Eddie came out to fix my running toilet within 30 minutes of my call to Bayshore Plumbing. Unfortunately the problem was bigger than the original fix (which Eddie warner me it might be) and he credited my first payment towards the replacement of the toilet, which he was able to do within 24 hours of his initial visit. It is so hard to find good service in the area. I will call Bayshore for all of my future plumbing needs.

Bayshore plumbers have come out four times now to help me with my home plumbing. They've handled everything from broken pipes, to leaking toilets to garbage disposal replacement. I've never had to have them back for anything they worked on before! This last time I had a leaking toilet tank and Marvin came out and repaired it and made sure it was sound so I wouldn't have problems in the future. He also took the time to make sure other things in my house were sound, and he explained to me how to properly maintain my water heater and even looked at my fire sprinkler systems to make sure they were okay!

We had a water heater installed by Bayshore Plumbers several years ago. We started having problems and had them send someone out. The first time the technician came out, he turned the water heater off and on and said there was no problem. We called them back 30 minutes later and had to wait 24 hours for the technician to return. This time he said a part needs to be replaced that is under the manufacturer warranty. The technician wanted to charge us several hundred dollars to replace the part and he claimed that we would be better off replacing the water heater instead of having the warranty work done. That makes no sense and I have lost faith in the people they send out. Be aware before you call them.

I was thoroughly pleased with the tankless water heater installation that Alex Gonzalez did at my house. I had a recently installed tankless model that I realized was not suitable for our needs. Alex was able to get the appropriate model Rinnai water heater - at a considerable discount compared to other suppliers. He is very experienced and knowledgeable at installing tankless water heaters, and told me has received professional training from Rinnai on the installation and maintenance of their products.

This was evident as Alex and his assistant performed the install very efficiently and kept the work area clean. The job required a new ceiling vent be installed and he recommended a worker who made the repairs to my tile roof. Again, the repair person had been an experienced professional roofer who had previously installed roofs similar to mine. I was confident that he knew how to properly make the repairs and make sure the area was weather tight.

Lastly, after the job was done, Alex talked to his boss and secured a discount on the installation cost. I'm a retiree and a veteran, so I really appreciated that gesture. I would definitely recommend Bayshore Plumbers to anyone who wants to have a tankless water heater installed.
