I can't say enough about this company. I've had many remodel jobs over the years and this is by far the best experience I've had. Starting with the estimate all the way to the wrap up of the job. I had to put a shower in an existing tub which included ripping out the drywall to prep the walls for moisture. The job lasted 2 weeks as they told me. They were always on time and each craftsman was amazing. They prepped the area to protect the floors and left the job clean each day when they were through. Everything went according to plan and it was a pleasure doing business with Steve and Johnny. At the end of the job Johnny came to inspect and clean up all residue of the construction work. I couldn't be happier and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

Do not do business with these people!! Crooks!! I've never met such self righteous, nasty humans. I asked for an estimate on a big thousands of dollars job. I was pleased they made me a priority, only as soon as they knew how much I'd be spending. I was greeted at my home by a father and son, score! Right?! WRONG! The older gentleman treated me as though I was stupid and unknowledgable. Only to be backed by his spoiled unknowing son who daddy obviously paid for his first car ect. So I went into the office only to be greeted by a woman with a lousy attitude and see through skin tight leggings with a pajama shirt and messy hair, I could see her privates! Followed by a mousey girl claiming to be head of accounting with sloppy hair and cheetah print clothing. Felt like I walked right back into high school! These money hungry thieves are not ones to mess with! Put your money, time and effort elsewhere! Disgusting excuse for the human race.

Cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. No matter who you talk to on the phone they are always happy to talk to you and schedule service. Always give me an appointment within 24 hours. My house is over 100 years old so I have many opportunities to need a plumber. Plumber Mike has been here at least 3 times. He is a very nice guy, professional, and trust worthy. My dog loves him, and he is very kind to him.

Left old parts, changing to low flow toilet, causing $6000 worth of damage to 1st story ceiling, wall and carpet. Second time to fix same toilet. 1st repairs costing $5000 since Restoration Company needed.

We had an appointment scheduled and the truck arrived 10 minutes early and parked on the street. We waited until the appointment time and they still didn't come in. 15 minutes past the appointment time the truck slowly drove away. At no point did anyone leave the truck or knock on or door or call us. It's been a few days and still no one has contacted us. Stay away from this company.

I work at a hotel in the 5 Cites area and have used Ben Franklin quite a few times, we keep coming back back because of the excellent service, the knowledge of the plumbers that are sent out especially Cameron who in my opinion is one of the best and the fantastic work that is done. He is respectful, very presentable and always on time. Cameron is definitely an asset to your company.

I had a bad bathtub faucet and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They showed up the next day and gave me a $250 quote (to replace the faucet, materials not included) + $69 for just showing up. The guy told me he needed to do some soldering (to solder a piece of copper tubing to the old one), and asked my wife to join their membership for $100 (I was not at home, and my wife decided to pay them $100 for the membership). After I came home, I decided to do it by myself after all.
It turned out that no soldering was needed at all, I changed the broken plastic piece of the faucet (I bought it for about $6 in Homedepot) and the problem was fixed!
Very very bad experience with this company! Stay away from them.

Does your company teach reckless driving? Because I came within inches of having a head-on collision with one of your utility trucks who thought it was a great idea today around 3:20pm to pull out in front of my car along El Camino Real while they were exiting the Dove Creek housing area. If I wasn't the one hitting the breaks your company could have been seriously sued with major injuries at the speed I was going which is 45 mph along that road. Two males laughing away as everything in my vehicle flew forward and my tires skidded because of how quickly I needed to break. Teach your employees how to drive or you'll be paying for it in the future or worse possibly with someone's life. I hope your received my complaint when I called in today and it's taken seriously.

Danger Danger. This company is awful. They do poor work, only doing the minimum even though other problems are evident. They do not back up there work or back products they install. They hire young kids from apprentiship who leave after gaining experience. I have used them 4 times but NO MORE. Last straw was spending $400 for a""Premier"" faucet in kitchen which 2 years later froze."" Oh well"" they said and that if I got a rebate from manufactuer the would install it (of course at full price).
