent in what they did for me I had a pipe that had broke and I had been without water for almost 9 days. I was a senior citizen and I didn't have a lot of money. Hunter came out to my house fix my pipe really quick turned on the water seen it was still dripping turned around and fixed it again made sure there was no leaks after turning the water on put up all the skirting back around my trailer just a great and wonderful man real godsend and a blessing to have a gentleman like him in a company like Benjamin Franklin to come out and do my plumbing I am so grateful and thankful and I'm telling anybody if they ever need any help with plumbing don't hesitate call Benjamin Franklin they are the best and they are nice and understanding and they are so helpful once again thank you and may your company be blessed as you have blessed me back with water in my home thank you Robin

ZERO STARS. DON NOT HIRE! BEWARE! This company is joke. $13000 later, 2 months later we still do not have a job completed. John Wood is an absolute nightmare. He is an arrogant man that preys on people that have no knowledge. STAY AWAY IF THEY SEND HIM. General manager will only make promises that can keep you off his back for a short period of time. This buisness is absolute crap. KEEP YOUR MONEY! They destroyed our backyard. Multiple mistakes on digging. All because of John Wood. They destroyed our gazebo. Multiple technicians out to work. DO NOT HIRE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PLUMBING PROBLEMS! THEY ARE TRASH. They dug up my entire backyard to replace a collapsed pipe to the sewer only to find out they were digging in the wrong location because ding dong didn't bother to use his locating equipment. Spoke to the GM about getting compensation for having to remove concrete, repair a section of fence they removed and destroyed, and all of the yard repairs I will have to make to get it back to grade and grass (mind you all the entire back yard was trenched for no reason because of the wrong location). GM didn't seem to care, sent the foreman out again who has been telling me for 4 weeks he would take care of it. Half assed graded the yard, didn't put the fence back, broke wood slats on the pergola, looks like ass.

They also cut an electrical line with the excavator. I repaired it while they had it dug up. They cut it again and buried the damn thing. I have been told for weeks they would fix that... still waiting.

Stay away from John Wood if he shows up at your door, guy is a smarmy idiot. All of these jackoffs have blown smoke up my ass saying they were going to make it right and going to fix everything to get me to pay my bill. Full of it. I would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have seen their Yelp rating before I called them but it was an emergency so I called the name I see around town all the time.

One of our toilets overflowed and I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they drew a pentagram on the ground to summon a soulless demon that comes to your house. The demon's name was John. Our yard is enclosed with a mason wall, and John told me he had to replace all of the sewer pipes at the cost of $17,000, not including tearing down the mason wall and replacing the mason wall. So, with past experience with demons and entities, I knew to call two other companies who sent human beings with the ability to feel and a conscience. I salted my property to make sure John would not return. The other companies told me the sewer only had to be blown out for $1200. I've been told that Benjamin Franklin's Plumbers get a commission on the jobs that they propose which is a great business model if you're a soulless demon.
