My hot water went out, and as a first-time home owner, I didn't know what to do (other than call someone). I called B&C and spoke to Bill. Instead of just making an appointment and charging me to come out, he told me to take a picture of my heater and walked me through how to restart the pilot. He was super friendly and did not take advantage of my amateur repair skills. I found his number on a list of trusted service providers and he proved to be just that.

B&C Sewer and Drains owner Bill Taylor is a master of his craft. I called Bill early in the morning and he squeezed us into his schedule. He was our first and the right choice. He asked a few questions and was able to give me an estimate that was reasonable. In addition to the sinks our Miele dishwasher had stop working; related to the sink clogging. He committed to getting us straight and he did just as he said. What a day!!!

Bill got us taking care and it was worth every cent. I'd prefer we not had the issue all together, however we hired the right guy. #quality,#expertise-cost

Great work! Bill answered the phone when I called, I described my problem and he told me two possible scenarios and asked me to a couple simple tests before he arrived so we could determine which of the problems it was. We made an appointment, he was on time and did the work efficiently and fixed a couple of other small items in the house. I have his number saved and will definitely call Bill the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I would highly recommend Bill; I found him to be honest, conscientious and thorough. Great service. Honest plumber who could have taken us for a ride given how long our issues had been going on. But he didn't. Instead he fixed the stoppage and suggested our biggest problems was actually just the TP we used. Talked us through everything he was doing and why. Would highly recommend.

Bill is awesome! He came to help me with what I thought was a backed up shower drain, and he quickly determined that it wasn't. But he then spent the next 30 minutes helping me trouble shoot what was a bigger, structural problem with a leak in shower floor. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bill solved our weak toilet flow problem and did an excellent job of installing a new kitchen faucet . He was excellent at diagnosing our problem and quickly solving it. Bill didn't try to upsell us by suggesting we purchase new toilets. He was efficient and considerate (eg he put on shoe covers as he entered our home).
