Bill is AWESOME. Not only did he come out right away to deal with a kitchen clog/leaking disaster that I had made significantly worse by using lye, but he taught me a whole lot about plumbing in general such that I can better look after my pipes and prevent expensive disasters later on

I met Mr Taylor at my house this fall because water was not flowing out of my Sump pump line. I had called another company but they possible cost was astounding. So I found Mr Taylor on Yelp. Professional and patient. Diagnosed the problem on the spot and resolved the issue. He is honest and gave us further ways to resolve a possible future issue with roots in my outdoor line. I contacted B&C to check out a leak underneath my sink. I wasn't sure if I was in their service area, but due to the great reviews I was hoping they'd be willing to come out. I immediately got a hold of Bill Taylor, I believe he's the owner, and he stated that he has in the past taken jobs out in my area and a bit further so I was exceedingly grateful & happy that he'd come out. Upon his arrival, he had the problem figured out - my sprayer hose was the issue. He tested running my dishwasher to make sure. After checking out available options, he proposed two avenues I could take and what would be the most economical of those choices. He recommended replacing the faucet as this would not only save time and finances but would also save me a TON of trouble.

Being that I already have been through quite a bit trying to find the right hose, generic Home Depot and Lowes hoses do not work for Moen and neither places sell Moen hoses any longer (even if the generics state Moen faucets there still may be incompatibility as in my case). Even going through Moen (which I would have to take pictures & video of the leak and provide a model number to upload to their support site and wait for a response back) was a time consuming and trial/error process which I've already gone through only the first stages of, I was NOT willing to go back through that black hole of frustration again. My house is new construction so I did not purchase the faucet and there was not a model number to be found ANYWHERE -nor did the builder have the information so I was hitting dead ends everywhere and knew - getting a new faucet was the best & quickest option.

Bill made a recommendation of the type of faucet to get, told me about finish options to match the hardware that was in place and said that he could go pick it up and install it for me. THANK HEAVENS FOR BILL!!! He did just that. I chose & purchased online the model that was affordable, matching that had with the best range and Bill went and picked it up. He's not even familiar with the area and offered to do this for me to complete the job today. The pricing for installation and pickup was MORE than fair, $200 plus $50 for the pickup. He informed me upfront of the price so it wasn't a surprise and could change my mind if that was out of budget, much appreciated :)!!! $250 was perfect...If I EVER need a plumber for anything, I am going with B&C. He's quick, honest and provides options that fit your budget and what you're comfortable with. Furthermore, he's willing to go out of his way for a customer. Side note: if you have positive reviews for this company, please be descriptive if posting on Yelp, it helps with their scoring. I have no problem with being descriptive lol but if I did, I would happily write 4 pages if it means better rating/scores for this company. Bill Taylor is a life saver. I have a functional sink again and the wood is saved!!!

I called this morning during a rainstorm after finding out the sump pump wasn't working. Bill Taylor answered the phone and I was fortunate enough to catch him when he could come over in an hour. Bill replaced the sump pump and went above and beyond, redoing the interior where the sump pump sat so it would be clean and level. He sent an image so my husband and I could see the rocks and debris he needed to clear. After, he spent extra time explaining what he did, what still needs doing, and how everything works.

I highly recommend Bill. He was exceptional - thorough and professional. We will be using him from now on.

I very rarely write reviews, but, Bill Taylor from B&C Sewer and Drain is the exceptional professional that deserves the effort. I had a sump pump discharge pipe that would freeze and cause my sump well to overflow and needed to be redirected. After getting bids from a number of plumbers I decided to use Bill because he came to the house, did a long and careful review of the situation and came up with a great solution which was in line with the costs from the other plumbers. However, that's not the reason for the 5 starts... I would go higher if Yelp let me. It's what happened when he came back to do the job.
He had to drill a large hole through a solid concrete wall to run the discharge pipe through. He actually went out and bought a special and very expensive drill bit to do a ""clean"" hole. Which it did. He spent a full 4 hours working on the replacement pumps and drain pipe and would not leave until he was convinced everything was working properly. Also, despite the extra effort and expense he held to his initial estimated price. Now that's a plumber worth writing about. Bill was competent, clean, neat, professional and very helpful. Put B&C Sewer and Drains at the top of your list for your next plumbing job.

I highly recommend Bill. He responded to my call in a timely fashion and provided great customer service. He replaced a sump pump and did some other related work. I had previously gotten a quote from another company and theirs was 3 times the amount. The price didn't seem right, so I called a few other people who were much more affordable but once I met Bill, I knew he is someone trustworthy.

Bill has a very nice personality and that's why I'll give him two stars, but unfortunately he's unprofessional. I called him for a major problem which was a leaking toilet in my living room bathroom. He tightened a nob under the toilet and assured me that would stop the leaking but if it persisted after he left, he would come back and fix it. The very next day the leaking started again. I called Bill over a period of 2 days, left messages, spoke with his secretary and she said he would call...but he never did. I am extremely disappointed. Not only did I pay him for work that he did not see through, but my toilet is still leaking. I would never seek B&C services again, nor would recommend the company to anyone.

I had never used him before, but he responded immediately to my call out of the blue about a blocked drain pipe situation, diagnosed the problem, and stayed within his estimate even as the job got more challenging. Company was amazing. I called in the morning for a persistently clogged sink and some kind of back up that was turning my 2nd bathroom into an outhouse. They came the same day. They were on time and worked systematically to flush my problems away. I was informed of good flushing and garbage disposal practices that would stop me from having another issue. The price was reasonable. A++ Here's the good part. They cleaned up the outhouse, there was literally S**t everywhere, I mean WOW. I was planning on finding a crime scene cleaner to take care of that cause it was gross. Awesome service. I will use them again.
