After screwing up my DIY attempt at replacing my thermostat I called and they arrived in one hour (two other companies couldn't come today, one said they were 10 days out) Well my mess up was fixed in 20 minutes and the bill was way less than another wanted. Thanks you are the best!

Of course the heater stopped working just as we were leaving the mountain. But Tony said, want me to come over now, I said yes please. He was over in 10 minutes. It was the igniter which he not only fixed right then, but had the part with him on his truck.
I would give him 6 Stars if this review app let me.

Thanks Tony. We won't forget you. He charged a fare amount even though it was Sunday evening. Smart man knows his stuff. Efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. HIGH RECOMMEND TONY!

Tony and Shawn are my heroes!!! We had guests staying at our cabin. They arrived to find that the furnace would blow only COLD air, and wouldn't turn off! A snow storm is on the way, it's 35 degrees, the sun is going down, and every heating place in Big Bear is swamped - can't help us until mid-morning the next day. Our 8 guests (4 of them children) were freezing. Tony sent Shawn - it took over an hour for him to become available, but he came, and got the heat ON!! Thank you, Bear Valley Heating! Tony, Shawn, you really saved us, and the freezing family who just wanted to enjoy lovely BBL.

Came to my cabin to find my main furnace and the wall unit in my game room were not working. I called Bear Valley Heating because it looked like this is what they specialize in, not plumbing or sheet metal work.

Tony came out within 3 hours. He found the problem with both of my heaters. I'm warm and toasty now.

Excellent service; but over-priced for our area. $120/hour just seems excessive to me. If standard work day is 8 hours for 40 hour week; that's $19,200/month or $230,400 annually. This is for repairing heaters? Do physicians even make that much?

We had an appt for Tuesday this week and Sean confirmed with me last week. I even sent him a txlext message confirming date, time and $165 for maintenance on my ac and heating. I msged him this morning to reconfirm our appt. no call, no show and he doesnt answer the phone after many attempts.. This is extremely rude and unproffessional when we've waited an 3 hrs for him. Still no show, no call. I wouldnt recommend him. Btw, i found some other company in Big bear to come out today for $125 for the same job, he is also overpriced other than unprofessional.

Sean came out on an emergency for a guest in my cabin. He got to the bottom of the problem. He also showed me that what we thought was an antiquated heater, still works! He and his assistant got that one up and running too, at no charge. We appreciate their prompt, professional, service. If I have any more heating needs again, we will be sure to call Bear Valley Heating.

Amazing service, came to my house to help me trouble shoot my forced air unit, was very polite and helpful, determined that the electric motor on my inducer was old and reaching the end of its life. He was very honest and told me that it wasn't something I needed to fix immediately but should keep any eye out because it was on its way out. He didn't try to sell me any parts or services I didn't need. He got me a quote through his supplier to replace it with a speedy turn around. I will always be using these guys in the future, the service is second to none which is hard to find these days. I would have given more stars if I could.

While in Escrow for the purchase of a property in Big Bear, our realtor at ReMax referred Sean from Bear Valley Heating, to replace a stop and waste valve. Sean gave a bid to our realtor, we asked for a credit from the seller based on Sean's bid. Sean never provided the bid in writing, he never returned our calls or text messages and when he stated that he would email the bid right over, he failed to do that also. We have had to hire another contractor whose bid was SIGNIFICANTLY higher and now we are on the hook for the difference because the seller already agreed to the credit that Sean bid to us. This is poor business, very unprofessional and I would never refer anyone to this company. Upon looking for another contractor since this happened I am hearing that this is not the first time this company has done this to a potential client. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!
