Very unpleasant staff. Especially Lisa. Would not recommend them. We installed 4 mini splits at our new construction house at 23K contract. With final installation of units Bellows did significant damage to walls even though they said there would be no further damage done past the first part of the installation, and so we needed to redo drywall and painting twice. In addition, before completion of the work and without anyone reviewing with us how to operate the system they installed. They demanded for the full balance IMMEDIATELY. When I asked to pay within 2 weeks, a very reasonable lead time, especially during the holidays, Lisa from Bellows refused stated that she will start the process of Lien on the property , refused to review operating the system with me. Super weird and rigid, poor customer service., I live in Capitola and the job was completed 12/15 I think, though I don't know for sure be because no one has told me the job was done and no one has reviewed it with me before calling me and demanding I pay immediately or they put a lien on my house. This last time she went so far above and beyond what I consider customary that I am wring my first ever yelp review. She never wavered from the goal of getting the job done, and remained good humored and worked harder than anyone I'd ever witnessed to get the project completed. We hired Bellows to install a mini-split in our house. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Hanson and Alex cleared out our old furnace and ducts, and installed the mini-split. Jesse and Christian took care of all the electrical parts. They all showed up when we were told they would, worked hard, and cleaned up after their work was done. We are thrilled.

Amazing system for confirming appointment, with multiple texts and sending a photo of the tech before arriving. He showed up early! Follow up email with detailed description of service provided which the tech read to me before submitting.

Super nice guy, solved our issue with our wall furnace in no time at all. Turned out we had one very tiny leak that was solvable simply by tightening. No up-selling or bs, just a great solution to what another company told us was a total write off.

Make sure you get multiple opinions especially if the tech starts selling you a line about needing to fully replace a unit.

Will absolutely use these guys in future.

Yesterday two technicians from Bellows showed up on time & in a friendly manner to install a new Lenox furnace. They worked steadily, got the job in a neat precise fashion and it looks great and works even better!
The lead tech was Nacho F. and he was assisted by Miguel V. They worked well together and addressed my questions / concerns as they came up as true professionals.
I was trained well which added to the value of the completion of the installation of our home furnace.
Need a new home furnace, i highly recommend Bellows!

Had a near-disaster in our house - a leak in our concrete slab foundation which led to a number of other issues. Once we identified the source, we called Bellows and they had someone out that day to assess and help us plan how to address it. It ended up being a massive re-pipe of the whole house. Bellows was quick to get someone out to walkthrough, and estimated it to be a 7-8 day job.

They prioritized our project, sent Zach and Eric out, and those two guys hauled through the entire re-pipe in four days. They were responsive, timely and worked incredibly hard to get us back in our home as quickly as possible. The communication was always clear, and they were willing and eager to walk me through their work each afternoon to make sure I knew what was going on.

Was it cheap? No, but when it comes to plumbing, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and this is a great example. Thank you for getting us dried out and back on our feet!

Jeff Labandeira did a check up on our heat/air and investigated some issues we were having. He arrived when expected and was very respectful of our home. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. We felt very comfortable and confident in his skill set and trusted his assessment. Super nice ... very friendly! Great customer service!
