First thing is first... Larry corresponded the quickest to my Request for Quote. While I did wait for other quotes to come in, he provided the best quote. We agreed on a time and He & an Associate arrived on time. After presenting them with the challenge, they handled it in no time. Very professional! Should I ever find myself in need of a plumber, I know who to call.

This past week, my water heater started leaking for no apparent reason other than it was past its warranty period. Figures. I ask for an online quote with Plumbing Pros via Yelp and Larry is quick to text me (under 1 hour) asking for specific details about my water heater. After a few exchanges, it is determined that the water heater must be replaced (don't really have any other option when it's leaking). Good news though -- Larry is able to come out the very next day!

Upon arrival, Larry and his assistant get right to work. Both are very courteous and professional. Larry had no problems answering my myriad of questions. They get the water heater replaced, new pipes installed (which resulted in a much cleaner look) and also installed a drain pan -- something I did not have before and would have prevented my drywall from getting wet/damaged when the original water heater leaked.

The job was done in just over 2 hours for $975. This is a very reasonable rate which includes labor, parts, pipes, and permit.

Called Larry regarding a leak in our bathroom sink. He came out to inspect the sink and advised it had to be replaced. On his recommendation, I went to a plumbing supply store and purchased 2 faucets. Upon checking online I realized I was overcharged by a considerable amount. When Larry arrived (exactly on time) to install I explained what happened and he immediately called the store and I was given a credit to match the price I found. Larry did a wonderful job installing the faucets. In the 21 years I have lived in Las Vegas this was the most positive experience I have ever had with any kind of tradesman. He will be our plumber for any future needs and we will not hesitate recommending him to others. A true professional

Larry was very professional. He was really good with communication as well. I had two running toilets and a tankless water heater that I needed flushed. I told him I had company staying at the house in a few days and he was able to squeeze me in to look at the toilets. They just required a few adjustments and he didn't charge me anything for the 10 minutes of his time. He came back the next week and did the water heater flush and also offered some advice on how to extend the life of my plumbing. I will use Plumbing Pros again in the future and recommend them to others who need a plumber.

Super nice!!!!!!!!! I somehow broke the outdoor water spickit he answered the phone after hours helped me figure out how to turn off my outdoor water over the phone.... will definitely use them once my backyard dries out......

Installed a replacement kitchen faucet and a replacement garbage disposer. They were very fast in their work and responded to our call the same day. Our only concern was they convinced us to replace our disposer which was still operational with some minor corrosion. The new disposer seemed overpriced.
