These plumbers took 2 weeks to complete a main sewer line repair and during the entire repair, they were blasting loud music over their blutooth speaker the entire morning and afternoon! It was the worst experience and would not recommend them. Not only did they take a long time to complete the work, but they were inconsiderate with their music and noise levels.

It's so great to have a local business that you trust to do a good job at a reasonable rate. They've replaced a cracked sink for us, carefully saving the granite top that an overly zealous installer had overcaulked. They done smaller jobs, clearing clogs, checking water pressure, fixing showers, and just installed a new toilet. Always polite, friendly, professional, with clear explanations of what will be required, time frame, costs, etc.. Would definitely recommend.

Jim, holy cow where do I begin? A total gentleman and awesome plumber that truly knows his stuff. He has rescued us twice now. Always professional and quick to show up, even Christmas Eve on his way to church! And great contractors know other great contractors, with his referral for his leak detection guy to his drywall guy. tried to update my previous review in regards to being without a kitchen sink for a month. I want to correct as it was brought to my attention that the $125 I was charged at the final visit was not for the work to get the installed faucet working again but rather to clear my guest bathroom sink clog; which took about 10 seconds. My mistake for misunderstanding the charges as normally I have not been charged $125 for a drain clear. Some that have been much harder. I called one plumber for an emergency clear on a weekend during a party for an upstairs sink. He charged $95 i really need to find his number again! so I wasn't in fact charged twice. I was just charged $125 for 10 seconds & waited a month to get water in the kitchen. I did call several times left two messages and spoke to them twice. With two visits out regarding the issue. Again I was out my kitchen sink for a MONTH which caused a huge inconvenience for me. In addition... The piece that broke was the water flow piece. so I will be needing to replace the faucet anyways to ensure I don't waste water. so just an update and a correction of my previous review. Because i did get a call from the company Pointing out MY error. So helps to clarify it. A Month. No kitchen sink . no follow up until I got upset! let's see them be without a sink for a month and have a house full of children to take care of. NOT EASY. So thank you for the compassion and understanding in my situation- the faucet was installed within 6 months. I was told the piece was broken to begin with. And I was told the hard water caused it to break... two different stories by same place. I believe the piece came broken or was broken during installation. Hard to believe my water which isn't bad here would deteriorate a piece of the faucet mechanism in such a short period of time causing it to break.
