Highly recommended. Very professional, and communicative. Have me an estimate right away based on photos and my explanation when everyone else needed to send a guy before estimating, with an estimation fee, which would be applied to the job if accepted. Just FYI to that method - it stinks. If you're trying to get a triple bid or at least a variety of estimated I'm not paying for every single one. Before/After made everything smooth and I really appreciated talking to the plumber and not the receptionist.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had two other plumbers try to fix my clogged drain line before I found Carlos. One guy quit after twenty minutes, the second guy said I would need to replace the whole drain line. Carlos worked harder than anyone I've seen in a while, did not give up and got the drain cleared- it flows better than it ever has. I 100% recommend him.

Having kids is always an adventure. The baby put a ball bath toy into the toilet and the 5 year old flushed it. We have one toilet for all of us Luckily for us Carlos came out in under 20 min and had it fixed on a Saturday afternoon for a fair price.
