This is a great company. Jason came to our house and discussed several options and estimates.Very nice, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want.We opted for new heating and central AC.
Richard and Rick arrived as scheduled for installation. Nice guys, diligent, hard working and very polite.
Our new system is quiet and works great. This is a family owned business that makes sure the customer is happy, I highly recommend Bellows.

Jeremy showed up on time 1st calling to let me know his exact arrival. The Rinnai Air Handler unit had a problem fitting that the installer a local who I won't disparage in this review BUT will on his listing :( . Jeremy solved the problem and also connected the fan only mode that was left unattended. He got heat running (I know, it's been record hot but I'm beating the coming cold) and checked the rest of the system. In all, it was one of the best service experiences I've had and I'd call them back anytime for my Rinnai service needs.

Jon, Sam, Corbin, and the rest of the crew that came to my house were professional, courteous, and most importantly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had a pretty big problem with the gas leak and Bellows plumbing was able to detect and fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Trying to find people to show up in this industry and that you can trust to do a good job is very difficult. I am relieved to know that Bellows will always have my back and I can count on them for all of my plumbing, gas and heating needs!

Del with his assistant Roberto just completed our furnace install. This was a major job on our 100 year old Mill Valley home. Their work was excellent from start to finish. Del kept me abreast of the project and conferred with me on the various idiosyncrasies on working with an old home. I was very pleased with his work and project supervision. For background - I originally received three quotations, I read all the Yelp reviews, spoke with Jason (COO) and decided on Bellows. I could not have been a better decision. All the office folks were also great to deal with - Chelsea (GM), Cameron (CS) and Sofia (Admin). I've dealt with a lot of good contractors over the 33 years we've owned this home and Bellows is at the top of the list. Bellows is a quality organization that I would recommend to everyone!

We are on the Bellows annual service contract, and we just had their technician Paul come out for our regular maintenance call. He went above and beyond! Not only did he do the required maintenance on the list, but checked several other things as well, and gave us a bunch of tips on how to keep our plumbing problem-free going forward. All our plumbing is about ten years old, and things are starting to show wear, so this is timely. We definitely need a new kitchen faucet, and he tipped us off to the fact that ours has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, hopefully saving us a few hundred dollars on a new one! If that doesn't work out, his suggestion for a replacement was perfect, and we'll definitely ask for him to come back and put in whichever one we end up with.

Joe and Gene replaced our tub shower fixtures and valve box with expertise and proficiency. They provided education and were friendly. They did the job expertly and saved me some cash too!

We replaced our furnace and installed a brand new air conditioning system. These guys were great from start to finish. Jason, the CEO, did the estimate. He was knowledgable, professional and responsive to my follow up questions. He came through with competitive pricing and stuck to it. No upcharge or discrepancies. The installation was done by Del, who knew what he was doing, was willing to answer questions, and did the job well. There were a few details that I requested attention to in the process and he was responsive. The office staff, and Chelsea in particular, was courteous, knowledgable, and responsive to my scheduling needs. I would absolutely recommend them, and will follow up here again if that changes.

I just had my hot water tank replaced by Bellows. I have solar and wanted to go with an electric tankless but after evaluating the performance of electric tankless I went with electric tank. Bellows sent an electrician out and then planned how to do this all in one day. They have an excellent reminder system where they send a text of who is coming and arrival time. The electrician and plumbers were professional curteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. I have used them three times in the last 5 years and am always happy with their service.
