I had some problems with blockage in my plumbing line.
Baystate plumbing came out and corrected the problem. The technician was Brandon which was an awesome guy who knew exactly what he was doing and he did it in a timely fashion now I am able to use my dishwasher my sink and my washing machine. If you need a plumber, call beast bay plumbing and don't forget to ask for Brandon.

I had a great first experience with BeastBay, specifically Anthony. I had to schedule a very tight time window to head to work and they accommodated. Anthony showed up right on time and was very professional. I wanted to get a quote for installation of a filter system for our home and he explained the whole process of what the company would do, and more importantly what they would not do as part of the service. The part of was most impressed by was that he focused on answering my questions and even came prepared having read up on the system I told them I was considering installing. I also really appreciated that he didnt try to talk me out of buying my system to try to buy another one, but instead only simply mentioned that his company also had a system if I was looking for something with a smaller footprint. The fact that he didnt push his own product actually made me more willing to research it and consider it as an option. He even went as far as to give some advice on how to address an issue that we were experiencing in our home. Overall my first experience with the company, from scheduling an appointment, which they conveniently allowed me to do via text, all the way to Anthony walking me through the process, was A+.

The company lives up to their 5 star reviews being extremely responsive for our leaking washer drain. The tech informed us that we needed a new P trap and snaked the drain as well. Not the cheapest quote but very professional and done in a very timely manner! Highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! They were the first ones to come on site. I was impressed with the thoughtful consultation and competitive estimate. This was a fairly big job and I'm completely satisfied.

I told them that it wasn't necessary to connect one water line that I believed was not in use but a few days later I realized we had cut the water supply to the back yard. They came back and spent half the day reconnecting that supply and didn't charge me for what I was willing to concede as my mistake.

These guys seem more interested in satisfying customers than gouging them. Great plumbers are hard to find but here they are!

I had a plumbing emergency and was without water. I called a number of plumbers and no one could help last minute. BeastBay was also fully booked but worked to move around appointments so they could offer me same day service. The plumber, Daniel, was awesome. On time, polite, knowledgable and honest. Definitely recommend! EASY and fast scheduling. Professional. Responsive. Same-day appt. Stefan from Beastbay was super-knowledgeable about potential causes, and upfront about prices. He fixed it quickly and correctly (and for a reasonable price) so our new washer could be hooked up (the first plumber that came told us that he could not find any problem.) Stefan also advised us about how to do home-maintenance on our old-pipes to prevent clogs. We have used many plumbers over the years, and so far, these guys are the best. Thank you!!

The drip is gone!!! We had a tub faucet leak for months & getting more intense. I reached out to BeastBay Plumbing because I see their vans everywhere & felt the company is legit. Now I know why the reviews are so high too.

I called for an appointment and was offered times for the next day. Daniel came out to help me today. He was professional, efficient, and well-spoken. He explained what he was examining and why, helped pinpoint our problem, and most importantly - fixed it! Yay!!

The company seems prompt and reliable. Honestly, they were way more established than I was expecting. Definitely worth the money & peace of mind. Daniel informed me they even have a club membership thing going on. Pretty cool.
