I was originally referred to Dan by my father who lives in the area, and now that I'm posting on Yelp, I'm not surprised to see Bay Rooter has so many 5 star reviews. Dan has been helping us with our various plumbing needs for several years now, installing new toilets, troubleshooting kitchen sink issues, and most recently replacing our broken hot water heater.

Scheduling with them is easy as the woman in their office always picks up the phone quickly and is helpful. Dan shows up on time, is very friendly, and never gives up on an issue until everything is completely fixed and working 100%. Their pricing also always seems very reasonable for me.

Great option if you're in need of a local plumber.

Both owner and their main man Martin were very professional and courteous. They took all the necessary COVID related precautions. They arrived on time, helped us select the right kitchen faucet from HomeDepot, and did a wonderful job of installing faucet and cleaning up mold underneath the kitchen sink. When a small problem was noticed after they left, they came back the next day to take care of it without any fuss. I definitely recommend these guys....

We have used Bay Rooter & Plumbing four times (toilet installation, kitchen drain repair, shower repair, and a leak from a different shower). Each time they responded very quickly with a quote, and scheduled the work almost immediately, even in a non-emergency situation. Our plumber, Dan, does great work and communicates what he is doing well. The prices seem very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Bay Rooter promptly responded within half an hour to my quote request to fix a leaky kitchen sink. I sent the message before 6 am on a Sunday so they really are on top of it. I received the quote, not cheap but plumbers usually are not, and then I scheduled the appointment for Monday morning at 10 am. Dan arrived at exactly 10 am. He took a look, told me exactly what was wrong and noted another issue with the water pressure. He identified the cause of the water pressure problem, cleaned it up and fixed the broken cartridge which was causing the leak. In addition, he cleaned up the messy grout work around the faucet that was done by the original plumber who installed it. Dan was fast and efficient. Overall, it took him less than an hour to do the job and I am very satisfied with his work. I will definitely use him again.

Well I ended up going with a different bed, Boe router and plumbing was on time and professional when they came to bid on our project. They were clean and professional and I wouldn't have any concerns doing business with them. We went with another guy basically because it was a friend of a friend.
