BeastBay came to plumb gas to our kitchen stove. Prior to beginning the work they found some damage below our house and a leaking hot water heater. They quoted on the spot, completed all of the work in the two days they'd promised and left the house cleaner than they found it. We will absolutely use them again. Super professional quality product.

I can't say enough about BeastBay Plumbing and my Hero Johnny! Water Heater went kaputs. Placed Yelp inquiry. BeastBay Plumbing was responsive and one of the quickest with available appointments. Day of appointment Johnny made sure to communicate on eta and showed up right on time. He was personable and friendly and quick to asses the issue. Even when the problem became a bit more complicated than originally thought he had the answer. Through out the process Johnny did what at times is hard to find regarding customer service; he communicated, kept me updated every step of the way and was efficient and reliable. Parts were order and issue repaired. He even suggested alternatives to give me options. Pricing was fair and I appreciated the different estimates to my affordability. I 100% recommended them and they will be my number one choice moving forward with any plumbing need.

Wow. Never ever did I think we could get someone so professional and someone who knew what he was talking about. The company came out same day and serviced us and helped us with so much professionalism. If you need any plumbing help this is the company to call.

Had a plugged up kitchen sink and requested quotes via Yelp (love that service!) from several plumbers but only Beastbay was immediately available so booked them. They were supposed to come 9-11am but no show so called office and Dee said they were running late so expect them 1-3pm. Late again so called Dee again and she said to expect within the hour. AJ arrived before 4pm and quickly resolved the situation. AJ was so friendly and helpful that I quite enjoyed his ""visit"". He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated because other plumbers have left yucky messes behind.

So five stars for AJ himself but have to deduct one star for not keeping me informed of the time changes. In their defense it was a rainy Monday, but that's still not an excuse when it should be easy to text or call me.

I've had to use several plumbers since I bought my condo. I had a shower drain that was backed up. I called Beastbay and they fit me in that day. The plumber, Johnny Utz, couldn't have been nicer. He was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him.

The main water valve was leaking and they review the work need it and did an excellent job, they even did additional work at no charge and they were great to communicate with and responded fast to my request.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any issues that I will have. Stephen was my technician and he is great to work with :) More than happy with his service.

Really happy BeastBay had an open availability within the same day I called. I called for my work's dental office sink that was clogged and Marcellino was very friendly and open. I showed him towards the sink and he was able to read the situation. I liked how easy he broke down the situation and payment options down. He was quick to assess the problem and got the job done within an hour! I think if ever my family has a house problem too, I'll definitely call BeastBay! Thank you!

I asked for a quote on a faucet replacement and BeastBay was quick to respond and to set up an appointment, which I greatly appreciated.

Having noted that their yelp profile states ""We are in compliance with social distancing standards using n95 masks and gloves for everyone's protection"", however, I was surprised when Stephen arrived and entered my house with no mask of any kind, even though I was wearing one. When I asked if he was fully vaccinated, he replied ""no, but I have natural immunity"" - so no vaccination AND no mask.

Stephen was super nice and polite, so I let him continue on with the quote even though he was unvaccinated and not wearing a mask, but the quote of $548 to replace a single bathroom faucet and its' supply lines - all provided by me - sealed the deal on not using this company.
