Recommended Customer Reviews

Upon reading the reviews, I am not surprised by all the issues I have had just with their vans. They are CONSTANTLY cutting people off, driving too slow in the fast lane and blocking traffic. I get stuck in the traffic they are holding up, or cut off by them AT HIGH SPEEDS almost every day. These maniacs cut me off and partially skid onto the shoulder so hard that they threw tons of rocks at my windshield...so much so that I had to replace it. They clearly buy their reviews on other platforms. I would absolutely never hire this company to come any where near my home.

Bloodsucker! Water heater not functional. They don't fix things but only suggest installation a new unit. They don't troubleshoot according to manufacturer's guidelines. Installation is also a joke. Had AC installed and had problem within a year they didn't honor warranty. MVP program is a joke. They won't start AC maintenance until half year you purchase MVP. Plumbing maintenance is absolutely joke. They flush the water heater without removing the filter claiming it's not part of their service. Their managers are arrogant and unless. Woman called Mandy was so rude and told me good luck.

My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called """"Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning"""" and they charged me $99 to have an """"assessment of the unit"""" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. I also offered to pick-up the part since they are located nearby and they refused. For me to obtain the part that I am legally entitled to I must agree to pay their technicians $1, 729.00. This violates the warranty. This company misleads consumers and breaches the warranty contract.

Need to back up the promises cause they charge plenty, I got taken for 145.00 they stated I could be wrong cause I thought I paid them 200 Beware of them !!! This will stay on the sites everywhere, when they make it good I will remove it.

Extremely overpriced. Any other smaller local plumber would be $500-$800 cheaper on any service you need. Made a commitment to the customer and then called back two days later to say they wouldn't honor it and kept my money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have been using Bayonet as my HVAC repair vendor since I purchased my new home as they were the company that provided the original installation eight years ago. I am an MVP customer and use them for HVAC and plumbing maintenance. Recently, my Air Handler motor was running constantly and I called Bayonet for a technician. After several days, the technician came to the house and told me that I needed a new motor. Fine. He provided me with an estimate of $2900 for the motor including labor. The following day, another company provided the same diagnosis and replaced the motor for $500 including labor in an hour. The new motor works fine in all modes. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Bayonet and their outrageous pricing. I will not be using them anymore and I urge other customers to get at least one other estimate before hiring Bayonet for anything.

I requested to instal propane line to my stove and to 4 propIn heaters. received estimate of $2100. I signed it very quickly trusting the company to complete everything. found out today that 4 propane heaters have never been included in the estimate. I would have never hired them for that price for just a stove! bad communication! Terrible service! now they threatening me to remove my line as I still own them $599. Don't hire that company! Find someone better!!!

We called on Thursday & they came out the next day. The tech, Jesus, was efficient and fixed our problem. We were very pleased.

BEWARE!!! I wouldn't trust this company to water my plants due to their severe lack of integrity, professionalism, and communication. Highlights: They gave a huge window of time 10AM-10PM, and then didn't show up. Our work order was confused with another property and notes weren't even accurate. Our estimate for work was significantly higher than competitor prices with a VIP membership. (VIP cost for work was estimated at $1,300 and competitor was $900 for the EXACT same service) Here is our experience: The technician who came to diagnose our problem was at our home for less than 50 minutes and determined our first floor compressor was broken. We were told it was under warranty but the labor would be $1,300. AFTER 2 WEEK of waiting, Bayonet called to schedule the compressor to be replaced. We waited at home ALL DAY and no one came, no one called. At 7PM I called the company for an ETA and was told they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE PART!!!! At this point, we called another company to come solve our first floor AC. FONTANA Brothers came out the next day and determined there was a LEAK causing our AC issues- NOT A COMPRESSOR PROBLEM! The fix was $400 and our compressor is PERFECTLY FINE!!! BAYONET is a company full of lies and deception. Richard Hunt, from Bayonet Management called us to apologize and admit this was a """"horribly botched work order"""" with a lot of other apologies but has since refused to call us back, didn't offer any type of discount or solution. The whole experience was completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Coffee cream, ice cream, pasta, rice brown, soup, ravioli, salt, soda, detergent, salt for water, senekot, aspire, cocowater I was charged for a temporary repair by Ryan Miller that should have been covered by my first and second repair job. This problem should have been discovered and corrected at that time. I have been charged three times during a six months period for the same problem and he states this is only a temporary repair and provided no options to reduce payments of this repair to be a permanent repair. I feel I should be credited for the amount I was charged for the first and second repairs. Thank you, Dominic Colón
