Established in 1984, Bellows Plumbing, Heating, & Sewer began as a commercial plumbing firm specializing in tenant improvements. The owners refined their plumbing skills by working on various projects in shopping centers and malls. In 2003, we introduced our repair division for both residential and commercial needs. The service division has flourished in both Santa Cruz and San Jose. By specializing in emergency plumbing, drain, and heating issues, we have become a favorite among local residents.

I wish I had contacted Bellows earlier to replace my old furnace. Ben visited us when he saw a Bellows truck parked on our driveway, and discussed with Steve for an optimal solution for us. He provided us with two models and got through all details with us. Great communication with Ben and the service desk for our project. An installation appointment was scheduled within a week after we signed the contract. Bellows team of Jonathan and Danny arrived at time. They are very knowledgeable, humble, and amazing mechanic engineers! They got the installation and vent sealing done in a day. I really like the M30 WIFI and app controllable thermostat, and the Lennox EL297DF model is much quieter than our old furnace, so far it runs pretty well. The new furnace definitely gives us a warm and happy Christmas holiday! Many thanks to the Bellows team! You are amazing!

I expected a lot and they exceeded my expectations. I needed a replacement 75 gallon water heater. Mike insisted on coming to evaluate the situation on-site and go over the advantages and disadvantages of each type of system. We determined that I was best off with the least expensive option,
Israel and Mike installed the new water heater. They came on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up nicely. I can't recommend them too highly!

Working with the Bellows team of Mike and Jamie was a pleasure. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and worked as quickly as possible. They worked really hard to provide the service and results above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and very friendly. When asked questions, they provided great and informative responses. When they were done, they asked if we had any questions regarding our AC installation and the made sure to clean up after themselves. We really appreciated their professionalism and hard work. Would work with these gentlemen any time and would recommend them as well. Keep up the great work!

I've used them for electrician and hvac services. Pricing is fair and in line with other quotes I got. But what I like is the professionalism of their technicians. They were prompt, respectful, and the projects are completed on time. They don't try to upsell you on expensive options and are mindful of our budget. Other companies for instance force me to install a new gfci circuit to add just one outlet but the folks from bellows went with a more practical approach. Anyway I would recommend them and would use them for future projects.

Had an AC unit that 2 companies came to look at and couldn't find the reason why it wasn't cooling properly. I called Bellows and they sent Ryan to look at it and he found the problem at the furnace and fixed it! First time using them and I will be calling them again when needed.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.
Jeff was the man of the hour! He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along. I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem. We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! Wonderful people to work with!

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it. Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.
Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?
It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.
I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received. I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.
Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.
