I submitted a request for a quote for a simple job of replacing a garbage disposal. I included a photo, but Hilda D REFUSED to provide a quote. She told me I need to have them onsite to give me any information what so ever. I find it VERY hard to believe they can't provide pricing of a job which I'm sure they do often enough.

Not sure what scam they're pulling, but I'll look for a mom and pop place that actually values their business.

I called this company to come out and fix the water line to our office refrigerator. Neither the water dispenser or the ice maker were working, and we couldn't figure out why. I got several quotes, and Bell was one of the lower ones, and were able to come out pretty quickly. So I chose them. What a good decision! Gert came out to our office and discovered in a couple of minutes that someone had turned off the cold water line. He turned it back on and was finished in under 10 minutes. I was thrilled. I asked him what I owed him, and he said ""I can't charge you for that!"" And he actually wouldn't take any money. This company will service my plumbing needs forever! Amazing!

They are ok in terms of quality. We had hired them for two different jobs and because neither of them were done very well, we had to have Bell Plumbing return to fully resolve the problem.

What can I say about bell plumbing? They have been the most helpful in every aspect! My house is an old house so the pipes are getting old and are becoming easier to break. We had a clog in our toilet that was causing sanitary waste to come out the tub and the toilet was overflowing and getting all over our floor. They came by and were able to get the blockage out carefully which was great! They did it in a fast and timely manner which was great because we were having company over the weekend. Greg was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Great company and great customer service!!! I will definitely use them again!

He made sure everything was taken care of and we now have a new faucet replacing the old leaky one and new shower/tub fixtures that were near to crumbling. Gert showed up right on time. He fixed the problem in about 15 minutes without making a mess. Prior to retaining Gert's services two handymen said they didn't know what to do and turned down the job.

After getting a new water heater and recirculating pump installed, my bathroom faucet slowed to a trickle, but the person who did the installation refused to take responsibility. I had to call three different plumbing companies to look at the problem. The first plumber saw the job, and was afraid he would damage the faucet while trying to fix it. He suggested that I buy a whole new faucet. The second plumber didn't want to give me a free estimate, and asked me to buy the part I may need before coming to fix the faucet.

Finally, Gert from Bell Plumbing came during the agreed time. He told me before he started working on the faucet that it was either an easy fix or an expensive repair or replacement. He took the faucet apart, carefully cleaned the valve restrictor, and reinstalled it, all in 15 minutes. The water was flowing again! I asked him what I owed him, but he refused to take payment for the easy fix. This is a clear example of how a company focuses on providing excellent service and building customer relationships. I will definitely call Bell Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!
