Absolutely WORST customer service EVER!! If I could, I would give the company 0 stars. Ryan, was very rude from the beginning and escalated to a nightmare! As a new home owner, I am the type to ask many questions especially if I am paying a large amount of money to fix issues around my new house. As I was asking questions, Ryan was very impatient and aggravated towards me. PLEASE EVERYONE don't come to this guy! What he wanted to charge me was insane as I went to someone else who was much nicer with a reasonable price.

My shower handle was difficult to shut off and had a small drip. I was a repeat customer...was. The repair took only 20 min and cost $327 to replace a part I found for $25 at Lowes. After talking with the owner he discounted the price 10% to $294.30 because I was a repeat customer...was. So in the end $269.30 for 20 minutes of labor. You make the decision if this is reasonable.

Desperate need of a plumber since water was gushing from a toilet and up through the shower drains. After calling a few other companies and getting ridiculous quotes, the person on the phone said they didn't charge to come out. I told them my issue and he quoted me $215, but explained that if I didn't have clean-outs it would be more expensive. This house is pretty old so, if there are any clean-outs it will be up to them to find them. Richard showed up in less than the time estimated, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately he could not help as the snake he had was not long enough. He didn't charge me which was great. I think he felt bad for us.

needed a backflow preventer, watts 1-800 M4 1 qt, Anthony said the part was 825.00. After the part was installed, I checked on the internet - the part normally costs 99.00. I was disappointed in the price of the part compared to what I should have paid.

Before & After Plumbing and Drain go above and beyond making sure you are taken care of. Ryan and his crew are 100% customer service driven and that speaks volumes to me as a home owner. I had a leak in my ceiling and filed an insurance claim, insurance company sent out contractor to investigate and in the process caused damage to my main water line when they cut into the ceiling which by the way the contractor that came out did not tell me they damaged the hose. Before & After Plumbing came out after the insurance contractor and informed me that they had damaged my water line and that I also had water damage in the ceiling that the insurance contractor that was sent did not tell me. Bottom line Before & After Plumbing fixed the initial problem and fixed the damage the other contractor had caused. Ryan has also taken the high road with the other contractor who caused the damage and worked with me and my insurance to cover the cost of the damage to repair the water line along with the owner of the other contracting company. Which Ryan was by no means obligated to do so but he chose to be that guy and that company that looks out for the customer. I am very thankful for him and his company's honesty. You will not go wrong with choosing Before & After Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Ignacio came out to fix a stopped up toilet which made sewage come up the bathtub as well. He snaked the drain from the outside and it fixed the problem, however he said he was going to snake the tub from the inside as well which he didnt do. The job was supposed to have a 6 month warranty. When my husband called because the tub was stopped up they couldnt come out for 5 day. Its a 24/7 service, seriously. When Ryan did come out I informed him that it may just need the hair cleaned out of the top part of the drain which I couldnt open.because did not have the tools. He stated that it would be $145 to snake the drain again. Really because that is what I am certain that the warranty should cover. Ryan wouldnt even open the drain and clear out the hair. He basically insinuated that he was going to find another problem to charge for, so on that note I let him leave and called Amber to ask what the warranty covered. She then told me that she would have to ask Ryan! She should know what their warranty covers. Anyhow, I am not stupid I have an associates degree in construction.. I am a certified electrician and have a whole lot of plumbing knowledge as well. This company is a rip off and will try to charge you for services you do not need. Immediately after Ryan left I went to my neighbors and borrowed tools. I fixed the problem in 5 minutes and they lost business. My landlord will no longer be using them for any of his properties!
