Our washing machine was leaking water on the floor, causing a significant issue. Bayshore Plumbers diagnosed the issue, prescribed a repair, and performed the work on the same day. I received text and picture updates of the work as they proceeded. At every moment, they were helpful, communicative, and efficient. This is not the first time we have used Bayshore Plumbers, and we continue to be completely satisfied.

Bayshore Plumbers was recommended by my daughter for tankless water heater service. It's very helpful that the service person, Ivan, explained clearly about what and why he's going to do before he started working on the unit. Definitely I'll call them next year for annual maintenance service.

When the technician came onsite for an estimate on our sewer injection pump issue it took him less then 10 minutes to assess that I need two new pumps replaced for a grand total of $10k and that he does not do ""small tweaks"" to see if it could be something more minor like replacing the floats. He did not check the panels, did not test the alarm or the sewer clean out, like other plumbers did. But ONE thing he did do that others didn't was lift one of the pumps out of the tank to check the brand using a shovel and then proceeded to dump it back down. I vividly remember this because some sewage got on him and he wasn't happy about that.

Later the same day, I got a second opinion from another plumber, and coincidentally they noticed that one of the pumps was not working, was completely displaced with a broken piece and obviously disconnected (see photo). HMMM....there's no way that we as homeowners could've broke the pump causing a broken piece and displacement and other plumbers before him did not move the pump. When I texted the technician and asked if lifting the pump out of the tank could cause it to be disconnected he said no...but how can that be? I'm not an expert but to take the pump out it becomes disconnected to the pipe? I shared the photo of the broken piece and he said other plumbers could've done it...when I literally witnessed him dump the pump back down back into the tank. He obviously denied responsibility and then had the audacity to ask me to schedule a job with him. NO THANKS!

Well needless to say this ""free estimate"" is actually causing me to now replace the pricey pump that probably didn't need to be replaced in the first place.

Would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. It is a shame because we are a veteran family and like to support veteran businesses.

I had a problem with handle of the bathroom. This company replied quickly. The technician came to on time for the appointment. He worked well to repair it.

I exclusively use Bayshore Plumbers. They have repaired or replaced every major plumbing system in my home over the past 5 years. They are exceptionally responsive, competent, professional, and consistent in maintaining high standards of performance. They are flexible and do exactly what they say. Whether the job is major like replacing sewer lines or minor like fixing faucets, they bring the same responsiveness and standards of excellence.

Very pleased with the work completed and the professionalism and courteous nature of the plumbers who did the work. Kudos to Mariano Lemus who diagnosed the problem (old, corroded galvanized pipes) and helped us get the re-piping in the crawl space done in an efficient manner.

I'm frustrated because $9,850.00. later and 4 service calls later we still have problems. These calls average about 3 or 4 weeks apart and now our guest bathroom and garage have started to reek of pure sewer waste. The owner has been responsive and reasonable with regards to a reimbursement of $350.00 after visit number 3. After service call #4, i refused to pay yet again. The plumber still cleared the clog but stipulated further service calls would be charged. I was okay with that but now we have sewer gas.
So what to do?

Early on the owner asks to be given a chance to make things right, and avoid negative social media.

Im not sure what is going on under the house. Perhaps it is sewer saturated soil
But why? Perhaps all the rain has exacerbated what small amounts of sewer waste spilled out when they replaced a 16' section of pipe. They sprayed that soil with a bleach solution when the pipe was changed, so now what?

The plumber was asked to provide an estimate of repairs still recommended after service call number 4. They were very responsive.

My wife burst into tears (literally) when we received a quote from them for.......$32,000.00 !

Perhaps this is reasonable for wage earners on the Peninsula - us; retirees, no.
What would you do. ???????

We recently had some extensive work done to prevent flooding underneath our home as a result of the major storms from January 2023. Eddie was dispatched to our property and arrived on time. He listed to what we wanted to have done and made suggestions on how to have it completed. He provided an estimate the same day that was very competitive.
We agreed to move forward and Eddie was able to schedule us within a few weeks. When work started, he showed up on time each day, completed the work on schedule, and he and his associates did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
I would definitely use Bayshore Plumbers again!

Bayshore Plumbers came through for me. Was messaged quickly when I posted my Yelp Project. Quick check on their reviews and the Yelp Guarantee, I made an appointment. They promised 12-2 but Alex came by early! Very friendly, professional, he even put on shoe cover, which I appreciated since the toilet was upstairs. He gave me an estimate and began work. Quick fix. Disgusting brown pool of water drained away!

My water tank under my kitchen sink broke and water was gushing out. I called Bayshore Plumbers who were able to schedule an appointment 3 hours later. They called back later and said that they could be here an hour early which was much appreciated.

Eddie came and took care of the water heater. He was punctual, neat, polite and helpful.

Another great experience with BP with who I have worked with for more than a decade on big and small projects.
