The WORST experience ever. If I can give them NO star, I wouldn't give them any star.

They charged me over 120+ dollars for an ESTIMATE and promised me they will come back to fix the rest (the plumber did not have parts in hand). He NEVER came back. After two days, I called another plumbing company, and they told me there is nothing wrong with my plumbing system and fixed the problem in 5 min. I ended up spending twice as much since Bela plumbing never refunded my money.

I complained to the person who referred me to Bela plumbing. According to her, ever since Bela plumbing has new owner, their service quality dropped significantly, and she no longer recommends Bela plumbing to anyone.

Im happy for the people who got good service from this plumbing company. Personally, i did not have a pleasant experience with them. As an advice to somebody looking for a plumbing company, JUST CALL SOME OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY.

It makes me sad to have to write this review. We have used Bela numerous times over the last 2 years and have referred them as well. Our kitchen sink was not draining as it had 2 years ago. Bela came out and rodded and left. We paid them in full. Within 20 minutes the sink was still not draining. They sent the guy back out. His diagnosis was a separation in the pipes in the front yard. He left saying the owner would call that evening with a quote and the time and day for repair. We went to bed that night with a sink full of Nasty water and no call. The next morning we called and was told by John he was in the field and would call back midday. Again no call. We called back at 1 and were told he was unable to take the call and would email in an hour the quote. Still nothing. We had to find someone else who was able to locate the problem that was not outside of the house. 2 days later and still no quote. I no longer can recommend Bela.

This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUE YOU HAVE FOR YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. I have a home-shield warranty, and this was the servicing plumber in my area. I called and left this guy 3 messages over the course of 5 days. He finally called back, said he would ""get me in tomorrow"" and would call me back that afternoon to let me know the exact time. Well, needless to say he never called, after another voicemail- he called back saying he could get me in in 4 days (my request has been open for over 2 weeks now) After I got upset because of his horrid customer service- he told me he has called me many times throughout the week, which is nothing more than a blatant lie. He then told me to contact my home insurance company to get another contractor on it. They are rude liars- and would never trust them with any issue with my home. CONSUMER BEWARE!

I've had these guys come to my home on a few separate occasions. Once to install a dishwasher and one to help fix a leak under the kitchen sink. I've always felt I was getting a fair shake at an honest price. I won't hesitate to call them next time I have a plumbing issue.

The Manager at my property management company recommended them earlier this year for a minor shower drainage issue I was having.

I made an appointment with them a couple of times, but they didn't show up and didn't call. When I contacted them they said that an emergency plumbing issue came up. I didn't push it because I had a minor job. They finally showed up and fixed the problem.

I thought I'd try them again a few months ago for another minor issue I was having at my residence. However the same thing happened again. They wouldn't show up for appointments and wouldn't call to tell me they wouldn't be there. I would call and they would say that an emergency came up. This happened a few times. The last time I called them they assured me that they would show up for the appointment, but they were a no-show again.

I finally gave up on them and went with a plumbing company that came out right away, J&S Plumbing.

I don't recommend Bela Plumbing.

I recently took bids to replace 2 50 gallon hot water heaters that were 10 years old and starting to show signs of deterioration. Bela's quote was in the middle but based on numerous recommendations from neighbors I chose them. Great choice! They did a terrific job with the installation, their guys were very neat and clean. They took the time to go over things in detail with me to ensure I understood how the system operated.

These guys are awesome. Said they'd be here at 8:00a.m. and they were here right at 8:00 a.m. I am so sorry I don't know the two technician's names, but they were so polite and kept our kitchen very clean during the repair process (garbage disposal).
If ever we have any other issues, I will be calling BELA!
