I booked an appointment with them and they never showed. The technician was initially supposed to be at my house between 12 and 2 PM, and he did call me at noon saying he'd be at my house at 2 PM, but 2:45 rolled around and no one showed up. When I called them, they didn't even apologize. They were rude and unprofessional.

The water pressure everywhere in my house dropped almost 50% about a month ago and I finally got around to looking for a plumber to diagnose it a little after midnight today by sending out some requests here on Yelp. I woke up to a reply from BeastBay asking if they could send out someone today and a few hours later someone showed up to diagnose the problem.

After some tests, It was determined that the PRV was not working properly, so he went out and picked up the replacement and proceeded to install it. After a few hours, the installation was done and he came in, and after flushing the pipes, he tested a few of the faucets and the tub and the water pressure was even better than I first moved into this house four years ago!

The price was reasonable and he was very knowledgable, courteous, professional, and excellent at his craft. I will be using BeastBay Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and I think that you should too!

I almost never take the time to write reviews for businesses. With BeastBay Plumbing, however, I am happy to share my positive experience. We had a situation with overflow in the garage and had a different plumber charge us a lot of money to put a band-aid on the problem rather than fix the source. The guys at BeastBay Plumbing, however, went out of their way to fix the source of the problem.

You could be the best plumber in the world and I still wouldn't fault you if you didn't know how to use a jackhammer, or how to properly pour concrete. Again, these guys are different. They seem to have a real passion for the job and they go out of their way to earn their stellar reputation. Consider me an extremely satisfied customer.

Is there a six star option for exceptional? The water pressure in our house dipped yesterday morning, hot water wasn't working, and then yellow gunk started spewing from the faucets. The first company was charging $150.00 for an estimate, the second company (although diagnosing the issue correctly as a water softener filter rupture) made it seem it would cost us around $5k to repair (not including the cost of a new water softener) and then sent someone out to the house who couldn't start the work. Then there was Beast Plumbing. Carl concurred on the problem, had the tools to get us up and running-- he fixed everything in about 2 hours for a fraction of the cost, saving us a fortune. I will be recommending this company to my friends, neighbors, strangers (you all) and will call them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future! I don't often write yelp reviews, but this company exceeded my expectations.

Our home is 2 1/2 years old. Our shower started to have a weird smell. We thought clogged but nope it wasn't. Constantly cleaned the drain with everything we can think of (apple cider vinegar, baking soda, etc). Wasn't working. Then it stopped smelling. But then, a gnat looking bug was found. And everyday for 3 days, these hugs were appearing. We contacted beastbay plumbing. They were prompt on response, same day estimate and with out issue, it was a same day fix. Johnny was great.
