Innovations and finalizing a new home can be difficult especially coming to a new location that has drastic weather changes.

With that said we recently had Quinton a service pro visit our home and estimate the cost for accessing the water to our backyard to water our garden. Quinton went above and beyond explaining the possible outcomes our homes life spanned my live through.

He was thorough, clear and direct. If we had any questions he answered them without question. Extremely friendly and courteous in our home. Love the fact that he wore foot covers and was very adamant on wearing them even though he said he didn't have to. It just shows the respect and pride that he puts into his work and for his company.


Aside from the estimate Quinton was able to quickly fix our problem in a few hours time. Able to except credit card on the spot we are happy to say we are on our way to the nursery to pick up some new plants for our garden and we are excited that we are now able to access the water to water our new babies!

Bear Valley plumbing and heating is definitely our hometown hero and we will be referring any family friends or even strangers to them!

I hate writing bad reviews, but this company deserves it. Unfortunately we did get referred to this company to get a quote on a house we just bought, and we've tried three times to get someone out there. First time was a day in advance, and they said they didn't have any availability but to call when we were there to see if they could squeeze us in. 2nd time we had an appt for a 4 hour window, and Rebecca the scheduler called us midway through that window saying hey can you go grab some lunch and then we'll meet you back at the place our guy is running a bit late. So we did, and then later received a call stating they weren't going to be available till late that night on a Saturday where we were just going to be up there for a few hours and we didn't have a place to stay, so we had to cancel. Then I just tried again, and asked if someone could meet us up there on Sunday, two days notice, and was told they only have one person scheduled at that time. Last time i'm going to try again with this company. You would think the 2nd or 3rd time, they'd maybe re-route someone to our property knowing what we've experienced thus far, and knowing we live 2+ hours away and that it was very inconvenient. But they didn't step up to the plate, and they didn't provide any customer service. Horrible experience, don't recommend it for anyone unless you live up there maybe because they won't meet any appt's or timeframes to work with you, the customers, schedule.

We had them come out about a year ago to our cabin. They have a gimmick where they do a ""free"" inspection and then try to upsell you on fixing tons of stuff that doesn't need to be fixed. They give you a laminated card that shows options and push really hard. Ridiculous. The faucet they were there to install just broke. Was never installed correctly. Wobbled all over the place. I just got another company out to install a new one and they did an amazing professional job at a reasonable price.

I want to thank Bob from Bear Valley Plumbing. I called requesting that someone check my cabin for what I thought was a broken water pipe. Bob and his team went to my cabin and checked the entire cabin for damages and made recommendations as to other things that they observed needed fixing, they completed the job in a timely manner and Bob was extremely nice and explained everything that they were doing in detail. I will definitely call again. Thank you Bob and Team!

We bought a home in Big Bear and after closing, the toilet in the master bedroom was leaking and the wall heater in our game room wouldn't stay lit. I called Bear Valley Plumbing to come diagnose and fix them. Bryan showed up and checked them out. He changed the angle stop and water supply line on the toilet and got the heater working. I asked him to install a new thermostat for the heater which he did. After he was finished and out in his truck, we noticed the toilet was still leaking. I went out and told him it was still leaking so he came back in. This time he said it was the tank bolts being loose so he tried to tighten them. I expected him to actually fix the leaking but he tightened the bolts and said to just keep an eye on it. It is still leaking today! So basically, I paid $656 for someone to relight the pilot on my wall furnace, replace one angle stop and supply flex line and install a new thermostat for the wall heater. Seems very excessive to me especially since my toilet is still leaking! Ugh!

Quentin was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain my options. He was very respectful and fixed my problems!! He saved the day!! I felt more like a family member than a customer! Great first experience and will definitely call bear valley back for any future issues;-)

Thank you for understanding customer service is still a necessity and will always overrule price and availability. The prices are very fair so don't let my comment convince otherwise.

The do not stand behind the products they sell and or the contracts they issue and sign, They tell you things to string you along and the result is lies and more lies, We are going to contact the factory, but do not worry this will take time, but we will not leave you without results, Lies!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe you were the one who spoke to my husband (the gentleman said his name was Bob) on Saturday, May 26 and gave him the quote. We were able to find a plumber in Victorville who came up the hill on Sunday, May 27 in the morning on Memorial Day weekend. He spent over an hour at the house clearing the drain and charged $140 total. We were extremely happy with the price and expertise.

Quentin did such a great job. We are at the cabin with our family and 2 very young kids. The furnace went out, but we were able to get it going. luckily we had already called to have these guys come out. The furnace was putting out carbon monoxide. Quentin did a great job letting us know that this was a problem, but assured us that us and the kids were okay and hadn't been exposed to a high level . He did a great inspection - was able to quote a very competitive cost to replace and was able to set up a date within the next few days to come out and get it replaced.

These guys are great - I highly recommend
