service my 14 year old furnace. the technician was on time, very polite and knowledgeable of his job. I would recommend this company and this employee Jeff Labandcira to you. Jeff replaced our thermostat and did a complete service of my heating system. He assured me that our forced air heater would do a good job for at least another year. $280 well spent.

Bellows upgraded our old panel to 200 amps and installed a natural gas whole house generator. The install crew were always polite, hardworking and on time. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had about the process. There was a tech onsite for all the county inspections. I would highly recommend Bellows and will use them again.

Had an appointment today 8am - 10am. Called them at 8.30am to find out when the technician is arriving. They didn't know and said the technician will text or call. Then I got a text around 9.06am that Keith is on his way. Then I got a voice mail from Keith around 9.45am that he is stuck in traffic and wont get there till 10.15am which is beyond the window they gave me. I finally cancelled the appointment close to 10.30am since he hadn't arrived. I don't have time all day to wait for over 2 hours and had another appointment/meeting to go to. They were recommended by Mitsubishi for service / maintenance but I won't use them again. Mitsubishi also recommended Alternative and Comfort Energy. The lady apologized and offered to reschedule but given the poor service, I will schedule with the other companies instead.
