Catlos has saved the day on a few occasions. He's always really good with communicating and being able to fit me in when my garbage disposal stopped working suddenly. My faucet and bathtub needed fixing and he was able to find the parts and take the time to make sure everything was working. Carlos (Charlie) is the owner of the company and the person who shows up to do the job ! He gave me a time frame and texted to lmk he was on way,
he cleared one backed up toilet and made sure there was no mess : ),
then looked at another toilet and gave me advise on clearing water jets with a decalcifier from Home Depot, 2nd toilet was working just slowly .

Another time I had him run a camera to check the sewer line, he showed me a couple of "" offsets"" but no roots and advised to check again in a year. He does a great job and is honest about what work needs to be done, no upsells, just a great plumber and good guy!
