They were late to the appointment and then showed up to my home and gave me a price that was 50% higher than anyone else. I had 4 different plumbing companies come and look at my hot water heater. They were the most expensive and when I questioned the cost, I was given a ""now little lady"". I would've been fine with it if they hadn't been so expensive!

Lifesavers! Had a bathtub drain that wouldn't drain and any home remedy would solve for it. Called this company as my neighbor used them and had a great experience and the man who answered the phone was kind, sympathetic, and sent a technician right away. Once the technician arrived he was clean and most helpful. This was a rare experience for me having dealt with contractors for years. The cost was extremely affordable and I was given options. All in all, a five star experience and I will use them in the future.

outstanding service, great price and a very professional job. I interviewed 6 different plumbers to install a new tankless water heater. They were by far the most knowledgable, prompt, gave an over the phone estimate based on our face time call and then showed up the next business day to confirm their estimate. When I agreed to their price ($3,240 versus other bids of $5,400 and $8,400 for a new unit plus installation), Larry went to his supply house and returned to install the new unit impeccably. Highly recommend .

We had a leak in our shower and after reading all the good reviews for Plumbing Pros we decided to call, Larry answered and was very informative over the phone. Luckily for us he was on our side of town and was able to come and check out the problem within the hour. When he arrived he found the problem and gave us a very reasonable price. My wife and I called Plumbing Pros LV to diagnose and resolve a continually running toilet. Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. He had warned me that if he needed to replace ""the guts"" of the cheap toilet installed by the builders of our house, we would be better off just buying a new and better toilet -- but he found that the only problem was a leaking flapper valve, which he quickly replaced.

I talked with him about the high mineral content of our local water supply, and after some Internet research, we decided to have him install a water filtering and conditioning system to reduce scale and remove existing scale deposits in our plumbing system. He sent me information about the system he recommended, and once we decided to have him proceed, he was able to order the system components and get them delivered within just 2 days! He installed the system in our garage today and did a neat and thoroughly professional job.

We are very pleased and will undoubtedly call Larry to have Plumbing Pros handle any plumbing-related tasks that may arise in the future.
