Excellent work. Fast, efficient. Friendly. We have two toilets that were running and costing us a fortune in water bills. They came, assessed the issue in a few seconds, and had both tank mechanisms completely replaced in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend them and use them again any time. Ask for John.

Thank goodness for Harri - Jack too :). These guys came out to handle a simple repair in my shower that turned into something really nasty and complex. And due to my building and our plumbing not - the plumbers. So they could have left the job half done but they didn't. The opposite. In fact Harri spent more time here than he wanted and even came back a few days later to make sure all was proper. Get this - I didn't even call Harri. Harri called me. Now that's customer service. Also Jack his partner is cool because as things get really stressful Jack just has a calm smile. It got a little rough and it got fixed. Thanks guys.

John from bear plumbing came out to my property for the leak issue that I was having under the kitchen sink he quickly identified the leak leak was coming from the kitchen sink Faucet flex hose he was equipped with all parts in his vehicle and he replaced the pullout faucet flex hose I would definitely recommend John to friends and relatives and definitely use bear plumbing again for my future plumbing needs

Sent to my house by my home warranty company to fix a clogged toilet. I had snaked the toilet, but it kept on clogging. Bear found the same issue and determined that there was a foreign object in the pipes. The home warranty does not cover removing the toilet to get rid of foreign objects in pipes.

The plumber, John, finessed the toilet augur and managed to pull the object, a paintbrush, out of the toilet. Great job.

The warranty company has sent Bear out to my home on other plumbing jobs, and they have always been courteous, efficient, and very good at their job.
