Yes, we appreciated working with Jeremy Spradlin from Bellows. Although we must replace our heating system, we felt that Jeremy's expertise was reassuring. He was both informative and personable. He did an excellent job explaining options in a complete manner, which made it easier for us to make our decision.

We also appreciate the efficiency and organized system that Bellows created for their customers. We feel that we are in good hands.

I had a problem that no one could solve, so I called Bellows Plumbing. I spoke with Mike and Sofia, who listened to my issue and were willing to dive in. Scheduling was fast, and Jax came out later that week. Jax did a great job, and the problem was resolved. Everyone was responsive and not dismissive of the issue. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail.

Outstanding service by the Bellows A team of Jaime R, Jesse W and Alvie H who, over the last two days replaced my HVAC through a deal with Costco. These guys showed up in time. Did a clean, professional installation and showed me how to use the new equipment. Why is anyone using anyone else for their plumbing and electrical needs?! These guys are excellent!

Would like to give a shout out to Saul, a plumber for Bellows Plumbing, Heating and Air who came to snake out our clean trap that extends from the main bathroom. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional while cleaning out a messy drain due to people flushing wipes and paper towels (!) down the toilet. The home is a vacation house.

Saul also advised us of possible future plumbing concerns and will follow up with an estimate to fix those concerns.

We were very impressed with Saul and highly recommend him and Bellows to others.

Nathan Morris came to fix Eco water softener system error on valve. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous to provide service on the error I was getting on water softener system. He also helped me connect the system to my phone for easy access. I recommend him & the company for plumbing troubleshooting.

Keith came out to do a routine service on our hvac units and was super helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. He gave us some great tips on maintenance and some pointers for getting our units working more efficiently. There are a few things we need to have done but we never felt pressured; Keith explained everything. A much better experience than other techs we have had - thanks Keith!

I highly recommend Bellows. Carl was very knowledgeable and patiently took the time in going through various estimate options for a Lennox Furnace. There was no pressure and he made me feel comfortable, plus I received the estimates right then. I felt the cost was very reasonable.

The removal and installation of the furnaces, done at the end of January 2025, was expertly completed by Mikey, Miguel and Will. I cannot praise them enough. They were professional, efficient, friendly, hardworking and respected my home with care in everything they did. I am very pleased with my new furnace and will, no doubt, call on them again for my plumbing and electrical needs. This is a good company.

I have hired this company to install central AC, an incredible whole house air filtration system that filters the air and also eliminated virus and bacteria, they installed a new 50 gallon water heater and also installed a new Bosch dishwasher. These guys are great and I am always satisfied and impressed with their work. When you do it right in the beginning you save money in the long run.

We had a new Lennox furnace installed January 2025 by Mikey, Miguel, and Alvie from the Santa Cruz location. They arrived on time and they were friendly, neat, courteous, careful and did a great job.

Prior to the installation several different options were discussed before settling on the solution that was best for our lifestyle and our home design. No pressure just pros and cons of several options.

We are satisfied customers and can recommend Bellows.
