I had Bell Plumbing help with a faucet replacement in the kitchen. Old faucet had an under mount rusted through and through. Jakob was a very prompt and skillful technician and completed the job in no time and explained the issue. I appreciated that he also installed the faucet considering spacing for the handle. I had a plugged toilet and called in the morning. They gave me an appointment for the same day. Juan Rayas, the plumber, arrived in the afternoon and was very professional. He and his associate were able to unclog the toilet and it is now working well. He also was very helpful. He gave me valuable information for replacing my water heater. I plan to use him and Bell Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

Shout out to Freddy at Bell Plumbing of San Mateo County! I had a few plumbing issues, he gave me an estimate for a new toilet and helped me with a few small things, showing me how to do them next time, and didn't even charge me! What an ethical company and he was very pleasant, as was the staff that answers the phone!

I have to agree with all the great reviews that Bell has received. I had a leaking water heater that needs to be replaced immediately. I live on the 3rd floor in a condo complex with a complex heating system and, unfortunately, the main valve broke and it requires turning off the water supply for the building to fix it. There was alot of stress coordinating this effort while I was at work (potentially not have water for 2 days) but everyone at Bell was incredibly nice and helpful. Freddy was the guy who was there promptly and took care of everything quickly and calmly, and I have my new water heating working now. I also checked the prices with few plumbing companies and Bell's rates are competitive too. I highly recommend them!

Great service done quickly! I needed my garbage disposal fixed. Bell Plumbing sent Juan Rayas the next day. In 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue and recommended that I purchase a special plug to fix it (Bell didn't carry the part for my old garbage disposal). All this FREE OF CHARGE. I was very impressed and appreciative. I had to order the part ($40), plugged it in and it works again. Thanks Bell Plumbing

Bell Plumbing is very pleasant to work with. The plumber who installed the new water heater was very experienced. I am extremely happy they could come immediately once I told them my elderly mother needs to take a hot shower at night, The original schedule was for the next morning for the repair as I called late afternoon when I was notified my old water heater is leaking water into the garage at a high rate causing items to get wet.

I want to give a shout Out for Jakob at Bell Plumbing. He worked so hard at my listing in Palo Alto last night making sure everything was fixed before the big weekend open house. I so appreciate his professionalism and his great attitude. He was prompt, professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and a very, very hard worker. When he was finished, everything was tightened up, buttoned up and working Just the way things were supposed to work. It was a relief.
