Our Roman tub faucet started leaking. It had limited access to replace the faucet, but they came in very professional and replaced it quickly. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing requirements.

Great great great service! We had a plumbing problem that another company we called out failed to correct. Dillon came out and assessed the problem, found the parts he needed and fixed it within a hour. He was responsive when I called and was on time with his arrival time window. I felt his honest pricing was reasonable and fair considering prices are rising by the minute these days.......Thank you for great service!

This plumbing service was fast efficient, neat and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone for big and small jobs. They really know their stuff, and I felt comfortable with them in my home and under the house.

Paul is great, reliable, great skills, and professional. It is a family run business and so grateful we found him.

We have been calling on Beach Cities Plumbing for several years now. Mostly for some repairs and replacements.
We recently did an extensive master bath remodel and they did all of the rough in and finish plumbing.
There were some challenges with some of the existing conditions and Dillon and Shane worked their way through all of it and with a great attitude.
So a special thanks to Paul, Dillon and Shane. You guys are great to work with.

Paul and Dillon and Shane are all tremendous!
Responsive, helpful and affordable. Thank you

We had a main line back up to our front lawn. We have American Home Shield insurance (Very Bad service) and after begging them to process this work order they finally sent one of their contracted plumbers 2 days later. The plumber they sent was 2 hours late and snaked our line for 45 minutes and then told me that I needed major main line service claiming the pipes were overwhelmed by tree vines. The plumber could not extract his snake claiming it was stuck due to the vines. He left his line in my pipes! Then I walked into my bathroom to discover his snake broke through my toilet and was stuck in my bathroom and not tree branch related!
My neighbor recommended I call Beach Cities. I contacted them the following morning explaining my situation fully expecting to hire them to fix my main line as I was told by the other plumber.
Beach Cities came out and within minutes of running their line cleared my pipes! They explained that it still may be possible that issues may arise but for now things are working great. They were extremely honest and professional. Whereas the previous plumber made the assessment that I required major line work without even running the camera to confirm the obstruction, Beach Cities was honest about what was needed.
I will be using Beach Cities for all future plumbing issues.

""Local"" is a word thrown around a lot lately, especially by out-of-town peeps desirous of status or fitting in. I mean, only a non-local would wear a shirt or baseball cap emblazoned with the word, which is why touristy venues peddle such cringe evoking wear. But what does ""local"" have to do with plumbing, and why does it matter?
To be a local denotes a member of a family or community with longstanding--even generational--ties. Being a local means a connection going way back, and one's stories and reputation (for better or worse) are deciding professional and personal factors. Locals KNOW their community. Locals grew up together, and so did their parents. Chances are, locals know your grandparents and cousins too; all your friends & their kids; your doctors; teachers; attorneys; tennis pro; dog walker; plumber. YES, even the plumbers.
Beach Cities Plumbing is family-owned and operated for generations. It's neat to watch the next gen in the family business grow up and carry on the family name and reputation for quality, fairness, honesty and expertise with reliability and professionalism. These guys are top-notch -- even miracle workers--and no job is too daunting or small. Fair prices. Trust-worthy. Professional. Skilled. And with generations of community support. Localism, defined.

Dillon and Beach Cities Plumbing have helped me at my house with 2 different plumbing jobs and I thought I should share how great they are. First of all they are very responsive to the initial contact and then offer a window of when they will be out. After that they will call 30 minutes before they are coming to let you know they're about to arrive. Within minutes of the first job they have figured out what was going on and I could tell the years of experience they have in the field. They are very fair and trustworthy in a field that is got a lot of predators in crooks looking to rip people off. Both times they came out the same day and we're very quick to get the job done. I highly recommend anybody use this company you won't be sorry.

SoCal Water advised me that my meter indicated I had a leak somewhere in my main water line. It was the original galvanized pipe and I needed it replaced. In getting bids for the job, I couldn't be happier that I found Beach Cities Plumbing. They were busy, but Paul worked things out so that he could do my work as soon as possible and I would stop losing water. He and his team were right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the work in one day. (Other companies said it would take two days.) Now I have a new water line, no more leak and my water pressure is better than ever! I would highly recommend Beach Cities Plumbing if you want good work at a fair price.
