Greg and Hamlet arrived to fix a toilet that was constantly running and a shower drain that wasn't (lol). De-clogged and fixed it all in 10 minutes and were out and on their way! Super-efficient service and very polite and pleasant guys. I booked this via my home warranty company and was pleasantly surprised that I got such good service.

This company was referred to me thru AHS repair insurance company. The first time I was told I could only get an pm appointment, so I took last thursday between -6. We were responding thru text because I'm hearing impaired. I made it a point to tell them to tell the tech to let me know when he was on his way so that I could look for them. He or she texted they would make sure to tell the tech. At 7 still no one so I looked up TBE work order and it said...completed/closed. So I called AHS they said sorry and that they were going contact the and have them contact me for another appointment. A few minutes later I got a text from ear P. saying someone would contact me within 24 hrs of the next work day. That was Thursday...nothing until I called AHS on Tuesday to ask why my case still said closed. This time I was told that someone had come to the house without calling are texting and took a picture of the house. And so they had been paid and I wasn't home. I have canceled AHS and Bear Plumbing is a scam. Won't ever use either one again

Harry and Eddie were everything I could've asked for: Honest, Direct, Prompt and Friendly. As someone with little knowledge on plumbing issues, I appreciate how Harry took the time to show me what was going on, and gave me all of my options.
