I trust this company more than anyone else. I have 2 homes and they do an amazing job each time. Their prices are more than fair and I've been very happy each time. Today, Michael performed routine maintenance on my AC system, and each time, he is very courteous and can answer all of my questions. I will keep my business with this company because of people like Mike!

Today Michael Jenkins came out to service my a/c and replaced the coils. He keeper me informed on everything he was doing. He was very organized and clean on replacing the coils . If you need a/c work I would ask for Micheal Jenkins. Thank you

I purchased their MVP services. They gave me a time frame of 12-4 to come out, which is a huge chunk of my work day. After just about 4 hours of waiting, they called to tell me they couldn't come out and didn't have anyone to come out, even though I was willing to wait even longer. No options were given. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one until Monday. I suppose they don't really need my business. I just don't get it. How does anyone mindfully run a business like this? I was extremely disappointed. Someone could have called sooner. Don't they have people on call? Don't they know how many appointments they scheduled in a day and ensure that they are covered, especially when things happen? Can't they come the next day? Don't they give options other than sorry? I waited around most of my day, missing work to get this done. I'm so frustrated right now.

Our a/c went out today @ 4:30pm. We called Bayonet who promptly sent out a tech named Mike. Mike was so nice & he had our a/c fixed in under 10 mins. He collected $250 and advised us about their VIP program and left. 10 mins later we had a knock on our door. It was Mike. He came back to the house to let us know that he checked with his office and found out that our a/c unit is under warranty and that he should've only collected $143. WHAAAT!!? Best. Service. Ever. Thanks Bayonet!

This company knowingly installed defective A/C units in my whole neighborhood. My house is less than a year old, but every day I see this company's trucks at my neighbors' houses. My A/C stopped working, so I called them to come check it out, since the developer said it was under warranty. They said it was a defective part from the A/C manufacturer. It took them three days to get the part in (I called their parts department and found out it was in), then it was another three days before they could put me on the schedule. Two hours before they were scheduled to be here, they called me to reschedule, due to rain, which I understand. They came out and replaced the part the next day. However, by that time, I had been without A/C for a week, on a brand new home, that they installed the A/C in! So I started talking to my neighbors, and lo and behold, they had the exact same issues with their A/C. The more I ask around, the shadier this company seems. I am not happy with Lennar either, because they hired this company to put in the A/C.

Tonight was the last time I try to get service from this people! RUN AND CALL ANYONE ELSE!! From the the day I got my house I've had them over at least once every three months to what they always say well it's the manufacturer that sometimes sends defective units but I've called bayonet many times and I keep having the same problems and they don't seem to fix it very """"conveniently""""! I was stupid enough to pay for the yearly maintenance and they came three times to perform maintenance and I always after they came I had to call them to get service just a few weeks from that visit.. weird you would think right? Well they came last time Feb 2015 to perform maintenance and believe it or not I had to call them in March because my unit wasn't working and guess what.. their reason.. yes of course the manufacturers fault with a defective part.. sure.. but they didn't see any problem a few weeks earlier when they did the """"maintenance"""" so once again I had to pay them. Today not even three months later from those visits my thermostat turned off and my account unit isn't running again and I called them.abd some rude """"smart"""" lady talked me with attitude and told me..""""well you have to pay full price and pay for the after-hours rate if you want someone to come since your maintenance contract expired 2 days ago.. Seriously she said that! I've spent on visits after maintenance and she had the audacity to say that to me and not even offer any help! They have been here too many times and nothing has been fixed to me all they do is come to see what they can do so that I call.again in a few weeks! RUN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Bayonet plumbing was misleading when they came to my home. I was charged a $75 trip charge just to have a tech come out and check my air condition. When he arrived he informed my that parts was still covered under warranty. He replaced a defective sensor that is only 4 years old. When he was all done, he gave me a bill for $266 for replacing the sensor. When asked about the warranty and why I wasn't told about the price beforehand,he said this was considered an add on so it was not covered. My service went from a $75 trip charge to $266. I was totally blind sided. I am a single parent and was taken advantage of by the tech. This company was responsible for installing plumbing and a/c in my community and over 2 dozen homes have had defective parts. Make you wonder if they are purposely installing defective parts so they can make more money when they have to come out and fix them..

Technicians are great..:but make sure you get a morning appt because if you don't you will be waiting until the end of the 4 hour window and will likely continue to get pushed until evening or a rescheduled appt. Scheduling needs work for this company!!
