We've lived here for 30 years. Bellows has done a lot of excellent work for us over the years. When our water main started leaking (water pouring out under the house) after hours on a Friday night, Bellows was the ONLY company to respond. They provide really excellent service!

Would not recommend if you have a heat pump. The tech who talks to himself (mentioned in other reviews) did not have the equipment to test the system for leaks and quoted an exorbitant price to do a leak detection that was quickly found by another company. A follow up appointment was scheduled without even contacting us to ask if it was a convenient time.

We have been putting off an HVAC upgrade for years. We finally committed and reached out for multiple quotes. We contacted Bellows through Costco and they were by far the most professional and responsive. The installation went the same. The team kept all timelines, had great communication, and made sure we received a good finished product for our mini-split system. If I had any complaint, it would be that Costco only allows Lennox systems to be installed under their contract, which I think limits options.

Overall we had a great experience using Bellows and would do so again!

Our thermostat died last week, so I called Bellows as they were the ones that installed our HVAC system over three years ago. They told me upfront that it would cost $189 just to come to our house and whatever additional cost it would be to do further work. I did tell them I felt our thermostat was dead and that I had already purchased a new thermostat (different brand) to replace it. I also called another company which was going to charge $175/hr regardless of what I decided to do. The Bellows techinician did confirm that the thermostat was indeed dead (powered it off and on) and then installed the new thermostat (maybe 30 minutes max). Our bill was $189 for the service call and $267 flat rate for installing a client provided thermostat. Thank you for completing the work in one visit, but two stars off for value.

Bellows' tech, Jeremy, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem I was having with my old furnace, and left clear written instructions, complete with photos, so I can fix the problem should it occur again. And, in addition, he was a pleasure to communicate with. Should need occur in the future, I'll surely turn to Bellows and Jeremy.

service my 14 year old furnace. the technician was on time, very polite and knowledgeable of his job. I would recommend this company and this employee Jeff Labandcira to you. Jeff replaced our thermostat and did a complete service of my heating system. He assured me that our forced air heater would do a good job for at least another year. $280 well spent.
