I recommend BeastBay Plumbing! I had a leak in a water pipe to my irrigation and hose and BeastBay plumbers, Karl and Kaska arrived on time and completed the job in no time! They were professional and extremely efficient! I rarely have luck hiring companies, but I was extremely satisfied with these workers and this company! I will use BeastBay again and will recommend them to everyone!

This rating is based on their excellent communication. To be clear, I didn't end up using any of their service. I sent out a message in Yelp in need for a consultation regarding a toilet issue. There were a few plumbing services that responded.

What I like about BeastBay was that they provided free consultation. They asked questions to help understand our issue and also answered any questions I had. I scheduled with them based on this interaction but also their excellent reviews. Later, my dad told me their service wasn't necessary. I had to cancel. When I cancelled with BeastBay, they were responsive by confirming the cancellation.

If we have any future plumbing issues, I'll be sure to contact BeastBay first.

Requested a quote through Yelp. No response. Called the number. Talked to a lady that couldn't give an estimate even on a simple job. Pull toilet, run snake, reinstall toilet. Said she had to talk to a plumber and would call me back. Never called or texted me back. Still waiting. This company doesn't value your time.

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. BeastBay was able to send someone quickly to provide a quote. Their pricing was actually fair compared to three other plumbers that come by. Kyle was very professional and a great communicator. He did a great a great job installing a new unit!

Beast Bay offered a sigh of relieve after a hard week. The communication was AWESOME. Luckily for me they were able to come out and resolve the issue before the holiday weekend.

Steve was amazing! I called another plumber in the area this morning to fix a leak under the kitchen sink but they couldn't replicate the leak when they arrived (even though we had a video of it leaking that clearly showed where it was coming from) and acted like they didn't know what to do, didn't want to fix it, and never followed up with a quote. Thankfully I called BeastBay and they were very helpful! They had Steve come out the same afternoon. He enthusiastically checked out all the issues we had concerns about and ended up fixing more than just the leak, for a (relatively) reasonable price. He was knowledgeable, provided great service, and now I have peace of mind. Would definitely use these guys again.

robert did a GREAT job he showed up right on time and did a great job. we had a nather company work on the shower valve and the leak was worst so we called beastbay. and they fix it all like new
