I had recessed lights installed throughout the house and some miscellaneous electrical work done (relocating a modem, adding outlets). Keegan and his team did an amazing job. Keegan was very considerate about prioritizing the kids rooms first and ensuring we could safely stay in our home between work days. He was very flexible with adjustments and even completed the job ahead of schedule.

The overall service, communication, and quality of Bellows was top notch.

We have been working with Bellows for a couple of years now on general plumbing (heat-pump water heater, sink leaks and upgrades, toilet replacment, etc), electrical work, and today we just replaced our heater. Mike and Jamie were awesome, and went above and beyond! Very communicative, respectful and clean. There were some things that our HOA was supposed to do re: our project, but they took care of it. Much appreciated! Waiting for the HOA can take forever, and then I would not have heat this winter!

We are a part of the Bellows annual membership program, which has saved us a lot of money and kept us on top of plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. I really appreciate how the entire company has communicated with me and today's repair was no exception. It is nice to have a trusted company to call on.

Jennifer, Bellows plumber, arrived on time, provided a very thorough survey of all plumbing fixtures and flushed the water heater. She checked our water pressure and scoped our main sewer line. Very professional and efficient!

Bellows replaced our water heater (it was an emergency!) and our furnace last winter and did a great job. All my experience dealing with this company and their employees--from the woman that schedules the appointments, the comfort expert (Robert) who came by to give us an estimate on an air conditioner replacement, and all the guys that had done the actual work. Today Ryan came by to rewire the furnace to the fan with our Nest so that we could have some air circulation, listened attentively to the issue, was extremely polite and clean, and very efficient. Will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs. Note: I also love how all their people wear booties to protect the floors when they come in!

Great experience today with Ryan from Bellows to diagnose/fix some problems we'd been having with our 2 heat pump/air conditioning units. This was the 3rd company we've had out to figure out what was wrong and the first to successfully identify and fix (what should have been obvious) problems. Ryan was very knowledgeable, had sophisticated tools that he knew how to use, was friendly and happy to explain things - overall just clearly knew what he was doing!! And I thought the price for the visit, parts, and labor was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Doing a kitchen remodel and called Bellows to install the new appliances because I had such a good experience with them when I purchased a new furnace thru Costco. This was the exact opposite experience. When I called to make an appointment several weeks in advance of needing the work done, nothing was ever said about how much they charge to do the installations. When the technician arrived, and started talking about the work, turns out you get nothing for them showing up ( which cost $149) and every bit of work is extra. With no prior warning, the estimate was $2500 to do the work. When I was not just surprised but flabbergasted, the tech got extremely defensive as if I was attacking him personally. No mater how much I tried to tell him I was shocked he just couldn't get past his own ""stuff,"" and seemed offended that I thought it was expensive. After trying to explain that with no warning I was shocked by the cost, it became very clear he didn't want to do the work for me and so I sent him away. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I guess their service under the Costco umbrella is great but independently, they are way over priced and rather arrogant about it. I also didn't appreciate the tech's attitude. Bellows, I think your company ego is rather inflated. I recommend calling someone else.

They charged me for a tech to give me an estimate for a water heater replacement then the estimate was over 3k. Called another local plumber and got it done the next day for almost half of what they quoted. Clearly they've gotten to large and think they can charge whatever they want. Had to eat the estimate cost but saved in the long run. Look somewhere else.

I've never had a problem with Bellows generally. I recently had a service done by Josh that prompted me to actually write a review. My son had flushed a TV remote... with lithium batteries in it. I called Bellows and Josh came out quickly. Josh was upfront about what would need to occur, that he'd have to take the toilet off, and even then, it might not be reachable/maneuverable due to its size, requiring a full toilet replacement. We proceeded anyway, and the remote actually came out with the shopvac. Really cool honest dude, enough that if I need non-urgent plumbing work, I'd ask for Josh when calling Bellows.
