Had a bad odor in our bathroom and this company was very proactive in coming to our rescue and was surprised by the honest and friendly service we received. Turns out we were the cause by not utilizing some of the bathrooms in our house. Could of gouged us on this project but instead gained a customer for life.

We've had Before and After Plumbing out for a few different issues. The prices are always reasonable and jobs well done. Our home was built in the 50's and they have battled sawing off cast iron top hats to the toilets, relaying the pipes for a wall mounted kitchen faucet, and taking off a soldered on shower head. There 24hr. answering service makes it easy to schedule service or have someone come out right away if there's a problem.

Start to finish it was a great experience. Asking for a quote and booking the appointment all through yelp make it super convenient and easy. They were nice and friendly. This was a service request for my mom she had nothing but good things to say about her interaction with the tech that came to her house.

Actually we listed this review under my fiancee's name for security purposes. What I described in my review ABSOLUTELY HAPPENED!!! This is a company that HIDES when you try to locate an address for them. That speaks VOLUMES!!! STAY AWAY from Before & After Plumbing at ALL COST!!!

I called Before & After Plumbing at 8 am for an estimate to replace my hot and cold laundary valves as I was unpleasantly surprised as I disconnected my old washer (a few gallons filled my washroom until I turned the watering as my wife crimpedthe hose).

At 9:30 am, Pete showed up and assessed the situation, and quoted me an estimate. After giving me a discount and then matching a competitor, the replacement valves were done in 20 minutes.

Two hour turnaround and Home Depot delivery appointment 11-2 PM and setup for new washer saved! Pete and the company are awesome. Thank you very much!

I noticed a bubble in my drywall by my shower and called Before and After immediately. They were out rather quickly but within 10 seconds of being at my house they brushed it off saying it was a seal on my shower and insurance wouldn't cover it. This didn't seem right to me so I contacted another plumber from another company that came out an hour after they left. This plumber brought tools in and thoroughly looked and determined my shower drain was broken. He contacted someone to review with an info-red camera and within an hour I had dehumidifiers in my house. Within one day I have an open claim and my shower/drywall cut out to have the whole area dried out. I'm very happy I didn't take the advise of the Before and After plumbers. Left unattended this could have turned into a very long and costly repair. Maybe it was a one off but I just don't feel it was right to brush it off as they did.

100 % recommend. They were available next day thankfully. Things turned out difficult but Tyler was awesome and did a great job. Price quoted stayed the same. I hope I don't need any more repairs but if I do or if any family needs some we'll be going with before & after. Thank you!!!
