I would like to second the good reviews here. This is a great company to work with. They really take care of customers. I had a dead sump pump and flooded basement as a result. Even though Bill was not able to take the work, he recommended another great guy, who finished the job nicely in the same day!

I meant to come back sooner, but I've been busy enjoying my running water! However, I wanted to say that Bill was exactly right in his estimation of when our water would start running again. We had water in about 2 hours after he left. I cannot recommend that you call Bill enough!!!

I had a frozen pipe under my kitchen sink. I called B&C around 8am and was told a technician would be here by 11:30am. Bill promptly called to let me know he was on the way around 11am. When he arrived he quickly found the root of the problem--which was a leaky outdoor hose faucet in the backyard. He unfroze the pipe, fixed the leak and was on his way in about hour. Bill was incredibly efficient and provided excellent customer service talking me through each step as he went along. Very pleased with his work. I will use him for all of my plumbing needs moving forward!

Spot on! My tenants had a leak and they needed a solution asap. I called and with in 2 hours Bill came through the property. He diagnosed the problem. Fixed it and we went about our day very quickly. Awesome guy. Great service and great work. I now have a reliable plumber.

Had a broken pipe in my shower flooding my downstairs neighbor in our garden style apartment building.

Called Bill in the A.M. and he called me back about 20 minutes later to let me know he had time to come out.

He was late for the appointment BUT I felt this wasn't a knock on him based on the local traffic in my area which can get congested any time of the day.

He diagnosed the issue, took out the broken pipe, installed a new pipe and was very cordial and informative throughout the process.

He also took the time to make a minor fix to my toilet.

The cost was fair in my opinion.

The other reviews about B&C are very accurate...I would recommend highly.

Called and left a message to set up an appointment and was called back a few minutes later. I had some questions and Bill was very knowledgable and happy to answer them.

Confirmed my appointment the day of. There was traffic but he texted me to let me know he'd be a few minutes behind because of it.

He arrived. Gave me a card and magnet. Put on shoe booties and we talked about what I needed done.

He also recommended some other items get completed and I went ahead a did most of them. i had more questions and he graciously answered them.

The work was done well and I haven't had any issues with it.

Bill is quite professional, personable and good at what he does. I have since referred him to someone else and will continue to do so.

This company is great! In particular Bill. After doing some research on yelp I discovered B&C. He had by far the best online reputation than all the other plumbers in the area. He was professional and transparent from the beginning. He was a few dollars more than some of the others but based on his yelp reviews alone I decided he was the one I wanted to do business with. It was well worth it. From his professionalism to having the peace of mind of knowing he does business the right way. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. Nothing good is cheap. And nothing cheap is good. You get what you pay for. If you need plumbing work in the DMV. Bill is your guy. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Highly Recommend! Bill is the ultimate professional! I gave B&C a call to fix a clogged drain connected to my washer. He came out the same day and fixed it. Upon arriving he explained the different scenarios that could be causing my problem and fixed it. Bill was super friendly and neat. He even cleaned up some of the dust that was left on my washer!

I would highly recommend Bill from B&C for any of your plumbing needs.
