AHS sent these plumbers out,after the plumber didn't return my call for three days.I waited all day for them,had my phone with me the entire time...later I walked out to the gate,and they had left a card ,no call as they had said they would make 1/2 before there visit. They told AHS they had called me ten times and left many messages.This is not true .I have now asked for a different plumbing company in hopes they will keep their appt/word

Worst company to deal with. Our home warranty sent this worthless company to rip us off. I requested a second opinion. We finally received great service with out being over changed.

Technician John with their plumbing was amazing showed up on time replace my garbage disposal all and snake then cleared the kitchen sink drain line I would definitely use bear plumbing for my future plumbing needs highly recommend Tec John

Bear Plumbing sent out by American Home Shield to fix the shower tub diverter in our bathroom. Cost $75. Zack the technician determined that a bolt was missing. If they could not find the ""missing"" part then a large whole would have to be made behind the shower and the entire unit replaced. They quoted a price of $1800 for the project. American Home Shield denied the claim stating that our policy did not include missing parts.
I then arranged for a second opinion from Rocket Plumbing. Chris, the technician quickly determined that the problem could easily be fixed by replacing the old diverter with a new one. No need to start drilling wholes in the wall. Rocket Plumbing ordered the part, fixed the problem at a total price of $315. I will certainly not use Bear Plumbing again.

I was happy with Bear Plumbing's two plumbing tecnicians Zack & Hamlet. They cleared my bathroom sink & replaced my Tub/Shower Faucet Diverter within 30 minutes. I was very appreciative of their professionalism & their pleasant attitude. I give them 5 and a half stars. Thank you Bear Plumbing!
