In 1991, brothers Kenny and Jerry Bell launched Bell Brothers Plumbing Heating and Air in Elk Grove, CA. Having spent over 25 years in the field, Bell Brothers now specializes in heating, air services, plumbing, ductwork, and insulation. Having facilitated over $5 million in Home Energy Upgrade rebates for customers, Bell Brothers stands out as a key player in California's Home Energy Upgrade Program for SMUD and PG&E. Today, 140 vehicles are in operation, and 200 staff members are committed to serving the Hayward and East Bay area. The journey of Bell Brothers started in 1982 when Jerry and Kenny Bell took HVAC classes in Phoenix. During their time there, they grasped the fundamentals of heating and cooling. Upon graduating with honors, the Bells entered the industry to perfect their expertise.

Years later, the brothers took the opportunity to launch a pizza restaurant. They embraced this opportunity, learned the ins and outs of business management, and founded Bell Brothers in 1991.

Kenny and Jerry operated Bell Brothers from their pizza shop until 1995, when they transitioned to a dedicated HVAC business. Since then, Bell Brothers has expanded its services and grown into the Bay Area and Central Valley.

Nearly three decades ago, two brothers envisioned a company that would become Bell Brothers. Their goal was to build a community of clients who would enjoy unparalleled service and 100% satisfaction, every time.

One of the best A.C. maintenance service experience that I have ever had!

My past company that was servicing my A.C. system sadly folded because of the COVID Pandemic. I went on the internet and started researching a bunch of companies and after looking at their truly exceptional reviews, I decided to go with the Bell Brothers! Their 5 star reviews are really true!
Recently, Jason and his crew from Bell Brothers came by and serviced my 17-year-old A.C. system here in the East Bay and I was very impressed. He spent about an hour and a half, which is quite impressive compared to the 20 minutes that the previous company tech did. Jason inspected all of my A.C.'s elements from its ducts to its generator system which was located in my attic to the outdoor A.C. Unit itself. He even took the time to clean the outdoor unit which I thought was impossible to do! Well, that is what the previous company's tech told me. Thank God that I found Bell Brothers and Jason because now they are my go-to people for any heating and a.c. servicing that I need in the coming future! Thank you, Jason and his crew, again for being so courteous and caring about the servicing you provided for me. In addition, their rates are very reasonable and quite affordable as they always have specials (please look at their website).

I had my scheduled biannual service and Kenneth Curry came over. Due to an extremely busy day, Ken still showed up 2 hours after my given time frame. It was hot and he was tired. We discussed what was needed and I asked for help with exchanging my air filter and I asked how I can easily clean the register. Ken, with a smile, said I can do both for you, no problem. Not only did he perform a phenomenal maintenance, but he took 10 minutes to clean my register. It looks brand new with all the dust now off. Never have I had someone take that kind of time to ensure a job was well done! I have recommended him to all my friends. He took time to talk with me, explain all he did in terms I could understand. His friendliness, professionalism and making sure all my Heating and A/C needs were met, far surpassed anyone I have ever had. From now on I only want Ken to service my Heating and A/C needs. Get the job done quick and smooth with Keith. Charged $99 and no extra for the kitchen faucet slow flow after main break on the street. He took apart the faucet and found out many debris sticking in there and cleaned it up and water flow back to normal.

Can't say enough good things about Bell Brothers. We received multiple quotes last summer (2021), but delayed our AC installation and new furnace until recently. Bell Brothers was willing to come back out 10 months later and reassess in person once we were ready to start again (several companies didn't bother). Chad was most helpful answering our myriad questions. He also checked in periodically while we made our decision without being pushy (again, several companies got rather chippy when we didn't commit within 24 hours). We even asked him for yet another quote with a different combination of options, and he provided it efficiently and without any grief. Bell Bros. might not be the cheapest option out there, but it's not just quality parts and work that contribute to the old ""you get what you pay for"" adage--little touches and customer service go a long way, too. These folks make it worth it, and it's clear they appreciate their customers.

Tomas and Lyndon were our installation techs, and they couldn't have been nicer! There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, and they handled them extremely well--plus, they kept us informed. None of these hiccups changed our quoted price, they only extended the installation by 1 day. (Example: The house was built with vents and fans for AC, but the electrical wiring wasn't set up correctly, so they had to run a line to the breaker.) Both Tomas and Lyndon were excellent (and incredibly patient!) when answering our questions while they worked between the attic, the garage, and the condenser site outside. They were courteous and respected the fact that we had online meetings during the day, they kept an eye out for the cats to remain indoors, and we found them to be personable, respectful, entertaining, and efficient.

There was one minor issue with the coolant, but our boys came right back out to fix it, and were then on their way. We're very grateful for the attention to detail, the prompt service, and the overall experience. Well done, and thank you!

I called and asked just how much it would cost to ""Install"" a kitchen faucet. The woman said very clearly, $99 dollars. I ask her to repeat that. She said $99. I said OK, let's set up an appointment. The installer showed up and said that will be $340 for everything. Wow! That's what I call misrepresentation. Then, they even wanted to charge me for the service call. I said, no way! Talk about bilking the customer! Won't recommend this business ever!
