Update to my review. I am pleased to report that my money was refunded. Unfortunately this business stated they could not make the repair. Another Plumber had to be called and made the necessary repairs, along with an action plan to make changes so this doesn't keep happening.

Michael is a poor excuse for a manager who doesn't care about his customers or the work that's his employees perform. Our daughter flushed a syringe (the one you'd get from CVS to administer liquid medication to your child) down her own toilet. We call Bayonet out and they say it'll be $99. The guy gets here with an auger and jams it down the toilet, says the auger broke it up into pieces and """"in his professional opinion the object has made its way to the sewer."""" And charged $250. My husband being skeptical and wanting our house to be okay calls them back and with some pull, they come back out a couple days later to scope the lines. This guy says the line is clear but there is no way of knowing if it is still upstairs. He said """"in his professional opinion"""" it's out. Thinking we got a little peace of mind, we bathe our daughter. Upon draining the tub, the tub, sink, toilet, and master shower start backing up with poop and her bathroom almost floods. We call again. They agree to send someone back out in a couple days, but if they find anything other than a syringe then we'll have to pay for it. Third guy comes, takes the toilet off the floor and gets the syringe through to where we can visualize it from the sewer in our front yard. So it was still stuck up on the second floor. This guy said the first guy was just being lazy and could've caused pipe damage and the scope only looked at the first floor because it was very much so still stuck up on the 2nd. How many men does it take to make one repair?! My FIL who is unfortunately out of state and not even a plumber, said the toilets got to come off the floor before the first guy even came out... So if you can't even successfully get a foreign object out that was flushed by a child, you can't even call yourself a plumber. We're upset we had to pay anything because It didn't get fixed until the 3rd time and they could've ruined our house. I call to try to get a refund for all the trouble and admittedly and understandably was upset, but I did not cuss at the customer service woman and was not mean to her. I was assertive and directive in what I wanted as a customer. She put in the request along with her hurt feelings apparently and the manager Michael called me back. He wasn't saying anything on the phone when HE called ME so I asked """"did you get the refund request?"""" He chuckled and told me he will absolutely NOT give a refund and I won't get a penny back. I was taken aback being talked to by a manger this way. Never in my life. I said excuse me? He said """"after the way you spoke to my employee? And you used $1,000s of dollars in repairs."""" I tried telling him I wasn't mean to her nor did I cuss at her and he told me he's got it recorded. Okay? Play it over then! I tried going through this story with him. He said """"why was a syringe even flushed down a toilet? Pretty weird thing to flush"""" 1. We have a kid ('nuff said) and 2. What are you implying?! I swear to god Michael was amping me up by chuckling and making accusations and implications. I told him I was understandably upset because our pipes and house could've been ruined!! NOW I started cussing at him and ultimately hung up. I told him I was going to write a review everywhere and he said he'd respond to them and make sure people know how I acted. So I'm laying out the entire story myself. My husband calls a few days later to try to smooth things over and fight our side and remains composure the entire time as Michael chuckles at him and calls him a jerk and a punk kid. We will NEVER use Bayonet again. They f*cked up not only once, but TWICE, on ONE job! And now they're using my """"attitude"""" against us. DO NOT USE BAYONET. There's 1,000s of plumbers around.

Upon reading the reviews, I am not surprised by all the issues I have had just with their vans. They are CONSTANTLY cutting people off, driving too slow in the fast lane and blocking traffic. I get stuck in the traffic they are holding up, or cut off by them AT HIGH SPEEDS almost every day. These maniacs cut me off and partially skid onto the shoulder so hard that they threw tons of rocks at my windshield...so much so that I had to replace it. They clearly buy their reviews on other platforms. I would absolutely never hire this company to come any where near my home.

Bayonet plumbing was misleading when they came to my home. I was charged a $75 trip charge just to have a tech come out and check my air condition. When he arrived he informed my that parts was still covered under warranty. He replaced a defective sensor that is only 4 years old. When he was all done, he gave me a bill for $266 for replacing the sensor. When asked about the warranty and why I wasn't told about the price beforehand,he said this was considered an add on so it was not covered. My service went from a $75 trip charge to $266. I was totally blind sided. I am a single parent and was taken advantage of by the tech. This company was responsible for installing plumbing and a/c in my community and over 2 dozen homes have had defective parts. Make you wonder if they are purposely installing defective parts so they can make more money when they have to come out and fix them..

We moved into a new house and called Bayonet to get a water softener. We got a quote, accepted it, and waited for the installation. Two and a half months later, after several phone calls, we were still waiting. They said they were waiting on a part. We called Culligan and got one installed two days later.

I recommended this company to check out an elderly lady's air conditioner, the tech named Chris D. Went out charged $100 and said he would check on a motor which he said was bad, a few days later he called me as requested as I was going to pay for it for this lady whose husband was a veteran who died. He quoted a price and said if I had any questions to call him. I called and left a. message that I had a couple of Questions, never called me back I have called several times talked to several people but no call. So folks before you consider this company BEWARE you have been advised. I own several properties in their areas, I nor any on my associates will do business with them as they are not reliable .

My first poor experience with Bayonet was signing up for their MVP program, which involved 2 AC tune ups per year. They scheduled me for a date a few weeks out. The day of the appointment I get a text saying they have to reschedule. Can't offer another date for almost 3 more weeks. Feeling like a real MVP already! Well now, we came home from vacation to a hot house. Immediately called Bayonet at noon on a Saturday. They couldn't give a timeframe but assured me someone would be out by the end of the day. So we waited. And waited. And waited. 6:00 came and I was nervous they forgot us, so I called to confirm we were still on their list. They assured me we were and advised we were next. About 30 minutes later they called and told me the tech was going to be a few more hours and asked if I wanted to continue to wait or be his first call the following day. Our house was 87°, I wanted to continue to wait. They said okay. Well guess what, they never showed up. Never even called to say they wouldn't be coming. Following morning (now Sunday) I call at 7am to explain the above. They apologize and have to add me to the list of calls for today. They told me I would be first in line. I waited 2 hours. Nothing. I called back at 9am to ask and they put me on hold to check with a supervisor. Came back and assured me I was first in line. I asked if they could provide some kind of timeframe but they just said the tech will call me when he's on his way. I waited another hour. Nothing. I realize it's Sunday but if you're going to offer 24 hour service maybe actually mean it. Seems to me the tech just does what he wants. I don't feel like a valued customer nor do they even care about the lack of customer service. I called another company that was able to give me specific arrival time and was very responsive. I will NEVER use Bayonet again.

I had my annual plumbing inspection performed by Bayonet today. Scott Lohrman was my technician. He was super nice. He was very professional. He made several recommendations to me. I was very happy how he handled the job today. I learned a lot about preventive maintenance from him. I highly recommend Bayonet based on the quality of employees.
