Great experience with Bellows! We purchased an air conditioner and new furnace through Costco and they connected us with Bellows for an estimate and installation. Very professional people to work with...knowledgeable and very dependable. Kept us informed of process and everyone we worked with was very pleasant and informative. Our only set back was the permit being processed by the county which took 3 months (but was not Bellows fault!). We would highly recommend Bellows...this was quoted as a 2 day job and they got it all done in exactly 2 days. Great experience!

Mike made many phone calls & emails to the county program on our behalf. They came out twice, at no expense, to make sure we got what we needed for the county.

Bellows had good systems in place for customer communication and notifications. Everyone is great to work with. In general a great experience and much better than most companies, who don't pay much attention to implementing systems for quality customer communication and interactions.

I got a reminder text the day before, a text with the name and photo of the electrician this morning, a call from the electrician 10 minutes before they arrived. Made quick work of the problem. Very happy.

Emailed Sunday night, tech was here 830am the next day. Fixed the problem with my duct work, fast and efficient. Earlier this year they replaced the heater from a previous poor install of HVAC, pulled the permit and brought system up to code. Very satified. Should have gone to them first. Live and learn.

Jennifer is always my preferred plumber due to her professionalism and expert advice. She is quick with her reports and always so complimentary and courteous to my clients. When repairs are needed, their work is exemplary and at a reasonable price. Their great work makes me look good in the eyes of my clients. That is why I always call Bellows (and ask for Jennifer) when I need plumbing & heating work on my house or for a client!
