From the ease of their website to book a consult, their super communicative and polite dispatch, to the actual rockstar of a technician, Jakob, I was super impressed with Bell Plumbing. I received quotes for every job discussed as soon as Jakob was finished at the property (no waiting around for days wondering if it the issue will cost an arm and a leg!) and he called and texted to explain everything in detail. I am so happy with Bell Plumbing and will definitely be using them again!

Our water heater went out this morning! Called Bell Plumbing and they sent Jacob out. He replaced the water heater and did a great job. Answered all of my questions and went through the instructions on the water tank, the meaning of the blue & red light, how to increase the water temp. I was so appreciative for the highlights, he made it so easy to understand.
I will call him back for the other things on our TO DO list.

We have used Bell plumbing multiple times, and have been super happy with their professionalism, scheduling responsiveness, and work.

The most recent project involved a bathroom faucet which was stuck and needed some TLC. Bell plumbing came, scoped out the work, performed it in minutes, and we're done with the project. Wonderful experience. My two favorite people at Bell Plumbing are Jacob, and Chris.
