Dave Andrews from Bellows came to my Larkspur home to do a diagnostic check up on my heater which was making clicking noises. He was professional, competent, and totally knowledgeable, running various tests to address the issue. He adjusted several ducks, checked out the blower, and the overall distribution of the heat so that it flows more evenly throughout the house. The furnace and thermostat are now operating properly and I could not be happier. The pricing was fair and the office itself (including staff and management), could not be more helpful or responsive, just as Dave was. Obviously, the reputation they have built of being reliable, competent and trustworthy, is fully earned. I highly recommend Bellows Plumbing, Heating & Air. Janis

Regarding the replacement of the home furnace systems. Everyone my wife and I delt with was outstanding. All the people we worked with were very profession and informative regarding the purchase and installation needs. The first person that came out to our home was Perry. He was informative and helped us make the best decision for our particular needs and budget. Russell came out next to do a walk through to make sure everything was correct so the project can proceed. He was very assuring and signed off on the project's design. Hansen and Alex were the installers. Hansen was the primary installer in which we communicated. The installation of the two furnaces, duct replacement and air flow balancing took only 4 days. Hansen showed us how to work the thermostats and went over the system from operations to maintenance .

I contacted Bellows for a sewer lateral inspection in Aptos CA. They provided fast, friendly service and advice that saved me a significant amount of time and money. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and focused on providing the best solution to meet our needs. Unlike other plumbing firms, Bellows has HVAC and electrical specialists so they can support all phases of system design, installation and repair. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

Very unpleasant staff. Especially Lisa. Would not recommend them. We installed 4 mini splits at our new construction house at 23K contract. With final installation of units Bellows did significant damage to walls even though they said there would be no further damage done past the first part of the installation, and so we needed to redo drywall and painting twice. In addition, before completion of the work and without anyone reviewing with us how to operate the system they installed. They demanded for the full balance IMMEDIATELY. When I asked to pay within 2 weeks, a very reasonable lead time, especially during the holidays, Lisa from Bellows refused stated that she will start the process of Lien on the property , refused to review operating the system with me. Super weird and rigid, poor customer service., I live in Capitola and the job was completed 12/15 I think, though I don't know for sure be because no one has told me the job was done and no one has reviewed it with me before calling me and demanding I pay immediately or they put a lien on my house. We hired Bellows to install a mini-split in our house. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Hanson and Alex cleared out our old furnace and ducts, and installed the mini-split. Jesse and Christian took care of all the electrical parts. They all showed up when we were told they would, worked hard, and cleaned up after their work was done. We are thrilled.
