He explained everything from start to finish. And he did a job that another company said could not be done. The caulking hasn't yet dried, but I couldn't be happier.

Beast Bay to the rescue again. Same day service was appreciated since this is a day care facility. Was able to snake the clean out and unclog pipes without having to jet. Stephon, the plumber, called to advise and update and give pricing info before proceeding. Appreciate the Beast Bay team for taking care of business quickly and professionally.

Yesterday I had a consultation with BeastBay Plumbing. The plumber was very prompt. He was able to resolve the problem with my tankless water heater within 30 minutes. And I wasn't even charged . BeastBay is the best. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Fast response. I was able to get an appointment on the same day of my request since it was a rush request. Technician was great, polite, friendly and respectful (has he covered his shoes when he came inside my house). He showed up the time I was told, answered all my questions and accommodating. He went to buy the part he needed and came back to finish the job as promised. He was experienced and quick to resolve the issue. The labor cost was a bit high but not too bad considering the urgency of the situation and quick response. They beat all the other guys. Thank you for a job well done! I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future if needed.

My sink was clogged and there was a leakage from the garbage disposal. I put in a quote request and received response quite fast. I got my appointment booked for the first available slot the same day, which was at noon. Daniel came early and got into working immediately. He was able to price match what the other plumber had quoted me. $600 for garbage disposal change (unit included), 2 clogs within the pipe flushed, and high pressure flushing of the wall pipes were done. Since he does not have the unit, he had to go to Home Depot to get it. Came back and get to working. He completed everything in approximately 3.5 hours. He was nice, professional, and super helpful. Would definitely recommend working with him to others.

They we're pretty prompt when responding to service inquiry. They also offered a lot of availability that was pretty convenient. I didn't get an actual quote upon inquiry and was told that I'll get it after they look at it. The plumber started working on it and was able to unclog my kitchen sink but I was never told how much I had to pay. I'm not sure how much is a typical rate for this job but I paid what I thought was a lot of money for the job for less than an hour of work. I asked for an invoice but all I got was a generic invoice without any breakdown. Tried reaching out to them for a proper breakdown but still haven't heard from anyone.

Update: someone from marketing/customer service have reached out to me to clarify my issue. The person I talked to was very nice enough to offer a discount/refund. I felt valued as a customer, will definitely use them again for future needs.

Great customer service! Anthony came out to assess our bathroom plumbing and give us an estimate and ended up fixing our garbage disposal issues as a favor!

Looking forward to them coming back out tomorrow to replace the pipes in our bathroom.

They reached out instantly and was so patient with me since I was shopping around for different prices to compare. I'm renting out my house I'm currently in and just needed to make sure everything was working and reinstalled properly. They sent someone after being stuck at another job but communicated this right away. and they were able to service our issues when they came and gave a really reasonable price. They sent two people, they were very nice and communicated everything with us. They didn't leave until the job was done and we were satisfied.

I had an issue with my main waterline and they were responsive and came out the next day to give me a quote. I ended up going with them. They repaired my waterline. It was great, that is what I paid them for. BUT they did not flush the system so I had large amounts of sediment that came through all of my pipes in my house. AND it clogged my water heater and it stopped working. The technician said it was just an old water heater, but it was working fine the night before. He said that he could replace it for $3k. LIKE WHAT!!!! They caused it to stop working. It also clogged my fill valves for all of my toilets and wanted $279 per toilet to replace. Then my aerators for my sinks were clogged, so I had to clean those and then I had to clean my shower heads since those got clogged as well.
I sent a message to the company and the said they would look into it, but have not done anything.

I spoke to 4 other plumbers and they said they did a bad job and should have flushed the line with an outside line to make sure sediment didn't go to the house.

So I paid them $1500 for the waterline repair and then had to buy a new water heater, fill valves, about $1100. I may still need to buy aerators and shower nozzles.

Overall, I would not recommend them since they did not take ownership for the additional damage they caused.
