We called beast bay plumbing after having issues with our plumbing backing up into our downstairs shower. Mitchell was at our house the same day, checked out our problem and provided us with a reasonable quote. He explained the problem clearly and quoted us less than a quote we had gotten from another plumbing company. Our house was built in 1934, so once they started digging he found some roadblocks, but he communicated all concerns with us and stayed within budget. Our problem is now fixed and we will definitely be using beast bay for future projects!

These guys are awesome I called them for a free estimate regarding a leaky sink and they just tightened it up and didn't charge me I insisted on paying and they still didn't charge me. I had a back up in my primary shower and water didn't drain for days. I had the pipe snaked which didn't help then reached out to BeastBay. They showed up promptly and plumber Marcellino was very friendly and helpful. Sadly he was unable to clear the line that day but came back out and could not clear it the second day either. Today he came out again and got the line cleared. At each step Marcellino explained what was happened and what my next options were. I would definitely recommend them!!

Steffan showed up to help diagnose a leaky shower head and fixed the problem right away. He also assisted with some advice regarding a possible leak outside. We had to call back a few days later as an adjustment had to be made to the original issue. Again a quick and professional response and fixed the problem completely. I noticed water damage under my kitchen sink. I filed a claim with my insurance, and the day before they were scheduled to come, they informed me I needed a plumber to identify the leak source. I called BeastBay. They were able to fit me in same day. Stephen Arruda came out, and was super friendly, and knowledgeable. He even offered to wash one of my cups he accidentally dropped while looking for the source of the water damage. I have never had a plumber come out, that I wanted to continue to use as my go-to plumbing service. I will recommend them and use them again! Customer service goes a long way!

I hired Beastbay to add a gas line for a dryer, AJ arrived on time as scheduled, did a survey and provided a quote. Upon start of job, noticed a gas leak from our kitchen stove, recommended repairs and completed job as scheduled. Our home smells completely different without the gas leak that may have gone on for weeks.
