They were amazing - The technician, Jakob Droz, showed up on time - was knowledgable and friendly. He cleared our blocked dishwasher in 20 minutes. He explained about the blockage and then said - No charge! We will make sure they are the first company we contact in the future for any of our plumbing needs

Updating with the latest, per the owner's comment. After I made my complaint known, Bell did refund my $175 trip fee. They also sent me a nice holiday gift basket seeking my forgiveness, which was a nice gesture.

Still, I think it stands that I leave this review to make known the frustrations I have with being asked to pay $3,000 to replace a shower that was fixed on first sight by another plumber with a $1 screw.

Had a great experience with Jakob. He came over and was able to fix a bathtub stopper that we had been struggling to get back into place. He was knowledgeable and explained to us what was going on and how to prevent issues going forward. Also gave us some great advice on how to handle future drain issues throughout the house.

I reached out to Bell Plumbing for a disposal issue that we really needed fixed the same day. They originally didn't have anyone available same day but quickly called back due to a cancellation. Jacob the technician showed up 15 minutes later and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He also showed us some tips and tricks to keep the disposal from jamming and how to resolve if it does jam. Communication was great from scheduling and Jacob was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Bell Plumbing.

We searched for a plumber to come out and check if we had a leak in our restroom. I was told that the bolts inside our toilet tank was rusted. The plumber addressed the issue, offered a bandage repair and realized that for a couple hundred more we could get a new toilet. We sprung to have our 10+ year old toilet replaced. Without delay or downtime...work was excellent.

It's never a good thing when you put in the wash and water comes spraying down from your kitchen light! Bell Plumbing to the rescue! The personable and knowledgeable Leilani asked all the right questions and was able to get us on the schedule for later the same day. We received a text before our technician, Jakob Droz, arrived, showing his picture and giving a short bio. What a great feature to make us feel comfortable. Jakob was polite, efficient and thorough. He checked the pipe from the 2nd floor all the way down to where it feeds into the sewer line, including crawling under the house. He got behind the washer and stayed to be sure the pipe was cleared and while he did so, he explained how grateful he was to work for Bell Plumbing and what an awesome business it was to work for. He appreciates the ethics of the company and how close-knit everyone who works there is. It was apparent he was proud to work for this family-owned business and that he puts forth his best effort on every job. It was so refreshing to hear a young man be so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and positive. Great job, all around Bell Plumbing!
