Had a main line stoppage into sinks, tub, shower after 5pm of course. Jim was able to be there in a couple of hours and do the main line, volunteered to come back the next day to finish so that we wouldn't be charged anymore for after hours work.

Jim Beck was amazing. We called up, no real emergency but they had an opening. Arrived within 30 minutes. Our washing machine was backing up into our kitchen sink for quite sometime. Well, the 60 year old house couldn't be fixed with his 'snake'. He found us another company with a high powered Jetter. He didn't even charge us, since he said he wasn't able to fix the problem. What? I insisted on paying him, but he wouldn't take our money. Will certainly use him again when we have any other less complicated piping issues.
