Wow were do I start my 6 year old had plugged the restroom I got a hold of bear plumbing the Custmer service they gave me off the bat was amazing the service tech that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He was able to fix the issue very quickly. When the job was done it looked like no one had ever been there these guys are my plumbers for life.

Prompt and thorough service. Was told they'd be here between 2-6pm and they were at my house by 2:30pm. Huge thumbs up there. Zack and Hamlet did a great job diagnosing the problem in my bathroom sink and taking care of it quickly. They were very mindful of my baby sleeping and made sure they didn't make too much noise. They then took another plumbing issue in the kitchen sink and dealt with that promptly as well. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Greg and Dave, thanks for the help! Fixed some issues around the house. Very professional! However Gregg scratched my faucet and then advised I call Pfister to replace handle? Wth?! Deduct a star and a half if I could for that. Dave also did better by putting more effort to resolving stuck faucet handle.
UPDATE 3/3/17 That same evening faucet handle became loose, and resulted in very disappointing scenario. Zack just arrived and tightened both handles, professionally. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Seems like it'll actually hold up. Probably should've sent Zack from the get-go. Thanks to Zack and Dave!
