DO NOT CALL THEM!!! After explaining the issue regarding a sewerage pipe needing replacemen, I asked the woman on the phone, Teice, Very clearly, """"Does the $79 service fee result in an estimate?"""" """"Will they assess the problem and provide me a work estimate with Only the $79 fee tomorrow?"""" Both times, she replied, """"Yes, that's correct."""" Gentleman came out and told me he'll put a camera down the hole and give me the estimate but it will be """"Seven sixty nine."""" I had an out of body exper and asked him to explain. He said it'll be $769!!! to give me an estimate. I said I couldn't do that and told him why. He then, in a Not so gentlemanly fashion demanded the $79 from me. I'm livid and quite sad.

Our shower head was broken and leaking... they came out on a Saturday and fixed everything. The technician was a very good guy, helpful and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I highly recommend them!!

More than $400 to replace a thermostat that costs less than $30 and a job that took less than 30mins... they don't even want to give you the price of the parts so you don't know how much they are overcharging you, they said it takes a week to find out the price, that I found in 5 minutes online. First and last time.

Had to repair the water hoses and valves on our washing machine. Mike came as promised, completed the tasks necessary in short order, also repaired an outside faucet. He was clear about what he was doing and the cost. Will definitely use him again.

We'll never hire these guys again. We called Benjamin Franklin to fix our leaking water heater in the home we bought. The only reason we called them was that they installed the appliance and we had a transferable warranty. John, a master plumber, arrived quickly and assessed the issue to be covered by the warranty. Even with that, we would have to pay $100 """"water heater upgrade fee"""" plus $125 permit fee. He pointed to his tablet computer and said """"we get the permit automatically via computer"""" as soon as you say to do the work. We elected to go ahead with it because it was cheaper than buying a different heater. It turns out they never even bothered to apply for the plumbing permit until after we caught them redhanded. They called to apologize and explain how it was a communication failure. I don't believe them and will never hire them for other plumbing work.

We had an issued on a Saturday, I called and the technician, Norbey called me right away and came out a few hours later to quote and help us. I decided to save money and do part myself (which he also helped explain what I could do) but on Sunday I realized I couldn't I called again and once again the very next day he came back out and finished the job for us. Price was good and tech was awesome. Fast, efficient, friendly and explained everything he was doing.
