I originally had work done on a 4"" PVC pipe a few months ago. Unfortunately, found out this week that my issue wasn't resolved from the original work.

I followed up with BeastBay and Ron assured me that they didn't want to lose a customer. So they came back out and went above and beyond (more than even I requested/expected) to ensure that we had a permanent fix.

Sincerely appreciated their diligence and commitment to a customer. I hope I don't have future plumbing issues -- but if I do, I know who to call.

We had a long-running plumbing problem with the washing machine - it was overflowing at the drainpipe when the washer drained. BeastBay sent James Riggins to find out what the problem was (attempts by two other plumbing companies had failed). James determined the problem was at a junction in the front of the house, crawled under the house and reamed out the blockage: Problem resolved! We are very grateful! He's a very knowledgeable and skilled plumber.

The technician Daniel assessed the problem but needed to replace my main water line as my water pressure was way too high. Though it took another day but we finally found the source of the leak and the problem was fixed. Will keep this number handy with any future problems.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and a broken dish soap dispenser and they came by within an hour of us contacting them. The technician immediately identified the leak and upon our approval, purchased and then replaced the soap dispenser and repaired the leak as well as sealing other potential problem areas. Very happy overall.

Working with Myles was a great experience. He didn't have the parts required for the repair but was able to get them within the hour. He was able to do the repairs efficiently, quickly and cleanly. We had made the call Thursday afternoon. The work was done on a Saturday with no extra charge. We are happy! Beastbay is now our go to plumbing company.

Came out within an hour of our call. After looking at the messed up plumbing under our kitchen sink (we knew it had been done wrong but didn't want to deal) he convinced us to do a more elaborate fix, which we had been putting off. The price was reasonable and I'm confident it was done right and we won't have repeated leaks as we've had in the past.

One caveat: they don't repair the drywall for any holes they make in the walls. I'm told this is pretty standard with plumbers but you might have a different experience. We did have to spend a couple of hours and an additional $50 or so to DIY the hole in the wall under the sink.
