Since I do not have $9000 for the repair quoted, I asked my co-worker who is a handy man to double-check the problematic heater. After 1 hour study, he asked to order a parts from Ebay ( $ 70), replaced it then the heater is back to work. NICE TRY !!

This company was super friendly from the moment I called them. My heater broke on what feels like the coldest week ever and I jumped on Yelp to look for help. I found this company and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days later. I got a time slot for my appointment and an email with the picture and profile of the technician who would be coming. Tyler was our technician and he was very friendly and professional working on our 18 year heater!!! He was able to identify and fix the problem on the spot. He was also very fast and within minutes I could feel the heat in my house again. I can't say thank you enough!! This is a great company and I highly recommend them!

This is just a quick note to say how much we appreciated Sal's help with our furnace on probably the coldest day of the year. He got here when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running within an hour. He had the necessary part (a capacitor) in his truck. You'd be surprised how many repair people carry absolutely no spare parts. You can't beat a repair person who shows up when he says he will, fixes what needs to be fixed in a efficient manner and is pleasant when he's working on your problem. Way to go!!

ABC installed air conditioning in our 100 + year old house. Jeff provided the estimate and was helpful with his explanation of the system and what he thought made sense for our house. Alvaro and Antonio installed the system in our house. They were professional, neat, and kept me posted on their progress during the process. Alvaro explained what he found in our crawl space and attic, how are existing system looked and how our new AC works. I recommend the whole team. We had a positive experience with ABC. Thank you!

I highly recommend this business. All of their employees that I dealt with along the way have great customer service and behave professionally. My initial phone call was with Oscar, who scheduled my appointment and called me the day of with status on Mike's arrival. He was great!
Mike was really thorough in explaining various heating systems that would work in my unit, as well as the installation process. Also, very friendly and professional.
The installation team, Joaquin, Ben and Dillon were awesome. They called with their ETA, were very friendly and professional. They needed some tech support from their supervisor Allen, who came by to lend his advice. The whole team was really great and their work was clean and completed on time. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again if I had a plumbing or heating issue.

Once again; another fine technician from ABC Cooling and Heating discovered an issue with my central heater that caused me a few cold nights and had my house toasty warm in less than 15 minutes; My technician name was Steve, and he was most polite, informative, and treated my home with the same respect he probably treats his own home.......in the years since I contracted with ABC to install the central heat and air system in my home, I have always felt like the owner of the business was helping me.....for real up to a few years ago I thought everyone who I encountered were somehow related to the owner!!! Thank you Steve for being another owner coming out to check up on your family's work!!!!

If only every company we deal with in this world could learn a lesson about customer satisfaction from ABC!!
