Thank goodness for Bell Plumbing! I haven't had hot water in my kitchen sink for a week as I was overwhelmed with life. I was finally able to take a breath and called Bell Plumbing on a Sunday and made an appointment for them to come out the very next day!

I received a follow up phone call in the morning to confirm my appointment and then received a call during the time window letting me know the technicians were available and if now was a good time for them to come. I said YES! They promptly showed up and took a look at the faucet and tried to fix it, but that wasn't going to work so they ended up installing the new faucet that I bought from Home Depot right then! At first they thought they may have to send someone else out later to do the install, but Freddy worked it out so I ended up with a new kitchen faucet with hot water! Quick and easy. For the convenience and prompt, friendly service the price was reasonable. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, these guys will be my first call. Thank you Freddy and the team at Bell Plumbing! :)

Not really psyched with the service here. I had a gas problem with my water heater and the pg&e guy spent a while playing with it and debugging - he warned me that the plumbers would likely try to upsell me and it was worth trying to replace the control component.

Bell plumbing came by and literally never even touched the water heater and told me I needed a new one. When I had called I had asked for someone who would come prepared to at least try and look for the problem, but they literally wouldn't even look. I told them I'd go with another plumber.

As a single female of color, I'm always kind of wary when it comes to dealing with contractors on my own - would not recommend

I had a phantom water leak that was neither audible nor visible. My technician Freddy was on time, able to diagnose the problem within three minutes, and very professional. This was my second experience with Bell Plumbing, and they will continue to be my first call plumber in the future!

What an awesome company. We had 50 feet of sewer leak and old drain pipes in 60 year old house in inaccessible crawl space. The sump pump needed to be replaced as well. Contacted Freddy at Bell Plumbing and he gave a great quote including a senior discount. We agreed to price and Caesar and crew of two showed up promptly at 8:00 the very next morning. They were all very friendly and patiently listened to all our needs and concerns. They worked very hard throughout the day and by 4:00 had finished everything. They explained what they had done, cleaned up completely and we thanked each other. What great service. I haven't seen this kind of wonderful customer service for a long time. It was so refreshing to deal with Bell Plumbing. I will always use them in the future and have recommended them to family and friends.

Juan & rayas showed up on time. They are very nice & knew what they were doing! It took 4hr ish to finish the job as they estimated. They tested it to make sure the leaking has been fixed and clean up everything before they left!

Steve as amazing in this understanding issue with my dishwasher drainage pipe. Even the dishwasher company folks could not find the issue for a while. He figured out the correct fittings needed and fixed the problem. I am so happy!
