Ran into a bit of an emergency situation and had no hot water to the house on President's Day. I called a bunch of plumbing companies and it was a challenge getting anyone to come out. Bell answered the call, came out quickly and their technician Juan fixed the problem. Later on we experienced some water pressure issues and they sent him out again and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away. They get five stars for their friendly call staff, Juan's expertise and coming out as they promised. I won't hesitate to use them again and recommend Bell to anyone with home plumbing issues.

Bell Plumbing deserves far more than 5 stars. Their customer service was extremely responsive and friendly. Made an appointment for Christmas Eve for a fridge water hookup. Gert arrived on time as promised! He was very friendly as well and very professional. Gert was very clean and neat and even wore shoe covers in the house. He clarified the work to be done and promptly fixed the issue. I knew I was in good hands from the start. Gert effortlessly finished the job in under five minutes!

It's hard to find this level of excellent and responsive service. I absolutely recommend Bell Plumbing and have recently called them again!

I requested an online quote which was responded to in less than 30mins. Maribel on the phone was very kind and patient. They were able to schedule us faster than any other company in the area. Gert worked on our plumbing issues and I'm very very happy with his work. He takes the time to explain the issues. This was a fantastic customer service experience, I haven't had that kind of stellar service in years. I submitted an online request late Saturday evening. They actually called me Sunday morning. Who does that? These days you're lucky to even get a call back. They scheduled for Gert, an incredibly knowledgeable and professional tech to come out. He showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the issue, and assured me we could resolve the issue. BTW, it was an issue caused by lousy parts and even worse service by Roto Rooter. The office called me and again scheduled a service call for the next day after Gert got the parts. Again, he was exactly on time! These folks are really good! He fixed the issue and I could not be happier. Bell Plumbing did everything they said they would and were on time every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about how they run their business, they totally care and it shows. Best customer experience I've had in years, I would never go anyplace else.
