I requested to instal propane line to my stove and to 4 propIn heaters. received estimate of $2100. I signed it very quickly trusting the company to complete everything. found out today that 4 propane heaters have never been included in the estimate. I would have never hired them for that price for just a stove! bad communication! Terrible service! now they threatening me to remove my line as I still own them $599. Don't hire that company! Find someone better!!!

I had my annual plumbing inspection performed by Bayonet today. Scott Lohrman was my technician. He was super nice. He was very professional. He made several recommendations to me. I was very happy how he handled the job today. I learned a lot about preventive maintenance from him. I highly recommend Bayonet based on the quality of employees.

Completely awesome company !! When I called and spoke with Crystal she was very accommodating and friendly. She was quick to work with my schedule and offered alternatives as needed . When tech Jesus P. Came out . He picked up where she left off. Overwhelmed with his honesty and attitude. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed me exactly what the problem was. Never a hint of """"selling"""" me on something I may not have needed. What a complete pleasure!!! When is the last time that was said about and a/c company? I will always be calling Bayonett !!! So great !!!!

Brought a brand new home with WCI Lennar in 2020, literally 1 day after my 1 year warranty expires the A/C goes out. They charged $95 service fee to come out and then another $125+ to reinstall the new thermostat. The thermostat part is covered under warranty but can you believe the part itself cost less than the install. The install look less than 5 minutes of work, how do you justify $125+ to """"reprogram and install"""". The """"work"""" done should really come out of the $99 service fee to, as many other companies do this. The warranty is a joke, for what I paid I could've purchased two brand new thermostats and installed it myself. In addition, I found a $45 coupon for NEW customers on their website, right after the technician left I called Bayonet and asked if they will add the $45 coupon towards what i was charged. The customer service rep tells me their manager stated they will not credit the $45 as it had to be presented at the time of service. No where on their website does it state that, and the technician literally just left no more than 10 minutes ago. See the promotion coupon for yourself. In the end, A/C is still not fixed the technician came back saying the expansion valve is broken and will cost an additional $300+. I am going to call another A/C for a 2nd opinion regarding the expansion value. I feel totally ripped off for the thermostat repair. IMO It's evident the Honeywell Thermostat and the expansion valve they installed was faulty after only having it for 1 year. Stay away and call other companies. Horrible customer service in my honest opinion, they don't seem to care about their """"new customers"""" they just care about their bottom line.

Fernando the A/C technician did a great job getting my 2nd floor unit repaired. He was very knowledgeable about the issue my unit was having and did a quality repair job on swapping out my txv valve!

My experience with Bayonet Plumbing was an unprofessional experience with Michael Freeman and the crew he came out with. His crew came out to replace the coil for our air conditioner unit in our home. We have a dog and two cats. We secured our dog and our cats. Mr. Freeman's crew, without asking me or any other occupant in our home, opened our front door, garage, and garage door. They then left those doors open most of the time they were in my home. When I discovered this, I told my wife to look for our cats. Anyone with animals understands that leaving a door to the exterior can lead to an animal getting out. This was no concern for Mr. Freeman and his crew. We searched around our home for 20-30 minutes looking for her. We also searched outside our home and still could not find her. This would not be as big of a deal to me if they were respectful and professional about the situation. They even went as far as to make some jokes, act smug, and lie straight to my face about leaving my home open. I live in a smart home and when I have my phone on me, I know when my garage is open and any exterior door to my house is open. There is also a log when a door is opened and how long it has been open. It is amazing to me that someone would look me in the eye and lie straight to my face about leaving my exterior doors open. Mr. Freeman had a supervisor on duty with him and the supervisor was non-compliant, extremely uncooperative, and rude when I asked him for information about management or someone higher than him. The man would not even put his phone down and look me in the eye. Luckily, my wife was able to find the missing cat but at this point, I was livid at the service I was paying for. This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional service I have ever paid for. I was infuriated at the amount of disrespect I was shown in my own home by this crew. I work in a small career field and if this is the way you conduct yourself you will find that you may need to move states to find a new job because everyone knows everyone in my industry and word travels fast. Eventually, I was able to get a hold of the central office. I spoke with Claire on the phone, and she assured me that she would handle the situation. She was able to get another crew out to our home the same day to finish the installation. This new crew that came into our home was two young men, Richie and Zack. They were extremely professional, more respectful than their older peers, and kept their workplace tidy. Richie and Zack had the installation done extremely quickly, they asked before they used any of the appliances, and kept the exterior doors closed when they were working. I would let Richie and Zack into my home to work on any problem I had. I appreciate that Claire was able to resolve my issue. I deeply appreciate that Richie and Zack were available the same day to come out to my home and fix the problem. If I were you I would be wary of letting Michael Freeman or the two other men who would not give me their names that were with him into your home. They may let out an animal or at the very worst they may let your child out of your home. I would not trust Michael Freeman's crew to enter any home even if they have a field supervisor on duty because clearly, they do not care.

We called on Thursday & they came out the next day. The tech, Jesus, was efficient and fixed our problem. We were very pleased.

Had a thermostat issue..he came and programmed it..up and running..stayed and check a/c unit to see that it was working properly. Very efficient, had no issues with the service. Very Satisfied

Bloodsucker! Water heater not functional. They don't fix things but only suggest installation a new unit. They don't troubleshoot according to manufacturer's guidelines. Installation is also a joke. Had AC installed and had problem within a year they didn't honor warranty. MVP program is a joke. They won't start AC maintenance until half year you purchase MVP. Plumbing maintenance is absolutely joke. They flush the water heater without removing the filter claiming it's not part of their service. Their managers are arrogant and unless. Woman called Mandy was so rude and told me good luck.

Update to my review. I am pleased to report that my money was refunded. Unfortunately this business stated they could not make the repair. Another Plumber had to be called and made the necessary repairs, along with an action plan to make changes so this doesn't keep happening.
