I requested to instal propane line to my stove and to 4 propIn heaters. received estimate of $2100. I signed it very quickly trusting the company to complete everything. found out today that 4 propane heaters have never been included in the estimate. I would have never hired them for that price for just a stove! bad communication! Terrible service! now they threatening me to remove my line as I still own them $599. Don't hire that company! Find someone better!!!

We called on Thursday & they came out the next day. The tech, Jesus, was efficient and fixed our problem. We were very pleased.

BEWARE!!! I wouldn't trust this company to water my plants due to their severe lack of integrity, professionalism, and communication. Highlights: They gave a huge window of time 10AM-10PM, and then didn't show up. Our work order was confused with another property and notes weren't even accurate. Our estimate for work was significantly higher than competitor prices with a VIP membership. (VIP cost for work was estimated at $1,300 and competitor was $900 for the EXACT same service) Here is our experience: The technician who came to diagnose our problem was at our home for less than 50 minutes and determined our first floor compressor was broken. We were told it was under warranty but the labor would be $1,300. AFTER 2 WEEK of waiting, Bayonet called to schedule the compressor to be replaced. We waited at home ALL DAY and no one came, no one called. At 7PM I called the company for an ETA and was told they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE PART!!!! At this point, we called another company to come solve our first floor AC. FONTANA Brothers came out the next day and determined there was a LEAK causing our AC issues- NOT A COMPRESSOR PROBLEM! The fix was $400 and our compressor is PERFECTLY FINE!!! BAYONET is a company full of lies and deception. Richard Hunt, from Bayonet Management called us to apologize and admit this was a """"horribly botched work order"""" with a lot of other apologies but has since refused to call us back, didn't offer any type of discount or solution. The whole experience was completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Coffee cream, ice cream, pasta, rice brown, soup, ravioli, salt, soda, detergent, salt for water, senekot, aspire, cocowater I was charged for a temporary repair by Ryan Miller that should have been covered by my first and second repair job. This problem should have been discovered and corrected at that time. I have been charged three times during a six months period for the same problem and he states this is only a temporary repair and provided no options to reduce payments of this repair to be a permanent repair. I feel I should be credited for the amount I was charged for the first and second repairs. Thank you, Dominic Colón

Michael is a poor excuse for a manager who doesn't care about his customers or the work that's his employees perform. Our daughter flushed a syringe (the one you'd get from CVS to administer liquid medication to your child) down her own toilet. We call Bayonet out and they say it'll be $99. The guy gets here with an auger and jams it down the toilet, says the auger broke it up into pieces and """"in his professional opinion the object has made its way to the sewer."""" And charged $250. My husband being skeptical and wanting our house to be okay calls them back and with some pull, they come back out a couple days later to scope the lines. This guy says the line is clear but there is no way of knowing if it is still upstairs. He said """"in his professional opinion"""" it's out. Thinking we got a little peace of mind, we bathe our daughter. Upon draining the tub, the tub, sink, toilet, and master shower start backing up with poop and her bathroom almost floods. We call again. They agree to send someone back out in a couple days, but if they find anything other than a syringe then we'll have to pay for it. Third guy comes, takes the toilet off the floor and gets the syringe through to where we can visualize it from the sewer in our front yard. So it was still stuck up on the second floor. This guy said the first guy was just being lazy and could've caused pipe damage and the scope only looked at the first floor because it was very much so still stuck up on the 2nd. How many men does it take to make one repair?! My FIL who is unfortunately out of state and not even a plumber, said the toilets got to come off the floor before the first guy even came out... So if you can't even successfully get a foreign object out that was flushed by a child, you can't even call yourself a plumber. We're upset we had to pay anything because It didn't get fixed until the 3rd time and they could've ruined our house. I call to try to get a refund for all the trouble and admittedly and understandably was upset, but I did not cuss at the customer service woman and was not mean to her. I was assertive and directive in what I wanted as a customer. She put in the request along with her hurt feelings apparently and the manager Michael called me back. He wasn't saying anything on the phone when HE called ME so I asked """"did you get the refund request?"""" He chuckled and told me he will absolutely NOT give a refund and I won't get a penny back. I was taken aback being talked to by a manger this way. Never in my life. I said excuse me? He said """"after the way you spoke to my employee? And you used $1,000s of dollars in repairs."""" I tried telling him I wasn't mean to her nor did I cuss at her and he told me he's got it recorded. Okay? Play it over then! I tried going through this story with him. He said """"why was a syringe even flushed down a toilet? Pretty weird thing to flush"""" 1. We have a kid ('nuff said) and 2. What are you implying?! I swear to god Michael was amping me up by chuckling and making accusations and implications. I told him I was understandably upset because our pipes and house could've been ruined!! NOW I started cussing at him and ultimately hung up. I told him I was going to write a review everywhere and he said he'd respond to them and make sure people know how I acted. So I'm laying out the entire story myself. My husband calls a few days later to try to smooth things over and fight our side and remains composure the entire time as Michael chuckles at him and calls him a jerk and a punk kid. We will NEVER use Bayonet again. They f*cked up not only once, but TWICE, on ONE job! And now they're using my """"attitude"""" against us. DO NOT USE BAYONET. There's 1,000s of plumbers around.

If I could give them a zero I would . Unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a few more years since we have a warranty on AC . I have sat home all day waiting for a tech to come because they couldn't give me a timeframe. I have called 3 times and was assured they would be here today. It's now 10:10pm and no one called or showed up. This is not the first time this happened . ( Thats why I kept calling today ) . I can't even count on one hand the times this has happened for regular scheduled maintenance appts and service calls . I'm so disgusted with this company and have had nothing but problems from day one with installation and at least once every year and half since we had them put the new unit in. Stay far away! Nothing but problems and poor service .

I cannot recommend Bayonet HVAC because they misdiagnosed a worn capacitor as a compressor failure. A second opinion from a different company saved me $1500 in unwarranted labor expenses. I also canceled my MVP Maintenance Contract with Bayonet because I lost trust in the quality of training their technicians receive. I have requested a refund of the service call fee and 50% of the annual maintenance contract plan fee because I will not be calling upon them for the second half of the year or to perform the second maintenance service. I pray they honor that as the employees seem to be caring folks.

I feel so ripped off and violated. I called Bayonet because there's a sticker on my Lennox air conditioning unit for warranty repairs. The person quoted $99 for driving out there. Then it's another $145 for maybe 10 minutes of work to replace the broken capacitor in my A/C, a part that costs $35 online. It's a complete scam to call it a warranty repair.

Came out with timely scheduling. Didn't call ahead of time to let me know they were coming, and said everything was fine with the AC but obviously I wouldn't have called if that was the case. I questioned why the temperature wasn't lowering if everything is fine and then the man got rude and defensive and totally unprofessional. I'm just writing to let others know that you may not get anything fixed and will have a chance of dealing with rude service if you ask any questions.

Update to my review. I am pleased to report that my money was refunded. Unfortunately this business stated they could not make the repair. Another Plumber had to be called and made the necessary repairs, along with an action plan to make changes so this doesn't keep happening.
