I couldn't be more upset with this company! I have both AC Units broken so extreme heat in the house with no ability to open windows because of the air quality from the fires and two small children in the house. They scheduled the appointment a week out (which is understandable since they are busy). Then called me the next day that they had other emergency calls and needed to reschedule to the afternoon (instead of morning) the same day as original. A week later (on the appointment day, they call me and say that the scheduled technician can't come out that day because he has a personal emergency but they will get another technician to come out either same day or the next at the latest. They promised to call me back. Nobody called so I had to call them at the end of the day. The lady that picked up took my info and said she will pass along my concern and mark it Urgent. An hour later I get a call back and they start ""re-scheduling"" my appointment saying that the earliest they have is another week out... so here I am having waited for them for a week and now they want me waiting another week because they can't get organized. Meanwhile my two small kids are sweating at home unable to go outside or breathe fresh filtered air. I will NEVER do business with Bellows and will deter anyone who inquired about them!

We had a Generac Generator installed this week by Bellows Plumbing. I am an attorney and at times am not an easy person to work with because of my demanding expectations. From start to finish each person who worked the job was professional. Jose oversaw the generator installation and was extremely knowledgeable about the installation and meeting our special needs for the generator's placement. The field crew was in and out and got the job done. They arrived promptly when they said they would arrive. They did not let the scorching heat stop or slow them down with the install. They left the job site clean. Vance, the electrician on the job, was extremely competent and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend the Bellows team.

Service does not get better than what Andrew provided. After the power shut off from PG&E, the surge when they turned on the power caused our AC to go out. Andrew figured the breaker burnout and he was right. But the AC still didn't work. He came back the next day even though he was having and extremely busy day and figured out the connector had burned out on the AC. At the end of his day he ran to a parts store and made it there 3 minutes before it closed came back and fixed our AC. After two nights of no AC, Andrew saved us from poor sleep again. He is an asset to Bellows. Thank your Andrew!

Today was the first time I used Bellows for some plumbing repairs. Matt and Travis were at my home when they said they would be (that, in and of itself is a welcome change from previous repair companies). They assessed the problems, gave me an estimate to repair, worked until it was fixed, cleaned up and put everything back where it started. Highly recommend.

We just had a new furnace system installed and couldn't have been happier with how it all went. Robert Mitchell, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and gave me a bunch of tips on work I could do ahead of time in removing the old system to keep our costs down. Robert Wolf, the installer, was diligent and hard-working, as well as a creative problem-solver which allowed him to work within the constraints of the space to make everything work the way we wanted it to. They, as well as the other members of the crew who were involved were all very courteous, flexible, and communicated regularly with us. Since this work was going on during the COVID shelter-in-place while I was teaching from home and our three kids were taking classes, they were great at working around our school schedule to do quiet work during class time and louder work when we weren't in class. They also installed a plumbing cleanout for us, which was a smaller job, but equally well done. I would definitely use them again if I needed other HVAC or plumbing work!

Scheduled to come give a quote and never showed up. Didn't call or notify us. Very disappointing for a company with good reviews. Made me wonder if that was real peoples experience?
