Jim, holy cow where do I begin? A total gentleman and awesome plumber that truly knows his stuff. He has rescued us twice now. Always professional and quick to show up, even Christmas Eve on his way to church! And great contractors know other great contractors, with his referral for his leak detection guy to his drywall guy. With a big thank you Jim for helping to keep our home happy and dry where it should be!

tried to update my previous review in regards to being without a kitchen sink for a month. I want to correct as it was brought to my attention that the $125 I was charged at the final visit was not for the work to get the installed faucet working again but rather to clear my guest bathroom sink clog; which took about 10 seconds. My mistake for misunderstanding the charges as normally I have not been charged $125 for a drain clear. Some that have been much harder. I called one plumber for an emergency clear on a weekend during a party for an upstairs sink. He charged $95 i really need to find his number again! so I wasn't in fact charged twice. I was just charged $125 for 10 seconds & waited a month to get water in the kitchen. I did call several times left two messages and spoke to them twice. With two visits out regarding the issue. Again I was out my kitchen sink for a MONTH which caused a huge inconvenience for me. In addition... The piece that broke was the water flow piece. so I will be needing to replace the faucet anyways to ensure I don't waste water. so just an update and a correction of my previous review. Because i did get a call from the company Pointing out MY error. So helps to clarify it. A Month. No kitchen sink . no follow up until I got upset! let's see them be without a sink for a month and have a house full of children to take care of. NOT EASY. So thank you for the compassion and understanding in my situation- the faucet was installed within 6 months. I was told the piece was broken to begin with. And I was told the hard water caused it to break... two different stories by same place. I believe the piece came broken or was broken during installation. Hard to believe my water which isn't bad here would deteriorate a piece of the faucet mechanism in such a short period of time causing it to break.

Beck's Plumbing just finished a decent size job this week on my house. Needing to get a portion of it rerouted, there was piping, concrete work, stucco needing to be worked on. Overall the guys worked efficiently, cleaned up and were courteous. Will likely need to do more work in the future and happy to have Beck's contact info. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful company and staff! If we were staying in Simi Valley, we wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing. We are moving out of state. During the home inspection, the inspector identified the water heater was installed incorrectly and needed to be fixed. Beck's sent Jim the owner the same day. He showed me the water heater was installed to code (inspector was wrong). They helped me show that it was installed properly to code to the buyer's satisfaction.

Beck's is officially my go-to plumber. We bought our house in October and the seller mentioned slight back up issues with the main sewer line. A sewer inspection gave us the all clear, but come March, we had sewage backing up into our tubs. Beck's came highly recommended and they came out first thing the next morning and snaked the drain and recommended putting in a cleanout in the future so they could do a proper inspection with a camera to find out the real problem. Sure enough, 1 week ago things started backing up again. They broke ground Monday to install the cleanouts and what we thought was going to be a normal size job turned into the sewer line replacement from hell - the pipe was crumbling. Jim and his team were out here from dawn to dusk everyday. From the beginning, Jim gave us detailed and professional advice and helped us understand the variables that would affect cost and functionality and what type of material the home had. The only surprises came from our plumbing structure and groundwater that significantly complicated the job. If you want quality work and expertise, Beck's is the answer. We are eternally grateful to Jim and his entire team for how hard they worked to get us up and running again.

Our water heater broke late in the afternoon, and we called Beck's plumbing. Clarissa was very helpful and responsive and provided estimate over phone after we sent pictures. Jeremy and team showed up early next morning, got us up and running quickly. Up front pricing, affordable, and great experience overall!

This is my second positive review for these guys. Last time in 2016 when they installed a hot water heater, this time was for a master bathroom job. Jim, the owner, came by to estimate on a Friday with competitive pricing. Squeezed me in the following Wednesday and knocked out a days work in 4 hours! They wore mask the whole time, even though I said he didn't need to, and swept the floor before they left. I will use these guys again!
