The employee told us that our bill will be around 200 and then we get the bill for over 500 for a simple one hour job

If I could give them zero stars I would. They came out on a warranty call for American Home Shield. Sump pump hadn't worked in a while we think since it was discovered at a home inspection.

Plumber came out and said it was a frozen line, it was not. He never even open the cover to the sump. Before consulting AHS SAID IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED! It would be another $425 above the $100 trip fee for a total of $525. When I called him he said he didn't have time to talk and would call me back in 20 minutes, he never called back.opened the cover to the sump.

I believe the prey on people that don't know anything about plumbing.

If they are your plumber sent by AHS, refuse and request a different more reputable company. Look at all the horrible reviews they have had!!

I had Bella Plumbing come out today for a leaking hot water heater they came out thru my warranty company American home shield within 3 hours came back and installed a new water heater I will definately be using them again for any future plumbing issues thank you for the quick service

Do not use them. They had to come out multiple times to fix a simple faucet. And somehow my wedding band went missing in the few hours that they were there. Police were notified. They were provided through American Home Shield and even though AHS was notified, they still use them as a contractor.

Yes I wish too I could give minus stars, I am with American Home Shield insurance and they have contract with Bella plumbing, I have 2 major issues,
1.) Pipe leak in bathroom was reported in May 2018, we were told first it was not covered, after repeated calls they came and fixed in late July, I had to pay $1000 addition to water bill.
2.) Valve change over water heater, in spite of home insurance, I was told its on covered again, so I ended up paying $100 for insurance company and $305 for just valve repair. They are cheating big time.

I see nothing but bad reviews over the last year and a lot using the same home warranty I use and used for this recent service however I did not have the same experience. They were punctual, polite, quick and great follow up. I was extremely happy. I only had to fix a leaky faucet but they had to order the part and were back to fix in less then 24 hrs. , and it works better now then it did when it was new. I would definitely try them again, with or without the home warranty people.

I would like to give them -5 stars on the work that they do and how they take advantage of innocent people. Mike came to my parent's house to fix a minor plumbing issue. He came with no tools cause he said he wanted to first ""see"" the problem. Ummm.... ok. He went to his car 3 times for stuff. He spent 3 hours running around and only 10 minutes to ""fix"" the issues. Charged my mom $355 dollars. Thirty minutes after he left, the toilet started to FLOOD!!!!! These people are scammers. Will not fix your problem and will RIP YOU OFF!!!

I have used this company in the past without any major issues (they had been recommended by my property management group) but not this time!!! I called on a Tuesday to get a minor twenty dollar part replaced on my hot water heater. They were supposed to overnight the part and fix the next day. I called the next day to set up an appointment to install the new part and was informed that the order had been cancelled, meaning an extra day of waiting. The following day, keep in mind my tenants have now gone 3 days with no hot water, and was told again that the order hadn't been processed and would have to wait an additional day. When I finally was able to get a hold of management, there was no apology and zero help towards what could be done to get my tenants hot water. I finally had enough of the run around and canceled my order with Bela. I will gladly pay for an emergency call with another plumber so long as I never have to deal with Bela again.

This company is a scam. Don't use them. Home warranty sent them out and they told me there was no clean out line. (I'm a girl so I am not very familiar with plumbing issues) found out there is a clean out line called home warranty back they said they would come back the next day. They never came, never called, we called them 100 times they ignored our calls. Called home warranty they said they would call and put me on hold, after 3 minutes she came back on the line and said they answered and told her they refuse to come back. (No reason) after calling them again a few more times I switched to my boyfriends phone and they answered, they were clearly ignoring MY calls. Very unprofessional, rude, unqualified, unknowledgeable, lazy pieces of SHlT. Do not let these scumbags come to your home. Also heard they get paid under the table cash and aren't certified which makes a lot of sense.

This company is hugely disappointing. I have had them several times out to my house. They are bad with phone follow up often requiring multiple phone calls. When my part took 2 weeks to come in to repair a leaky faucet, I had to call them twice only to find out that it had been in for five days and they were going to make us wait another three to install it. I can't imagine what it would have been if I hadn't called. They also had me wait at my house for a 8-12 window for three visits. The first two visits they showed up well past 11. Is a four hour window necessary? Then for the 3rd they bailed at 10:45. Completely unacceptable. I would not have continued using them outside of our home warranty making it mandatory. if you have any choice, do not use this company.
