Our kitchen sink was completely backed up, and Carlos did an excellent job fixing it. He tried multiple things until he figured out the best solution to remove years of build up. After he was done, I don't think I've ever seen the sink drain that quickly! Super happy with his work and service. Worth sharing that he was able to make time for us in a moments notice. And he also was kind enough to explain how I can prevent and maintain it, and cleaned up all the gunk at the end! Keep him on speed dial!

I was in a pinch... I had replaced the rubber seals on the stems of an old tub faucet, an old fix that worked many times before, except for this one. I couldn't take off work and the thought of the huge bill I was going to get slapped with by having my faucet running was just stressing me out. I sent a yelp work request and Before/after Hours Plumbing called me within 10 minutes. Gave me quote over the phone and scheduled their service the next day. They replaced the stems and handles, did clean work, were respectful, and were very honest. I zelled them at the same time my wife gave them cash. They zelled it back to me without any hesitation. I had to replace my main sewer line because of roots inside of the broken pipes. I got several estimates and paid 2 plumbers to remove roots.

Through a Yelp request Before & Ater Hours reached out to me and Charlie came out. He was on time and patiently answered every question I had and explained to me what needed to be done and how he would do it and how long it would take.

When the job started, I was so impressed at how he had coordinated all of the different crews that were needed for the job. His men worked well into the darkness for two days.

In addition to replacing my sewerline with the pipe burst method, he also put in a liner from my property line to the street and replaced drainage pipes under my house.

I really can't say enough about how he earned my trust which is not easy to do. Charlie is a real plumber with integrity and the best price around. I will gladly call Charlie in the future because of the work he did for me and because I have such an old house. Can't say enough great things about Carlos and his team. Carlos was incredibly responsive, great communication and I never felt pressured once. He gave me his honest assessment and explained everything to me clearly. He repaired my sewer line, installed proper connections, installed a new clean out and backfilling once all completed. Had a broken outdoor spigot to replace after I goofed trying to remove a hose that was stuck. I ended up cracking the copper line. Yep I learned the hard way. Did a Yelp search and made sure to provide details a send photos of my mishap.
Carlos was straight up front with the estimate and very clear and communicative about his availability and was able to squeeze me in same day. Carlos saved the day and provided a new replacement within an hour of him arriving to my house.
The moments I saw him actively working he was very professional and skillful with the soldering and even shared some input about my current setup which helps as we are slowly but surely doing renovations.

Charlie was absolutely amazing. I had another company inspect my clogged kitchen sink and he told me the only option was to replace a pipe, which was going to cost a lot!
