I'm pretty much a handyman myself and wouldn't hesitate to call Dan @Bay Rooter and Plumbing if I do require a professional plumber. I've called a couple of times and reviews have been on point. Definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

Had standing water in the kitchen sink so I called them Sunday morning for a quote and they scheduled me same day from noon to 2PM. Their tech Dan arrived at 12:15 PM and spent the next hour snaking the kitchen drain pipe. He was professional and answered any questions I had. 5 stars for the price and service.

I got a toilet plumbing issue and called Bay Rooter & Plumbing for help. The owner showed up on time and examined the issue. Turned out that it's something that my builder should be responsible for because the root of it had started from the cleanout being plugged up outside my unit. He spent an extended amount of time analyzing what went wrong and gave me his suggestion of how it should be solved without any charge. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to talk to and work with. Will definitely contact this business again for assistance in the future. Highly recommended!!

We were having issues with a leaking shower head in the bathroom. Called couple of plumbers and they all diagnosed the on the phone with a cost associated. I have used Bay Rooter and Plumbing for over 5 years for various jobs. Dan has been excellent in taking care of our problems. He is very good at nailing down the problems and has never done a job which was not worth the time and money. He is diligent and if needed spends time to correct the problem. He cleans up everything after he is done. Today he took care of another one of my headaches.

Once another plumber had done guesswork and left me with big bill and frustration. Dan took care of that issue right away and I never had that problem again. We have recommended him to our friends and relatives and they had a similar experience. I would recommend him anytime.

We had a garbage disposal that definitely needed replacing. Bay Rooter & Plumbing gave us an appointment window of 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The plumber arrived at 11:04 a.m., & was finished with the job in a 1/2 hour. The plumber also left the area clean when finished. The cost exactly matched their estimate. Great plumber at a great price!

If I ever need a plumbing service this is the first place I will go to. Dan was the most amicable person I have met in all the home related repairs and service experience I have had till date. He not only explained everything to us in a clear and concise manner but was very thorough in his job and ensured that the clog was completely clear. Since it was not possible to extract the clog with just a snake he had to cut the pipe remove all the contents, vacuum the pipe stub entering the main line and then rejoin the pipe. All this at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Dan and this company to everyone for their plumbing needs.

This is review is long overdue as I've used Bay Rooter 3 times in the last 5 years. Dan is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and saved my butt on more than one occasion. Most recently at about 8PM after work, I tried to do a quick fix on a single handle shower faucet that was leaking. I was able to get everything back together and it wasn't until I turned the main line back on, that I realized something major had occurred. When I was removing a stubborn retaining ring from the faucet, I over torked and inadvertently cracked one of the pipes in the wall. In a panic I called Bay Rooter, who was quick to return my call. Dan rearranged his schedule to fit me in at noon the following day. Needless to say, after about 3 hours of work, we were back up and running with a new faucet and copper pipes in the shower. Thank you Dan and Bay Rooter, you have saved my butt once again !!

We had issues turning back on our main water valve after Best Buy's Geek Squad replaced our dishwasher. The Geek Squad agent recommended we call a plumber to have our main valve replaced.

Bay Rooter came by our house and with two rotations of the valve were able to start our water flow. They also educated us on a better way of shutting off water, we will definitely use that method next time.
