I couldn't really believe that they always get five stars, BUT then I used them, and wow from call in, to heater fixed was under an hour. They fit right in with my busy schedule. I will definitely recommend them. Trey, the technician, is knowledgeable, fast and reliable. Love this company. Oh and really cool thing: the office sends a photo and credentials of worker to you electronically, so you know who to expect.

We had Trey out to our house today to give us a quote for installing an on-demand water heater. We received a call the night before to confirm, then an automatically generated email with his name & photo the morning of and he arrived on time. He was courteous (offered to put on shoe protectors), knowledgeable and kind.

Bellows just replaced my furnace with a new Lennox model. I had 3 bids and Bellows was very competitive. Working with them was easy. Chelsea was our main contact and she coordinated everything. We appreciated how responsive she was, always following up and letting us know where we were in the process. She was a pleasure to work with.

Trey did the installation, and again, great guy with great skills. He was on time and got the job done faster than estimated. All houses are different and can bring different challenges in replacing a furnace. Trey was able to calmly assess the situation and figure out the best way to make the furnace work with as much of the existing ducting and space available. Bellows does not consider the job done until I was completely satisfied. Great people, great service, great products. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the customer service and diligence of Bellows Plumbing. Our 30-year-old heaters finally gave out right in the midst the coldest winter in years, so we called in a few different bids to repair/replace them. Jason, Chelsea, and Del at Bellows Plumbing gave us our lowest bid backed by some serious experience. When they told me the $300 repair of our heater would likely fail in a month or two, they took the time to go through and explain all the various options, from repairs to full replacement.

In the end we chose a hybrid replacement/installation. We had to rip out a bunch of venting and install new heaters and an A/C unit--no small task. When time came for the multi-day installation (in 30 degree weather), Del coordinated the entire install such that the heaters were always hooked up for the night, leaving us nice and warm. No hiccups, very well-executed project.

A few weeks after the final installation was complete, we noticed one of the new thermostats bugging out. Bellows sent someone out the next day to install a brand new, upgraded thermostat for no charge. I'd recommend Bellows to anyone in the area in need of great service!

We turned on the heater for the first time this Fall and nothing happened. We called Bellows and Jason arrived the next day to check out the problem. He ordered the part and was back the following week to make the repair. Jason was knowledgeable and professional yet very friendly. The 'girls' who answered the office phone were delightful as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using the company but it will not be the last, I assure you. Thank you Jason and the whole Bellows Plumbing team!

Just had my heater replaced. Very smart people, great customer service skills. Gave me good options. Installation was done well and complete. I can't say the price was anything special. Seemed fair though. I have tried different plumbers. I now feel I have one to turn to with trust.

Bellows did a great job on replacing our duct work and hot water heater. We live in an older house with very little crawl space but Del burrowed under there and navigated the tight quarters along with the remnants of a rodent problem. He was professional and upbeat despite the less than ideal working situation. One of the things that I value most about this company is their responsive communication. Chelsea provided us with great costumer service!

Couldn't deal with these hot north Marin summers anymore so we finally started looking into AC. Had estimators come out twice from Costco, but never got any bids or estimates after they came to check out our home. They also primarily pushed the mini split systems, which can work great for cooling a few rooms, but gets very expensive and likely would have challenges cooling an entire house without a unit in each room.

Contacted Bellows instead and Jason was out that week and provided numerous better options to cool our entire home that really helped save us money. He helped us to dial in what would be best for our situation, being honest when a more expensive option wouldn't provide any additional benefit, helping us to invest our money where it would make the most difference.

Del did fantastic work with the install and it now feels like we have a brand new home! Everyone with Bellows has been extremely friendly and the whole process was relaxed couldn't have gone better!

Happy to go with a local company and any day I'd recommend the fellows at mellow Bellows!

I have had a great experience using this company. they are extremely efficient and professional. last month when my unit wasn't working they made very effort to get someone to my house before the weekend knowing I had a baby and really needed my air working. Recently they also installed a new air filter unit and accommodated to my schedule and then finished the job quicker the estimated. I will be using them for any needs we have with plumbing in the future as well.
